(54) Enhanced fractionation of phosphorylated and nonphosphorylated biomolecules by apatite chromotography


(57) Methods are disclosed for the use of apatite chromatography, particularly without reliance upon phosphate gradients, for fractionation or separation of phosphorylated and nonphosphorylated biomolecules. Integration of such methods into multi-step procedures, with other fractionation methods are additionally disclosed.
