Abstract

 The present invention is to provide a card (10) with video and sound effects which mainly integrates a set of circuitry device (30) with video and sound functions including an image displaying screen (14), a sound source receiver and player (15), several operational buttons (16) set in the main body of said card, and a terminal block set (13) in the side surface of the main body in said card. The card can use the terminal block to link with the computer through the conductive wires (20) to proceed the transmission of video pictures, record the wording and sentences, songs or music into the card through the sound source receiver and player (15), and on/off the card power, image displaying screen, playing or recording the video and sound etc. functions through the operational buttons (16) such that the card can achieve and equip with a more realistic effect for affection or message delivery.

Description

Background of the Invention

[0001] The versatile of known cards ordinary use the fine patterns or wordings as their beauty of art and underline their features. Certainly, the card sender will write down his own consciousness or message wordings desiring to be expressed inside the card. There is further a kind of product generally called music card which adheres and puts a set of reed-touch typed acoustic music generator in the inside page of the card such that it will emit automatically the sound of music while opening the cards and the vividness and interest of the cards will be increased through this. However, this kind of traditional card is lacking of a kind of real and warm feeling no matter how delicate and special or how delightful the sound will be. It cannot express completely the consciousness or messages desiring to be expressed in a real and on-site way. Therefore, the traditional cards really are not perfect enough.

Summary of the Invention

[0002] The present invention is aimed to design a kind of card which can preserve the beauty of the traditional card and also can deliver the message of card sender in a real way of video and sound to solve the aforementioned not-perfect-enough problem in the traditional card. That is, the present invention is related to an improving design in the congratulation card, wedding celebrating banquet card, or other messaging card such that the cards after being improved can have the unprecedented utility to let the card sender input the autonomic video and sound contents desiring to be delivered and the card receiver can play the video and sound contents in the card by simple operations. Furthermore, the present invention can also be combined and applied in other objects such as photo albums, notebooks, or gift boxes and thus raise the application values. Now, accompanying with drawings, the character and structure of the present invention will be disclosed as following.

Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiment

[0004] Please refer to those shown in figures 1 to 3. The present invention is a card with video and sound effects. The said card 10 includes a thicker main body 11 and a slimmer cover page 12. Fine patterns or wordings can also be printed in inside or outside of the cover page 12 and main body 11. It is characterized in that an image-displaying screen 13, for example a TFT LCM, is integrated on the page surface of the main body 11 in the card, and a sound source receiver and player 14 is further set in a proper place. Furthermore, several operational buttons 15 are set on the lower page's surface of the image-displaying screen 13. And, a terminal block 16 is set in a proper place of the side surface in the main body 11. Furthermore, a set of circuitry device 30 with video and sound functions is set in the main body 11 to be linked separately with the image displaying screen 13, sound source receiver and player 14, operational buttons 15, and terminal block 16, as shown in figure 4.

[0005] While usage, the card can be linked with the computer through an insertion between a conductive wire's terminal 20 and the terminal block 16. The computer is utilized to edit the video and sound or pictures then transmit them in to the circuitry device with video and sound functions 30 in the main body 11 of card. And through the sound source receiver and player 14, it can record the autonomic wording and sentences, songs or music then transmit them the main body 11 of card. It can further utilize several operational buttons 15 set in the main body 11 of card to control the functions of card's power on/off of, switching of displayed images, and switching of sound sources. Furthermore, a second set of touch-pressing typed power switch can also be set in another side of the card's main body 11 in the present invention such that it is automatically powered on and the video and sound contents are automatically played while the cover page 12 of card 10 is opened.

[0006] However, the aforementioned are only the best implementing applications of the present invention. The devices with video and sound effects designed in the present invention can also be provided to be applied in other gift boxes such as photo albums, diaries, and notebooks etc. Through them, the imaging pictures are stored in the circuitry device with video and sound functions such as in album's cover page and can be displayed by the displaying screen through operating the buttons, and the emotional wordings can be recorded through the sound source receiver and player to make the records in such as photo albums, diaries, and notebooks etc. become more realistic and let the gift sender can deliver the video and sound messages to the gift acceptor in a near real way on the gift boxes. It thus increases the optimum practical effects.

Claims

1. A card with video and sound effects including a thicker main body and a slimmer cover page, wherein a set of circuitry device with video and sound functions is integrated in the main body of card, and an image displaying screen, a sound receiver and player, several operational buttons are set in the main body of said card to link separately with the circuitry device with video and sound functions; a terminal block is set in the side surface of the main body in said card to link also with the circuitry device with video and sound functions to provide an insertion for a conductive wire's terminal and link with the computer to provide a transmission of the video and sound or pictures to the circuitry device with video and sound functions in the main body of card.

2. A card with video and sound effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sound source receiver and player provides functions of recording the wording and sentences, songs or music to be transmitted into the circuitry device with video and sound functions card in the main body of card, and several operational buttons in the main body of card are used to control the on/off of card power, the switching of displayed images, and the switching of sound sources, that provides entirely a transmitter of true feeling with autonomic producing of images and sound effects.

3. A card with video and sound effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein a second set of touch-pressing typed power switch is set in another side of the card's main body such that it is automatically powered on and the video and sound contents are automatically played while the card is opened.

4. A circuitry device with video and sound functions according to claim 1, such as photo albums, diaries, notebooks or gift boxes, wherein the imaging pictures are stored in the circuitry device with video and sound functions and displayed by the displaying screen through operating the buttons, and the emotional wordings are recorded through the sound source receiver and player such that the said gift records, contains then delivers the video and sound messages to the gift acceptor in a near real way.
