(57) The present invention relates to a ventilated oven (1,10) comprising a chamber (2,20)
where foods to be cooked are placed, which is in fluidic communication with an interspace
(6,60) that houses an electric resistor (8,80) and a fan (7,70) for generating a hot
air flow (16) which is conveyed from the interspace (6,60) to the chamber (2,20) through
apertures (11,12,13,14,110,120,130,140) provided in a dividing bulkhead (5) arranged
between the chamber and the interspace (6,60), wherein the apertures (11,12,13,14,110,120,130,140)
are distributed asymmetrically and discontinuously along the perimetric edge (5A)
of the bulkhead (5), so that in the chamber (2,20) a differentiated air flow is generated
along the perimeter of the rear bulkhead of the chamber itself.
