Indoor unit of air conditioner |
(57) Provided is an indoor unit of an air conditioner. The indoor unit includes a chassis
defining a back surface of the indoor unit and a main body provided with a front frame
coupled to a front portion of the chassis. The indoor unit further includes a front
panel movable coupled to a front surface of the main body, the front panel sucking
air through the front surface of the main body in a state where the front panel is
spaced from the main body, an inner panel provided between the front frame and the
front panel, a link member connecting the front panel to the inner panel, and a drive
unit for driving the link member. When the drive unit operates, the front panel is
rotated with respect to the main body such that a distance between one end portion
of the front panel and the main body is different from that between the other end
portion of the front panel and the main body.
