(57) A radio receiving device acquires obstacle information showing a direction in which an obstacle is existing from an obstacle detecting device 12, and controls radio receiving antennas 31-1 to 31-M according to the obstacle information so as to receive an electric wave. As a result, the radio receiving device can improve the quality of the reception of an electric wave even when an obstacle 3 is existing, and can also respond quickly to a rapid change in electric waves.
