(54) AIR CHANNEL SWITCHING DEVICE AND HEAT EXCHANGING VENTILATING APPARATUS USING THE SAME

(57) To construct an air-channel switching device that performs, for an air-passage channel in an apparatus, switching between a first air-passage channel and a second air-passage channel bifurcated from the first air-passage channel, an air-channel-switching-plate holding unit is arranged near a bifurcation in the first air-passage channel substantially along a direction of an air current in the first air-passage channel, thereby locally dividing the first air-passage channel into first and second sub-air-passage channels. An air-channel switching plate turnably held by the air-channel-switching-plate holding unit includes: a first section that closes an inflow port of the second air-passage channel when opening the first air-passage channel, and closes the second sub-air-passage channel when closing the first air-passage channel; a frame-shaped second section that opens the first sub-air-passage channel when opening the first air-passage channel; and a third section that closes the first sub-air-passage channel when closing the first air-passage channel. With this configuration, downsizing and noise reduction of a driving device that turns the air-channel switching plate are achieved.
