(54) Little cigarette paper case with closing device by magnet

(57) The present invention relates to a little cigarette paper case with closing device by magnet, having said little case shape of a parallelepiped of rectangular section whose front face has groove wherein the product is extracted and whose rear face extends in the form of a closing tab which has a little metal plate coinciding with the magnet placed in the upper face of the little case.

Description

[0001] Little cigarette paper case with closing device by magnet. The present invention relates to the sector of the cigarette paper kits to roll cigarettes into booklets, bundles or packages.

[0002] The little cigarette paper cases known in the state of the art are usually manufactured with lamellar materials and they are closed by bringing a tab into a groove of the case. However, this closing system requires certain effort by the user who many times leaves the little case open with the consequent deterioration of its content.

[0003] Additionally, when folding the tab to bring it into the groove, the tab suffers from a progressive wear and eventually is deteriorated and broken with the usage.

[0004] The case of the invention consists of a closure by means of a tab provided with a metal plate which will be adhered for closing a magnet located in the kit's body.

[0005] On the other hand, in little cases to keep cigarette paper belonging to the state of the art, the user does not know how many sheets of cigarette paper are left in these cases.

[0006] However, the little case of the invention counts on a system that allows visualizing the content of the little case consisting of a rectangular shaped window located in its rectangular rear face.

[0007] Regarding the manufacturing of the little cases of the state of the art, first these must be mounted and then filled with the sheets of cigarette paper while the little case of the invention is manufactured in a way that the sheets are inside from the first time. The mounting process of the little case can be carried out having the cigarette paper inside and serving the bundle, booklet or package to help the folding to shape the little case.

[0008] The fact that the tab of the little case has not have to be brought into a groove release all its surface, which covers the upper face of the parallelepiped, to place the brand or decoration considered convenient.

[0009] Hence, this little case presents a series of advantage such as those listed below:
  • Facilitates the closure by be this one automatic which improves the protection of the product.
  • Preserves the closing system of the container from deteriorating.
  • Shows better product presentation.
  • Avoids the storage of kits as they are elaborated while filled.
  • Only glue is used in their elaboration and assembly.
  • The little case can be built with all class of lamellar material such as cardboard, pasteboard and even suitable plastic materials.
  • Allows controlling the amount of cigarette paper remaining in the container.

[0010] To better understand the invention in question, the figures corresponding to the embodiment of the invention are attached:
  • Figure 1: view of the template or development.
  • Figure 2: a perspective.

[0011] In the aforementioned figures, the numeric references correspond to the following parts and elements:
  1. 1. Groove
  2. 2. Hole
  3. 3. Closing tab
  4. 4. Metal plate
  5. 5. Magnet
  6. 6. Tab
  7. 7. Product

[0012] In the attached figure 1 the view of the template or development of the little case object of the invention is represented, wherein the exterior and interior trim lines have been represented with a thick stroke and the folding lines and the situation of the little metal plate and the magnet with a thin stroke such that when performing the closing operation of the container these coincide.

[0013] The little case is a parallelepiped receptacle of rectangular section which in its front face has a rectangular shaped groove (1), going from end to end of the face, wherein the product (7) is extracted and in its upper face has another hole (2) that allows controlling the amount of product that remains inside of the container. The rear face extends in a closing tab (3) covering the frontal face of the little case.

[0014] In the closing tab (3) is placed a metal plate (4) which serves as closing mechanism when makes contact with a magnet (5) placed in the frontal face of the container.

[0015] The kit assembly is attaining folding by the lines indicated in the figure and gluing the tab (6) to the interior part of the lower face of the parallelepiped.

[0016] The little metal plate and the magnet have been circularly represented in the figure in an illustrative manner, having the little metal plate higher diameter than the magnet. The little metal plate and the magnet can also have other shapes and/or sizes and do not even have both the same shape.

Claims

1. Little cigarette paper case with closing device by magnet, which is characterized by being a parallelepiped receptacle of rectangular section which in its front face has a rectangular shaped groove (1), going from end to end of the face, wherein the product (7) is extracted and whose rear face extends in a closing tab (3) wherein a little metal plate (4) is placed, that when performing the closure it coincides with a magnet (5) placed in the upper face of the parallelepiped.

2. Little cigarette paper case according to claim 1, characterized in that in its upper face has a hole (2) that allows controlling the amount of product that remains inside the container.

3. Little cigarette paper case according to the previous claims, characterized in that the parallelepiped receptacle consists of a folded plate of lamellar material, with longitudinal areas glued together with glue and the sheets of cigarette paper already being in its interior when gluing.
