OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The object of this invention is a multi bottle holder which enables bottles to be
affixed in said holder in order to be transported from one place to another.
[0002] Due to its special configuration, the multiple bottle holder is presented with holes
into which the bottle neck is inserted, preventing it from coming out due to its own
weight.
[0003] Similarly, this configuration of the bottle holder permits one multiple holder to
be placed on a lower multiple holder, and so on successively, until a stack of holders
is built up.
BACKGROUND TO THE INVENTION
[0004] Flexible multiple holders of containers are known in the state of the art, made from
plastic or similar material, which are provided with a handle for gripping and a series
of holes where the body of the container is inserted.
[0005] The foregoing include international application
W02008/027121 concerning a multiple holder-transporter of containers where said containers are
affixed to the holder by the body of the container, due to the flexible properties
of the holder.
[0006] Nevertheless, in the previous holder it is sometimes difficult to extract the containers
or bottles from the holder due to the resistance of that material, and more so when
the bottles are affixed to the holder by the bottle body, therefore it is necessary
to remove the holder along a large part of the bottle body, which increases the time
taken by the end user to remove the holder.
[0007] Furthermore, there are cardboard holders which, during packaging of the bottles,
cans or containers in general, or during transport, generate irregular fold lines,
due to the forces transmitted from the edge of the apertures at the edge of the holder.
[0008] These irregular lines worsen the final state of the holder and their final appearance
from the consumer's perspective.
[0009] All these disadvantages are overcome with this invention which is described in detail
below.
[0010] It is known in the state of the art a package for food articles as the one disclosed
in
FR 2684079, which discloses a multiple bottle holder in accordance with the preamble of claim
1, which consists of a panel made of sheet material which comprises cut-out sections
which, when the panel is folded along folding lines, form respective collars for receiving
articles. The folding lines are arranged such that once the panel is folded, a reinforcing
and spacing rib is formed at an intermediate position between adjacent articles and
extending downwards with respect to the general plane of the rest of the panel. The
reinforcing and spacing rib is preferably oriented perpendicular to a line joining
the corresponding containers. The panel is typically designed, when it is folded,
to hold groups of food or drink containers.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0011] This invention is defined by a multiple bottle holder according to appended claim
1.
[0012] The holder is provided with apertures formed from cut lines and fold lines which
permit insertion of the bottle neck, preventing this from coming out of the aperture
as a result of its own weight.
[0013] The fold lines form a regular polygon, whereas the cut lines are arranged from the
points of that polygon to the centre thereof.
[0014] In this way, the bottle neck is inserted in said aperture which prevents it from
coming out again as a result of its own weight, due to the locking of the cap or a
rim in the bottle neck, in the points or sections defined between each two cut lines
adjacent to the apertures.
[0015] The multiple holder is provided with a handle which enables the bottles to be carried
from one place to another once they have been inserted in the apertures.
[0016] Leading from each of the multiple holder apertures there is at least one weakening
line which extends to one of the edges of the multiple holder which releases the tensions
which could be generated during the grouping or transport of the bottles in said multiple
holder, and thus avoiding the formation of irregular fold lines.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0017] The present descriptive report is complemented by a set of plans illustrating a preferred
embodiment of the invention, but which is in no way restrictive.
Figure 1 shows a ground view of the development of the multiple holder made from a
single sheet of cardboard.
Figure 2 shows a perspective view of the multiple holder carrying 4 bottles in transport.
Figure 3 shows a detail of the multiple holder in which part of its handle may be
folded in order to deposit on the group of bottles carried by the multiple holder,
another group of bottles with another multiple holder.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
[0018] In view of the aforementioned description, this invention refers to a multiple bottle
holder formed from a single sheet (1) of perforated cardboard which permits the bottles
(2) to be affixed in said multiple holder in order to be carried from one place to
another.
[0019] In this example of an embodiment of the multiple holder there are four apertures
(1.1) formed from cut lines (1.1.1) and fold lines (1.1.2) which permit insertion
of the bottle(2) neck (2.1) preventing this (2) from coming out of the aperture (1.1)
as a result of its own weight.
[0020] The fold lines (1.1.2) form a regular polygon, in this case a hexagon, whereas the
cut lines (1.1.1) are arranged from the points of that polygon to the centre thereof.
[0021] In the centre of said regular polygon there is a perforated area (1.1.3) which defines
the same regular polygon, however with reduced dimensions.
[0022] In this way, the bottle (2) neck (2.1) is inserted in the aperture (1.1) which prevents
said bottle (2) coming out once more from said aperture (2.1) as a result of its own
weight, due to the locking in the cap (2.2) or in a rim (2.1.1) present in the bottle
(2) neck(2.1) of the sections (1.1.3.1) of the perforation (1.1.3) defined between
each two cut lines adjacent to the apertures, which increases the contact surface
between the multiple holder and bottles, and therefore their retention.
[0023] The multiple holder is provided with a handle (1.2) which is formed by folding the
sheet (1) of cardboard through a central fold line (1.3) which divides the multiple
holder into two halves, with the four apertures (1.1) arranged two on each side of
the central fold line (1.3) in symmetrical arrangement with respect to said line.
[0024] Due to the other two fold lines (1.4) which separate the handle zone (1.2) from the
multiple holder and which are defined in each of the two halves of the multiple holder,
two gripping zones (1.5)are created which are joined by connection means, in this
example using glue or adhesive.
[0025] On these two gripping zones (1.5) there are respective C-shaped perforations (1.5.1)
which permit the user or consumer to carry the multiple holders when said zones (1.5)
have been joined.
[0026] In addition, two other fold lines (1.6) are arranged between the C-shaped perforations
(1.5.1) and the central fold line (1.3) which permit folding of the upper part of
the gripping zones (1.5) with these fold lines (1.6) at the height of the upper end
of the bottle (2) caps (2.2) which permits another group of bottles (2) joined in
another multiple holder to rest on them, thus successively building a stack of said
multiple holders.
[0027] There are two weakening lines (1.7)running from each of the apertures (1.1) of the
multiple holder which extend to the edge (1.8) of the multiple holder furthest from
the handle (1.2) in order to release tensions which could be generated during the
grouping or carrying of the bottles in said holder.
[0028] Similarly, the multiple holder is provided with a perforation in the form of an entrance
(1.8.1) on the edge (1.8) of the multiple holder furthest from the handle (1.2) which
assists in positioning it when the bottles (2) are affixed.
[0029] Running from this entrance (1.8.1) the multiple holder is provided with another weakening
line (1.7) with the same purpose as the previous ones.
[0030] In another example of an embodiment, the multiple holder is formed from two cardboard
sheets (1), where the handle (1.2) is formed by joining with connection means, preferably
by gluing, two zones (1.5)present in each of the two cardboard sheets (1), which define
the two halves of the multiple holder, with therefore, no central folding line (1.3).
[0031] In both examples of a preferred embodiment, the two halves of the multiple holder
are identical, in order to house the same number of bottles on either side of the
handle (1.2).
1. A multiple bottle holder formed from a single cardboard sheet (1) provided with apertures
(1.1) formed from the basis of cut lines (1.1.1) and fold lines (1.1.2) which each
(1.1) permit insertion of the bottle (2) neck (2.1) preventing the bottle (2) from
coming out of said apertures (1.1) due to its own weight, where the fold lines (1.1.2)
form a regular polygon, whereas the cut lines (1.1.1) are arranged from the points
of said polygon to the centre thereof, the multiple bottle holder being provided with
a handle (1.2) which is formed through a central fold line (1.3) which divides the
multiple holder into two halves having two fold lines (1.4) defined in the two halves
of the multiple holder, which define two zones (1.5) which are joined through connection
means in order to stiffen the handle (1.2) wherein in on the two zones (1.5) joined
through connections means there are respective perforations (1.5.1) which permit the
user or consumer to hold the multiple holder when said zones (1.5) are joined, characterized in that the multiple bottle holder is additionally provided with two other fold lines (1.6)
which are arranged between the perforations (1.5.1) and the central fold line (1.3)
which permit folding of the upper part of the gripping zones (1.5) with these fold
lines (1.6) at the height of the upper end of the bottle (2) caps (2.2) which permits
another group of bottles (2) joined in another multiple holder, thus successively
building a stack of said multiple holders.
2. Multiple bottle holder according to claim 1 characterised in that the points or sections defined between every two cut lines adjacent to the apertures
prevent the bottle (2) from coming out of the apertures as a result of its own weight,
due to its locking in the cap (2.2) or a rim (2.1.1) present in the bottle (2) neck
(2.1).
3. Multiple bottle holder according to claim 1 characterised in that it is provided, leading from each of the multiple holder apertures(1.1) with at least
one weakening line (1.7)which extends to one of the edges (1.8) of the multiple holder
which releases the tensions which could be generated during the grouping or transport
of the bottles in said multiple holder, and thus avoiding the formation of irregular
fold lines.
4. Multiple bottle holder according to claim 2 characterised in that in the centre of said regular polygon there is a perforation (1.1.3) which defines
the same regular polygon, however, with reduced dimensions, so that the sections (1.1.3.1)
of the perforation (1.1.3) defined between each two cut lines (1.1.1) adjacent to
the apertures (1.1) lock in the cap (2.2) or in a rim (2.1.1) present in the bottle
(2) neck (2.1).
5. Multiple bottle holder according to claim 3 characterised in that it is provided with a perforation in the form of an entrance (1.8.1) on the edge
(1.8) of the multiple holder furthest from the handle (1.2)which assists in positioning
it when the bottles (2) are affixed.
6. Multiple bottle holder according to claim 5 characterised in that it is provided, running from this entrance (1.8.1) with a weakening line (1.7).
7. Multiple bottle holder according to claim 1 characterised in that it is provided with four apertures (1.1), arranged symmetrically, two on each side
of the central fold line (1.3) or on each side of the sheets which make up the holder
which are identical.
8. Multiple bottle holder according to claim 1 characterised in that the regular polygon is a hexagon.
1. Mehrfachträger für Flaschen, gebildet aus einem einzigen mit Öffnungen (1.1) in Form
von Schnittlinien (1.1.1) und Faltlinien (1.1.2) ausgestatteten Blatt Karton (1),
wobei jede der Öffnungen (1.1) das Einschieben eines Flaschenhalses (2.1) einer Flasche
(2) erlaubt und das Herausrutschen der Flasche (2) aus diesen Öffnungen (1.1) aufgrund
des Eigengewichtes verhindert, derart dass die Faltlinien (1.1.2) ein regelmäßiges
Vieleck bilden, während die Schnittlinien (1.1.1) von den Scheiteln dieses Vieleckes
in die Mitte desselben verlaufen, wobei der Mehrfachträger für Flaschen mit einem
mittels einer mittleren Faltlinie (1.3) gebildeten Haltegriff (1.2) ausgestattet ist,
welche Faltlinie den Mehrfachträger in zwei Hälften mit zwei definierten Faltlinien(1.4)
in den beiden Hälften des Mehrfachträgers teilt, welche zwei Bereiche (1.5) definieren,
die über Verbindungsmittel zur Versteifung des Haltegriffs (1.2) verbunden sind, so
dass in diesen zwei mittels Verbindungsmitteln verbundenen Bereichen die entsprechenden
Perforationen (1.5.1) vorhanden sind die es dem Nutzer oder Verbraucher erlauben,
den Mehrfachträger zu halten, wenn diese Bereiche (1.5) verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mehrfachträger für Flaschen zusätzlich mit zwei weiteren Faltlinien (1.6) ausgestattet
ist, die zwischen den Durchbrüchen (1.5.1) und der mittleren Faltlinie (1.3) angeordnet
sind und das Zusammenklappen des oberen Teils der Haltebereiche (1.5) mit diesen Faltlinien
(1.6) auf der Höhe des oberen Endes der Kappen (2.2) der Flasche (2) erlaubt, wodurch
eine weitere Gruppe von Flaschen (2) in einem anderen Mehrfachträger vereint werden
kann und auf diese Weise die Mehrfachträger sukzessive aufeinandergestapelt werden
können.
2. Mehrfachträger für Flaschen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwischen je zwei an die Öffnungen angrenzenden Schnittlinien definierten Punkte
oder Abschnitte verhindern, dass die Flasche (2) aufgrund ihres Eigengewichts aus
den Öffnungen rutscht, da sie durch die Kappe (2.2) oder einen Wulst (2.1.1) am Flaschenhals
(2.1) der Flasche (2) zurückgehalten wird.
3. Mehrfachträger für Flaschen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ausgehend von jeder der Öffnungen (1.1) des Mehrfachträgers mit mindestens einer
Schwächungslinie (1.7) ausgestattet ist, die sich zu einem der Ränder (1.8) des Mehrfachträgers
erstreckt und die Spannungen löst, die während der Ansammlung oder dem Transport der
Flaschen in diesem Mehrfachträger entstehen können und auf diese Weise die Bildung
unregelmäßiger Faltlinien verhindert.
4. Mehrfachträger für Flaschen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Mitte dieses unregelmäßigen Vielecks eine Perforation (1.1.3) vorhanden ist,
die das gleiche regelmäßige Vieleck beschreibt, jedoch mit kleineren Ausmaßen, so
dass die zwischen jeweils zwei an die Öffnungen (1.1) angrenzenden Schnittlinien (1.1.1)
definierten Abschnitte (1.1.3.1) der Perforation (1.1.3) an der Kappe (2.2) oder an
einem Wulst (2.1.1) am Flaschenhals (2.1) der Flasche (2) zurückgehalten werden.
5. Mehrfachträger für Flaschen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mit einer Perforation in Form eines Einschnitts (1.8.1) am vom Haltegriff (1.2)
am weitesten entfernten Rand (1.8) des Mehrfachträgers versehen ist, der zu seiner
Positionierung beiträgt, wenn die Flaschen (2) im Träger angeordnet sind.
6. Mehrfachträger für Flaschen nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ausgehend von diesem Einschnitt (1.8.1) mit einer Schwächungslinie (1.7) versehen
ist.
7. Mehrfachträger für Flaschen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mit vier symmetrisch angeordneten Öffnungen (1.1) versehen ist, zwei auf jeder
Seite der mittleren Faltlinie (1.3) oder auf jeder Seite der den Träger bildenden
Blätter, die identisch sind.
8. Mehrfachträger für Flaschen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das regelmäßige Vieleck ein Sechseck ist.
1. Support multiple pour bouteilles, constitué d'une seule feuille de carton (1), dotée
d'ouvertures (1.1) formées de lignes de découpe (1.1.1) et de lignes de pliage (1.1.2),
chacune de ces lignes (1.1) permet l'insertion du col (2.1) d'une bouteille (2) en
évitant que la bouteille (2) sorte desdites ouvertures (1.1) du fait de son propre
poids, ainsi, les lignes de pliage (1.1.2) forment un polygone régulier alors que
les lignes de découpe (1.1.1) sont disposées depuis les sommets dudit polygone jusqu'au
centre de celui-ci, le support multiple pour bouteilles est doté d'une poignée (1.2)
formée d'une ligne de pliage central (1.3) qui divise le support multiple en deux
moitiés possédant deux lignes de pliage (1.4) définies sur les deux moitiés du support
multiple, qui définissent deux zones (1.5) réunies par des moyens de raccord afin
de donner de la rigidité à la poignée (1.2), de sorte que les deux zones (1.5) réunies
par lesdits moyens de raccord comportent, respectivement, des perforations (1.5.1)
qui permettent à l'usager ou au consommateur de tenir le support multiple lorsque
lesdites zones (1.5) sont réunies. Le dispositif selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que le support multiple pour bouteilles est doté, en plus, de deux autres lignes de pliage
(1.6) qui sont disposées entre les perforations (1.5.1) et la ligne de pliage central
(1.3), lesdites lignes permettent le pliage de la partie supérieure des zones de préhension
(1.5) avec ces lignes de pliage (1.6) à la hauteur de l'extrémité supérieure des capuchons
(2.2) de la bouteille (2), ceci permet d'ajouter un autre groupe de bouteilles (2)
uni à un autre support multiple et d'obtenir ainsi, successivement, un empilage desdits
supports multiples.
2. Support multiple pour bouteilles, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les points ou section définis toutes les deux lignes de découpe adjacentes aux ouvertures
évitent que la bouteille (2) sorte des ouvertures du fait de leur propre poids grâce
à leur blocage au niveau du capuchon (2.2) ou d'un rebord (2.1.1) présent dans le
col (2.1) de la bouteille (2).
3. Support multiple pour bouteilles, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est doté, à la sortie de chacune des ouvertures (1.1) du support multiple d'au
moins une ligne de préincision (1.7) qui s'étend sur l'un des bords (1.8) du support
multiple ; ladite ligne libère les tensions susceptibles de se produire lors du regroupement
ou du transport des bouteilles sur ledit support multiple, évitant ainsi la formation
de lignes de pliage irrégulières.
4. Support multiple pour bouteilles, selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, au centre dudit polygone irrégulier, il existe une perforation (1.1.3) définie par
le propre polygone régulier, bien que de dimensions réduites, de sorte que les sections
(1.1.3.1) de la perforation (1.1.3), définies toutes les deux lignes de découpe (1.1.1)
adjacentes aux ouvertures (1.1), se bloquent au niveau du capuchon (2.2) ou d'un rebord
(2.1.1) présent dans le col (2.1) de la bouteille (2).
5. Support multiple pour bouteilles, selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est doté d'une perforation en forme d'entrée (1.8.1) sur le bord (1.8) du support
multiple plus éloigné de la poignée (1.2) qui permet son positionnement une fois que
les bouteilles (2) sont placées.
6. Support multiple pour bouteilles, selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est doté, à la sortie de ladite entrée (1.8.1), d'une ligne de préincision (1.7).
7. Support multiple pour bouteilles, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est doté de quatre ouvertures (1.1) disposées symétriquement, deux de chaque côté
de la ligne de pliage central (1.3) ou de chaque côté des feuilles constituant le
support qui sont identiques.
8. Support multiple pour bouteilles, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le polygone régulier est un hexagone.
