(54) Prefabricated façade and manufacturing methods thereof


(57) It comprises perimeter metal profiles (7) cut to measure in factory in accordance with the dimensions and configuration of each module (2), said profiles (7) forming the outer perimeter of the façade module (2) and the inner perimeter corresponding to the openings for windows (8) or doors, said profiles (7) being susceptible of acting as moulds during the production of the outer layer (3) and assembly of the rest of the layers (4,5,6,10,11) and inner connections, susceptible of acting as joining means (7) for assembly with the adjacent modules (2) and as a structural pre-frame (9) for installing the windows (8) or doors at the work site, and susceptible of acting as means for sealing the façade from the exterior, thereby obtaining a complete and lightweight façade totally prefabricated in factory. It is the result of building industrialisation.
