[0001] The present invention relates in general to furnishing structures that are modularly
composable in different functional and/or decorative forms for interiors and/or exteriors.
[0002] Furnishing structures suitable to divide interior or exterior spaces, shelves, libraries,
cupboards, equipped walls, sustaining structure for hanging objects, display structures,
sitting structures and alike are furnishing elements of different utilities and traditionally
they are made in correspondingly different forms for satisfying the specific function
to which they are destined and with appearances expectedly pleasant for a potentially
large sectors of users (customers).
[0003] For many of these purposes, specifically engineered modular systems are known that
allow to compose a specific functional structure in forms and dimensions that may
be adapted to the spaces they should fit. For example, a classical functional structure
that is often made in a modularly expandable fashion is a open sight library or cupboard
in order to permit to contour with a relative ease fixed architectural elements such
as doors, windows, fireplaces, heating radiators and alikes.
[0004] Published Japanese patent application No.
2004 313251 A discloses a furniture usable for various purposes consisting of a pair of rectangular
side frames with a plularity of vertical members, spaced apart by a back board 2 and
one or several flat boards 3.
[0005] The elements being connected by bolts screwing into the end surfaces of the flat
boards according to an ordinary multi tier shelving that may be extended sideways
as needed.
[0006] Generally the modular systems for realizing furnishing structures of specific utility
are based on the use of modules that may be juxtaposed or in any way associated one
to another, the structure of which is dictated by the destination of use of the structure
itself, be it a sitting structure rather than a library shelving; an equipped wall
or a divider for delimiting spaces or for other needs.
[0007] Modularity is generally possible to a limited extent by availability of a necessarily
limited inventory of prefabricated modules of certain dimensions or by a large number
of different structural components, accessories and hardware the assembly of which
generally is a complicated and a time consuming job.
[0008] An objective of the present applicant was to find a novel modular structure that
could allow composability of different structures of varying shapes and dimensions
capable of providing a variety of useful functions of the completed structures even
multiple and different among them and that could be composable by employing an unlimited
number of few standardized elements that could be easily assembled and disassembled
without requiring the use of special or complicated tools and that could be manufactured
at a relatively low cost.
[0009] These requisites of practicalness are met with other valuable advantages by the novel
furnishing structure of the present invention that is modularly and unlimitedly composable
in different and varied forms to suit different needs and uses based on the use of
a unique basic element or module.
[0010] The structures of this invention are substantially composed of: a plurality of identical
basic element or module in the form of a rectangular frame with either radiused or
chamfered corners, the sides of which have a uniform cross section and front and rear
surfaces substantially flat and parallel to each other and to the plane of the frame,
with two or more holes uniformly spaced with parallel axes orthogonal to the frame
plane; a plurality of rectilinear spacing listels of cross section identical to that
of the sides of the rectangular frame modules, with two or more holes that can be
aligned to the holes present along each side of the rectangular frame modules; and
joining elements inserted in the aligned holes of two or more basic rectangular frame
modules and/or spacing listels eventually interposed between adjacent frame modules.
[0011] Preferably, the joining elements are tie rods of length chosen among different pre-established
lengths and eventually joined one to another to compose rods of a desired length,
generally multiple and/or sum of one or of few different pre-established lengths.
[0012] A rod is passed through a succession of aligned holes, crossing a plurality of basic
rectangular frame modules and eventually also of a plurality of spacing listels interposed
between basic rectangular frame modules, and is blocked and optionally even tensioned
by tightening threaded caps or blocking screws at the two ends of the rod, reaching
the surface of a respective end element of the assembly.

or extended in identical form or even in different form, starting from one or more
sides or corners of the start assembly, by interdigitating the sides of basic rectangular

modules of the replica or of the extension assembly, joining them together by either
through-passing rods or alternatively by symmetrical elastic split pins introduced
in the aligned holes of interdigitated sides of adjacent modules and/or listels of
the two assembly that are thus solidly bound together.
[0014] In case of pass-through rods, the latter may preferably be in the form of slender
tubes of steel or of a plastic material, provided with an inner thread at both ends
in which either threaded joining sprigs or end blocking caps or screws are eventually
tightened.
[0015] As mentioned, according to an alternative embodiment of the structure of this invention,
the joining elements are symmetrical elastic split pins, provided with a median flange,
the split tails of which are forcedly pushed into the aligned holes, respectively
of a basic rectangular frame module or spacing listel and of an adjacent spacing listel

for example of wood or of a substitute of wood or made in a hollow or box-like form,
for example of molded plastic material.

that defines a start assembly with the basic modules that define an adjacent or extended
assembly and so forth.
Figure 9 shows the constitution of a composable and expandable structure of several interdigitated
subassemblies.
The series of Figure 10-16 illustrates an alternative embodiment of the basic rectangular frame modules and
of the rectilinear spacing listels of plastic material in a hollow box-like form,
for enhanced lightness, and the use of symmetrical elastic split pins to connect adjacent
basic modules and/or spacing listels for composing functional assemblies.
Figure 17 is a detail cross section of a junction as established by a symmetric elastic split
pin.
Figure 18 is an exploded view showing the way standardized elements of Figure 10-17 may be
assembled for composing functional structures according to a second exemplary embodiment.
Figures 19, 20 and 21 are respectively a front, a cross sectional view of a basic rectangular frame module
having chamfered corners instead of radiused corners and of a structure composed with
these alternative basic rectangular frame modules and related spacing listels.
The series of Figures 22-26 show different functional structure made with standardized elements according to
the present invention, employing accessories such as standing legs and/or blinding
panels.

reference to the above-mentioned drawings, must be intended as not limiting examples,
being the invention practicable even in other forms and even using elements made of
different materials though respondent to the basic characteristics of the structures
of the present invention as defined in the annexed claims.

one or more sides or from on or more corners of the first assembly, is done by interdigitating
sides of basic modules of a first assembly with the sides of basic modules of an adjacent
or extension assembly, which in the shown example are all joined together by tie rods
passing through aligned holes of the interdigitated sides of basic modules and of
eventual spacing listels interposed between basic modules, belonging to contiguous
assemblies that therefore are solidly held together to form a stable and robust structure.

fastening elements that may be used for holding together adjacent elements of a modularly
and unlimitedly composable structure.

first basic module of the front side of the assembly.
1. A furnishing structure modularly and unlimitedly composable in different and variable
forms for different purposes, composed of
a plurality of basic rectangular frame modules (1) with radiused or chamfered corners,
the four sides of which have uniform cross section and thickness and front and rear
surfaces flat and parallel to each other and to the plane of the rectangular frame
and at least two uniformly spaced holes (2) on each side of the frame with parallel
axes orthogonal to the plane of the frame modules (1);
rectilinear spacing listels (3) of cross section and thickness identical to the cross
section and thickness of the four sides of said rectangular frame modules (1) and
having front and rear surfaces flat and parallel to each other and to said plane of
the rectangular frame modules (1) against which said front and rear surfaces of two
frame modules (1) abut when a listel is interposed between sides of two rectangular
frame modules (1), said spacing listels (3) having at least two holes (2) with axes
orthogonal to said front and rear surfaces of the listel and coordinately alignable
with holes (2) present along any side of the rectangular frame modules (1);
fastening means (4) of length corresponding to the product of the thickness of the
frame modules (1) and of the listels (3) by the total number of frames (1) and of
any spacing listel (3) interposed between frame modules to be fastened, introduced
in aligned holes (2) of two or more basic frame modules (1) and of any spacing listel
(3) eventually interposed between two frame modules (1).
2. The structure according to claim 1, wherein said fastening means (4) are rods of a
certain length chosen among a number of pre-established lengths and joinable one to
another to constitute rods of a desired length multiple and/or sum of one or of several
of said pre-established lengths, each rod (4) being passed through a succession of
aligned holes (2) crossing a plurality of basic modules (1) and a plurality of spacing
listels (3) eventually interposed between the modules and blocked by end screws or
caps (5) at the two ends of the rod.
3. The structure according to claim 1, wherein replication or extension of a first assembly
composed of a certain number of basic modules (1), starting from one or more sides
or corners of the assembly, takes place by interleaving sides of basic modules (1)
of the first assembly with the sides of basic modules (1) of an extension or replica
assembly, fastened by rods (4) passing through aligned holes (2) of the interleaved
sides of basic modules (1) of the two assemblies.
4. The structure according to claim 3, wherein between sides of basic modules (1) of
an assembly that are not interleaved to sides of basic modules (1) constituting a
replica or extension assembly, are interposed spacing listels (3)' crossed by said
fastening rods (4).
5. The structure according to any of the claims from 2 to 4, wherein said rods (4) passed
through the sequence of aligned holes (2) of the sides of basic modules (1) and of
eventually interposed spacing listels (3) have threaded ends into which threaded junction
sprigs (6) or end screw or caps (5) of the resulting rod are screwed for tightening
a pack of basic modules and of eventually interposed spacing listels.
6. The structure according to claim 1, wherein said basic modules (1) and said spacing
listels (3) have a massive structure of wood or a substitute material of wood and
said joining means (4) are of solid steel or of steel tube.
7. The structure according to claim 1, wherein said basic modules (1) and said listels
(3) have a box-like structure each composed by a channel cross section (1a, 3a) base
element and a flat cover element (1b, 3b) joined together by tonguing, gluing or welding,
on inner surfaces of each element tubular, protrusions (2a, 2b) axially coincident
upon coupling the two elements together cooperatively define said holes (2).
8. The structure according to claim 7, wherein the fastening means (4) are symmetric
elastic split pins (7) having a median or central flange (7f), symmetric split tails
(7a, 7b) of the elastic pin are forcibly introduced in two aligned holes (2) of a
basic module (1) or of a spacing listel (3) and of an adjacent spacing listel (3)
or basic module (1) having said box-like structure.
9. An inventory of standardized articles of manufacture for composing furnishing structures
modularly and unlimitedly composable according to any one of the preceding claims
1-8, including:
a) basic rectangular frame modules (1) with a radiused or chamfered corners and having
front and rear surfaces flat and parallel to each other and to the plane of the frame
and at least two uniformly spaced holes (2) on each side of the rectangular frame
with parallel axes orthogonal to the plane of the frame;
b) rectilinear spacing listels (3) of cross section identical to the cross section
of the sides of said rectangular frame modules (1), having front and rear surfaces
flat and parallel to each other and to said plane of the frame modules (1) interposable
between one or more sides of two rectangular frame modules (1) and having at least
two holes (2) coordinately alignable to the holes (2) with parallel axes orthogonal
to said front and rear surfaces present along each side of said rectangular frame
modules (1);
c) rods (4) of a certain length chosen among a number of pre-established lengths and
joinable one to another to constitute rods of a desired length multiple and/or sum
of one or of several of said pre-established lengths, each rod (4) being insertable
through a succession of aligned holes (2) crossing a plurality of basic modules (1)
and a plurality of spacing listels (3) eventually interposed between basic modules
(1) for holding together said pluralities;
d) end screws or caps (5) screwable at the two ends of a rod (4).
10. The inventory according to claim 9, wherein said basic modules (1) and said listels
(3) have a box-like structure composed by a channel cross section (1a, 3a) base element
and a flat cover element (1b, 3b) joined together by tonguing, gluing or welding,
on inner surfaces of each element, tubular protrusions (2a, 2b) axially coincident
upon coupling the two elements together cooperatively defining said holes (2); and
comprising symmetric elastic split pins (7) having a median or central flange (7f),
symmetric split tails (7a, 7b) of the elastic pin adapted to be forcibly introduced
in two aligned holes (2) of a basic module (1) or of a spacing listel (3) and of an
adjacent spacing listel (3) or basic module (1) having said box-like structure.
1. Eine modular und unbegrenzt in verschiedenen und variablen Formen zusammensetzbare
Möbelstruktur für unterschiedliche Anwendungen, bestehend aus
- einer Mehrzahl von rechtwinkligen Rahmengrundmodulen (1) mit abgerundeten oder abgeschrägten
Ecken, deren vier Seiten einheitliche Querschnitte sowie Dicken aufweisen sowie ebene
Vorder- und Rückseiten, welche parallel zueinander sind sowie zu der Ebene des rechtwinkligen
Rahmens, sowie mit wenigstens zwei einheitlich beabstandeten Löchern (2) an jeder
Seite des Rahmens, mit parallelen Achsen orthogonal zu der Ebene der Rahmenmodule
(1);
- geradlinige Abstandsleisten (3), welche zu dem Querschnitt und der Dicke der vier
Seiten der rechtwinkligen Rahmenmodule (1) identische Querschnitte und Dicken aufweisen
sowie ebene Vorder- und Rückseiten, welche parallel zueinander sind sowie zu der Ebene
des rechtwinkligen Rahmenmoduls (1), gegen welche die besagten Vorder- und Rückseiten
von zwei Rahmenmodulen (1) angrenzen, wenn eine Leiste zwischen den Seiten von zwei
rechtwinkligen Rahmenmodulen (1) eingefügt wird, wobei die besagten Leisten (3) wenigstens
zwei Löcher (2) aufweisen mit zu den besagten Vorder- und Rückseiten der Leiste orthogonalen
Achsen, und welche koordiniert ausrichtbar sind zu entlang irgendeiner Seite der rechtwinkligen
Rahmenmodule (1) vorhandenen Löchern (2);
- Befestigungsmittel (4) von einer Länge korrespondierend mit dem Produkt aus der
Dicke der Rahmenmodule (1) bzw. der Leisten (3) mal der Gesamtzahl von Rahmen (1)
sowie irgendwelcher, zwischen den zu befestigenden Rahmenmodulen eingefügter Abstandsleisten
(3), welche in ausgerichtete Löcher (2) von zwei oder mehr Rahmengrundmodulen (1)
sowie von irgendwelchen, eventuell zwischen den Rahmenmodulen eingefügten Abstandsleisten
(3) eingesetzt sind.
2. Die Struktur gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die besagten Befestigungsmittel (4) Stäbe einer
gewissen Länge sind, ausgewählt unter einer Anzahl von vorgegebenen Längen, welche
miteinander verbindbar sind, um Stäbe einer gewünschten Länge zu bilden, die dem Mehrfachen
und/oder der Summe einer oder mehrerer der besagten, vorgegebenen Längen entspricht,
wobei jeder Stab (4) durch eine Aufeinanderfolge von ausgerichteten Löchern (2) hindurchgeht,
welche eine Mehrzahl von Grundmodulen (1) und eine Mehrzahl von eventuell zwischen
den Modulen eingefügten Abstandsleisten (3) durchqueren, und welche durch Stirnschrauben
oder Kappen (5) an den beiden Enden des Stabes verriegelt sind.
3. Die Struktur gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei eine Wiederholung oder Erweiterung einer ersten,
aus einer gewissen Anzahl von Grundmodulen (1) bestehenden Baugruppe, beginnend an
einer oder mehreren Seiten oder Ecken der Baugruppe, durch das Verschachteln von Seiten
der Grundmodule (1) der ersten Baugruppe mit den Seiten der Grundmodule (1) einer
Wiederholungs- oder Erweiterungsbaugruppe erfolgt, welche mittels Stäben (4) verbunden
werden, die durch ausgerichtete Löcher (2) der verschachtelten Seiten von Grundmodulen
(1) der beiden Baugruppen hindurchtreten.
4. Die Struktur gemäß Anspruch 3, wobei zwischen denjenigen Seiten der Grundmodule (1)
einer Baugruppe, welche nicht mit den Seiten solcher Grundmodule (1) überlappen, welche
eine Wiederholungs- oder Erweiterungsbaugruppe darstellen, Abstandsleisten eingefügt
sind, die von den besagten Befestigungsstäben (4) durchquert werden.
5. Die Struktur gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, wobei die durch die Abfolge von ausgerichteten
Löchern (2) in den Seiten von Grundmodulen (1) und eventuell eingefügten Abstandsleisten
(3) hindurchgesteckten Stäbe (4) mit Gewinde versehene Enden aufweisen, worin mit
Gewinde versehene Verbindungsstifte (6) oder Stirnschrauben oder Kappen (5) eines
resultierenden Stabs eingeschraubt sind, um ein Paket aus Grundmodulen und aus eventuell
eingefügten Abstandsleisten zusammenzuziehen.
6. Die Struktur gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die besagten Grundmodule (1) und die besagten
Abstandsleisten (3) eine massive Struktur aus Holz aufweisen oder aus einem Ersatzmaterial
für Holz, und wobei die besagten Verbindungsmittel (4) aus beruhigtem Stahl bestehen
oder aus einem Stahlrohr.
7. Die Struktur gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die besagten Grundmodule (1) und die besagten
Abstandsleisten (3) eine schachtelartige Struktur aufweisen und jeweils aus einem
Grundelement (1a, 3a) mit kanalförmigem Querschnitt und aus einem flachen Deckelelement
(1 b, 3b) bestehen, welche durch Verzapfen, Verkleben oder Verschweißen verbunden
sind, wobei rohrförmige Vorsprünge (2a, 2b) an den Innenseiten jedes Elements, welche
anlässlich der Verbindung der beiden Elemente axial zusammentreffen, miteinander gemeinsam
die besagten Löcher (2) bilden.
8. Die Struktur gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Befestigungsmittel (4) symmetrische, elastische,
gespaltene Stifte (7) mit einem mittleren oder zentralen Flansch (7f) sind, wobei
symmetrische, gespaltene Enden (7a, 7b) des elastischen Stifts gewaltsam in zwei fluchtende
Löcher (2) eines Grundmoduls (1) oder einer Abstandsleiste (3) und einer angrenzenden
Abstandsleiste (3) oder eines angrenzenden Grundmoduls (1) mit der besagten, schachtelförmigen
Struktur eingesteckt werden
9. Ein Inventar von standardisieren Produktionsartikeln für das Zusammensetzen von modular
sowie unbegrenzt zusammenfügbaren Möbelstrukturen gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche
1 bis 8, umfassend:
a) rechtwinklige Rahmengrundmodule (1) mit abgerundeten oder abgeschrägten Ecken sowie
mit ebenen Vorder- und Rückseiten, welche zueinander parallel sind sowie parallel
zu der Ebene des Rahmens, sowie mit wenigstens zwei einheitlich beabstandeten Löchern
(2) an jeder Seite des rechtwinkligen Rahmens, mit parallelen Achsen orthogonal zu
der Ebene des Rahmens;
b) geradlinige Abstandsleisten (3) mit einem Querschnitt identisch zu dem Querschnitt
der Seiten der rechtwinkligen Rahmenmodule (1), sowie mit ebenen und zueinander sowie
zu der Ebene der Rahmenmodule (1) parallelen Vorder- und Rückseiten, welche einsetzbar
sind zwischen einer oder mehreren Seiten von zwei rechteckigen Rahmenmodulen (1) und
wenigstens zwei Löcher (2) aufweisen, die in eine gemeinsame Flucht zu den Löchern
(2) mit parallelen Achsen orthogonal zu den Vorder- und Rückseiten bringbar sind,
die entlang jeder Seite der besagten, rechtwinkligen Rahmenmodule (1) vorhanden sind;
c) Stäbe (4) mit einer gewissen Länge, ausgewählt unter einer Anzahl von vorgegebenen
Längen, welche untereinander verbindbar sind, um Stäbe einer gewünschten Länge zu
bilden, die dem Mehrfachen und/oder der Summe einer oder mehrerer der besagten, vorgegebenen
Längen entspricht, wobei jeder Stab (4) durch eine Abfolge von ausgerichteten Löchern
(2) hindurchgeht, welche eine Mehrzahl von Grundmodulen (1) und eine Mehrzahl von
eventuell zwischen den Grundmodulen eingefügten Abstandsleisten (3) durchqueren, um
jene Mehrzahlen zusammenzuhalten;
d) Stirnschrauben oder Kappen (5), welche an die beiden Enden eines Stabs (4) anschraubbar
sind.
10. Das Inventar gemäß Anspruch 9, wobei die besagten Grundmodule (1) und die besagten
Leisten (3) eine schachtelartige Struktur aufweisen und jeweils aus einem Grundelement
(1a, 3a) mit kanalförmigem Querschnitt und aus einem flachen Deckelelement (1 b, 3b)
bestehen, welche durch Verzapfen, Verkleben oder Verschweißen verbunden sind, wobei
rohrförmige Vorsprünge (2a, 2b) an den Innenseiten jedes Elements, welche anlässlich
der Verbindung der beiden Elemente axial zusammentreffen, miteinander gemeinsam die
besagten Löcher (2) bilden; und umfassend symmetrische, elastische, gespaltene Stifte
(7) mit einem mittleren oder zentralen Flansch (7f), wobei symmetrische, gespaltene
Enden (7a, 7b) des elastischen Stifts dafür ausgebildet sind, um gewaltsam in zwei
fluchtende Löcher (2) eines Grundmoduls (1) oder einer Abstandsleiste (3) und einer
angrenzenden Abstandsleiste (3) oder eines angrenzenden Grundmoduls (1) mit der besagten,
schachtelförmigen Struktur eingesteckt zu werden.
1. Structure de meuble modulaire et indéfiniment déclinable sous différentes formes variables
pour différents buts, composée de :
une pluralité de modules de châssis rectangulaires de base (1) avec des coins arrondis
ou chanfreinés, dont les quatre côtés ont une section transversale et une épaisseur
uniformes et des surfaces avant et arrière plates et parallèles entre elles et au
plan du châssis rectangulaire et au moins deux trous uniformément espacés (2) de chaque
côté du châssis avec des axes parallèles orthogonaux au plan des modules de châssis
(1) ;
des listels d'espacement rectilignes (3) de section transversale et d'épaisseur identiques
à la section transversale et à l'épaisseur des quatre côtés desdits modules de châssis
rectangulaires (1) et ayant des surfaces avant et arrière plates et parallèles entre
elles et audit plan desdits modules de châssis rectangulaires (1) contre lesquels
lesdites surfaces avant et arrière des deux modules de châssis (1) viennent en butée
lorsqu'un listel est intercalé entre les côtés des deux modules de châssis rectangulaires
(1), lesdits listels d'espacement (3) ayant au moins deux trous (2) avec des axes
orthogonaux auxdites surfaces avant et arrière du listel et pouvant s'aligner de manière
coordonnée avec les trous (2) présents le long de n'importe quel côté des modules
de châssis rectangulaires (1) ;
des moyens de fixation (4) de longueur correspondant au produit de l'épaisseur de
module des châssis (1) et des listels (3) par le nombre total de châssis (1) et de
l'un quelconque des listels d'espacement (3) intercalés entre les modules de châssis
à fixer, introduits dans des trous alignés (2) de deux ou plusieurs modules de châssis
de base (1) ou de l'un quelconque des listels d'espacement (3) finalement intercalés
entre deux modules de châssis (1).
2. Structure selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdits moyens de fixation (4) sont
des tiges d'une certaine longueur choisie parmi un nombre de longueur préétablies
et pouvant s'assembler les unes aux autres pour constituer des tiges d'un multiple
de longueur souhaité et/ou une somme d'une ou de plusieurs desdites longueurs préétablies,
chaque tige (4) passant par une succession de trous alignés (2) traversant une pluralité
de modules de base (1) et une pluralité de listels d'espacement (3) finalement intercalés
entre les modules et bloqués par des vis d'extrémité ou capuchons (5) aux deux extrémités
de la tige.
3. Structure selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la reproduction ou extension du
premier ensemble composé d'un certain nombre de modules de base (1), à partir d'un
ou plusieurs côtés ou coins de l'assemblage, a lieu en intercalant des côtés des modules
de base (1) du premier ensemble avec les côtés des modules de base (1) d'une extension
ou ensemble de réplique, fixés par des tiges (4) passant par des trous alignés (2)
des côtés intercalés des modules de base (1) des deux ensembles.
4. Structure selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle, entre les côtés des modules de
base (1) d'un ensemble qui ne sont pas intercalés avec les côtés des modules de base
(1) constituant un ensemble de reproduction ou d'extension, sont intercalés des listels
d'espacement (3) traversés par lesdites tiges de fixation (4).
5. Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, dans laquelle lesdites
tiges (4) qui passent par la séquence des trous alignés (2) des côtés des modules
de base (1) et des listels d'espacement finalement intercalés (3) ont des extrémités
filetées dans lesquelles des brins de jonction filetés (6) ou vis d'extrémité ou capuchons
(5) de la tige résultante sont visés pour serrer un ensemble de modules de base et
de listels d'espacement finalement intercalés.
6. Structure selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdits modules de base (1) et lesdits
listels d'espacement (3) ont une structure massive de bois ou un matériau de substitution
de bois et lesdits moyens d'espacement (4) sont réalisés à partir d'acier massif ou
de tube d'acier.
7. Structure selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdits modules de base (1) et lesdits
listels (3) ont une structure en forme de boîte, chacune composée par un élément de
base de section transversale de canal (1a, 3a) et un élément de couvercle plat (1b,
3b) assemblés ensemble par assemblage à rainure et languette, collage ou soudage,
sur les surfaces internes de chaque élément tubulaire, des saillies (2a, 2b) axialement
coïncidentes suite au couplage des deux éléments, définissent ensemble de manière
coopérative lesdits trous (2).
8. Structure selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle les éléments de fixation (4) sont
des broches fendues symétriques élastiques (7) ayant une bride médiane ou centrale
(7f), des queues fendues symétriques (7a, 7b) de la broche élastique sont introduites
de force dans deux trous alignés (2) d'un module de base (1) ou d'un listel d'espacement
(3) et d'un listel d'espacement adjacent (3) ou module de base (1) ayant ladite structure
en forme de boîte.
9. Stock d'articles standardisés de produit manufacturé pour composer des structures
de meuble modulaires et indéfiniment déclinables selon l'une quelconque des revendications
1 à 8, comprenant :
a) les modules de châssis rectangulaires de base (1) avec des coins arrondis ou chanfreinés
et ayant des surfaces avant et arrière plates et parallèles entre elles et au plan
du châssis et au moins deux trous uniformément espacés (2) de chaque côté du châssis
rectangulaire avec des axes parallèles orthogonaux au plan du châssis ;
b) des listels d'espacement rectangulaires (3) de section transversale identique à
la section transversale des côtés desdits modules de châssis rectangulaires (1), ayant
des surfaces avant et arrière plates et parallèles entre elles et au plan desdits
modules de châssis (1) pouvant s'intercaler entre un ou plusieurs côtés de deux modules
de châssis rectangulaires (1) et ayant au moins deux trous (2) pouvant s'aligner de
manière coordonnée aux trous (2) avec des axes parallèles orthogonaux auxdites surfaces
avant et arrière présentes le long de chaque côté desdits modules de châssis rectangulaires
(1) ;
c) des tiges (4) d'une certaine longueur choisie parmi un certain nombre de longueurs
préétablies et pouvant s'assembler entre elles pour constituer des tiges d'un multiple
de longueur souhaité et/ou somme d'une ou de plusieurs desdites longueurs préétablies,
chaque tige (4) pouvant s'insérer à travers une succession de trous alignés (2) traversant
une pluralité de modules de base (1) et une pluralité de listels d'espacement (3)
finalement intercalés entre des modules de base (1) pour maintenir lesdites pluralités
ensemble ;
d) des vis d'extrémité ou capuchons (5) pouvant se visser aux deux extrémités d'une
tige (4).
10. Stock selon la revendication 9, dans lequel lesdits modules de base (1) et lesdits
listels (3) ont une structure en forme de boîte composée par un élément de base de
section transversale de canal (1a, 3a) et une élément de couvercle plat (1b, 3b) assemblé
par assemblage à rainure et languette, collage ou soudage, sur des surfaces internes
de chaque élément, des saillies tubulaires (2a, 2b) axialement coïncidentes suite
au couplage des deux éléments ensemble définissant de manière coopérative lesdits
trous (2) ; et comprenant des broches fendues élastiques symétriques (7) ayant une
bride médiane ou centrale (7f), lesdites broches fendues symétriques (7a, 7b) de la
broche élastique étant adaptées pour être introduites de force dans deux trous alignés
(2) d'un module de base (1) ou d'un listel d'espacement (3) et d'un listel d'espacement
adjacent (3) ou module de base (1) ayant ladite structure en forme de boîte.
