(57) The present invention has the object of providing a grease composition for a mounter that exhibits excellent stability to mechanical shearing, and excellent mixing stability, a guiding device for a mounter that includes the grease composition, and a mounter that mounts the guiding device. A grease composition for a mounter includes a base oil and a thickening agent, has a worked penetration of 200 - 400, a dropping point of greater than or equal to 220°C, and a worked penetration change during a roll stability test of 0 to less than or equal to +100.
