(54) Soundproofing device, foam moulding method for producing soundproofing cover therefor, and foam moulding die for producing soundproofing cover therefor


(57) A soundproofing device 1 is disposed on the surface of a sound source member 90 and includes a soundproofing cover 2 that has a cover body 20 having a through hole 201 disposed radially outside a fixed recessed portion 901 seen in an axial direction and a sound absorbing member 21 extending between the rear surface of the cover body 20 and the surface of the sound source member 90, and a fixing member 3 fixed in a fixed recessed portion 901 for mounting the soundproofing cover 2 on the sound source member 90. The soundproofing device 1 also includes a ring member 4 which comes into contact with the top surface of a boss 900 and extends in the radial direction. The boss 900 is inserted into the through hole 201. Seen in the axial direction, the sound absorbing member 21 includes radial direction floating portion 210 extending between the inner circumferential surface of the through hole 201 and the outer circumferential surface of the boss 900, and axial direction floating portion 211 extending between an area surrounding the through hole 201 in the surface of the cover body 20 and the rear surface of the ring member 4.
