<p id="pa01" num="0001">Die Erfindung gibt ein Verfahren zur Störgeräuschreduktion eines Eingangssignals (S) an, wobei die Koeffizienten des Cepstrum des Eingangssignals (LSC), des veränderten Eingangssignals und/oder mindestens eines aus dem Eingangssignal gewonnenen Parameters (RLC, SLC) modifiziert werden, und die modifizierten cepstralen Koeffizienten (mRLC, mSLC, mALC) zur Bildung eines Ausgangssignals (SR, aSR) aus dem Eingangssignal (S) verwendet werden, wobei das Ausgangssignal (SR, aSR) gegenüber dem Eingangssignal (S) störgeräuschreduziert wird. Insbesondere bei instationären Geräuschen wird eine Schätzung verbessert und eine verbesserte auditive Qualität bei Hörgeräten erreicht.
