(57) Methods are disclosed for the use of apatite chromatography, particularly without
reliance upon phosphate gradients, for fractionation or separation of phosphorylated
and nonphosphorylated biomolecules. Integration of such methods into multi-step procedures,
with other fractionation methods are additionally disclosed.
