(57) According to the invention, a grab bar (85) having a three dimensional shape provides a support for a shower head (90). A bracket (95) that holds the shower head (90) has a pair of arms or the like for gripping the grab bar (85). The bracket (95) slideably engages the grab bar (85) so the shower head (90) may be positioned as desired by a user. According to an embodiment of the invention, a shower wall has an opening conforming to the shape of the grab bar (85).
