(54) A snap-action hinge with damper


(57) A snap-action hinge (1) for opening and closing furniture doors comprises a hinge cup (3) operatively articulated to a hinge arm (4) through an upper connecting rod (11) and a lower connecting rod (12), a base plate (7) designed to be fixed to the shoulder of a piece of furniture (F) as well as a damping device (2) designed to be actuated by the cup (3) during a last section of the closing movement of the hinge (1) to slow down the movement of the cup (3) and the hinge arm (4) towards one another. Advantageously, said damping device (2) is hooked to the upper connecting rod so as to be supported canti-levered above said hinge arm (18).
