(57) A plate for freeze drying machines, comprising two parallel facing metal sheets (4, 6) connected together by a perimetral frame (8, 8', 10, 10') and provided with an inlet conduit (14) and an outlet conduit (16) for a cooled/heated diathermic fluid, within the chamber (12) formed by said metal sheets (4, 6) and by said frame (8, 8', 10, 10') there being provided a plurality of parallel profiles (18) forming zig-zag channels (22) for the flow of the diathermic fluid, characterised in that said profiles (18) have an Ω cross-section and are provided, at that end fixed to the frame (10'), with an aperture forming a passage for the diathermic fluid within the cavity of the Ω profile.
