(57) An endoscopic apparatus comprising an elongate tubular inserting portion; a plurality of arm portions provided on a distal end face of the inserting portion and protruded to the frontal direction which are provided with treatment tools inserted therein, the treatment tools being capable of conducting a treatment; a cylindrical sheath which covers a circumferential surface of the inserting portion, which is movable to a distal side and a proximal side, and which supports the distal side of the plurality of the arm portions when moving to the distal side; and an observation body which is attached inside a distal end portion of the sheath, and by which a frontal view is observed.
