(54) Insulated foundation element for mounting on precast base foundation

(57) A foundation element (1), which comprises a front plate (2), an insulation element (3) as well as a plurality of columns (6) and beams (7), a method of mounting as well as use of the same foundation element (1), which element (1) both insulates, supports and minimizes the line loss in the foundation structure and also minimizes the consumption of concrete considerably relative to the normal consumption of corresponding foundations. It is moreover an object of the invention to minimize the consumption of time at foundations works.
