Description

Subject of the Invention

[0001] The subject of the present invention is an assembly of a drawer and pull-out rails therefor, preferably of a drawer for household refrigerators.

Technical Problem

[0002] The technical problem solved by the invention is how to conceive such assembly of a drawer and roller pull-out rails therefor that would allow a user to simply and without use of any tools remove the movable part of roller pull-out rails from the drawer, after the drawer with the movable part of roller pull-out rails is taken out of the space in which it is integrated, preferably from a refrigerator, and then to replace the drawer to the original position in a simple way, without specific skills and tools. There is especially a need for a temporary removal and replacement of the drawer and separation of rails therefrom during regular cleaning of the drawer and the space, in which it is integrated, e.g. when cleaning the interior of the refrigerator. The construction of this assembly should have a reasonable price for the market.

Prior Art

[0003] Known assemblies of this type consist of optional drawers and roller pull-out rails adapted for each drawer type.

[0004] DE 298 17 743 U1 (BSH) discloses rails allowing a disassembly of the movable rail from the drawer due to an integrated spring connecting the movable part of the rail and the drawer. A disadvantage of this solution is its high price, so only integration into high-price rank products is justified.

[0005] There is also a known cost effective solution to the assembly based on a screw connection. However, its drawback is its unsuitability for regular disassembly in cleaning.

Solution to the Technical Problem

[0006] The described technical problem is solved by the assembly of a drawer and pull-out rails therefor, preferably of a drawer for household refrigerators of the invention, whose characteristic lies in that elastic connection elements are arranged on the pull-out part of large series roller pull-out rails and in that bearings for said connection elements are provided on the drawer in the contact area with the pull-out part, so that the connection elements arranged in these bearings determine the position of the drawer relative to rails and simultaneously also fasten the drawer on the rails in a way that during use the drawer cannot be removed from the rails, whereas by simply pushing the drawer to a direction that is excluded during regular use of the drawer the user simply disassembles the drawer from the rails due to elastic deformation caused by a directed push of the drawer. The drawer and the rails are assembled in the reverse order of the procedure as described above.

[0007] The invention will now be explained in more detail by a description of an embodiment and the drawings, in which

Fig. 1 shows a cross-section of the assembly of the invention,

Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the snap fitting by the invention arranged on the rails,

Fig. 3 shows a detail with an inserted snap fitting arranged on the rails.

[0008] An assembly of a drawer and pull-out rails therefor, preferably of a drawer of household refrigerators, consists of optional known roller pull-out rails 1 composed of a fixed part 2 arranged in an object 3 in any known manner, said object being intended to receive a drawer 4, and of a pull-out part 5 that is axially movable within part 2 and arranged on the drawer 4 by means of connecting elements 6.

[0009] The rails 1 are preferably such rails, the pull-out part 5 of which is provided with a supporting strip 7 intended to receive any horizontally lying lateral part 8 of the drawer 4. The lateral horizontal part 8 may be a strap on the bottom 9 of the drawer 4 or a horizontal strip of the lateral wall 10 of the drawer 4.

[0010] On the supporting strip 7 of each rail 1 there are several and principally at least one connecting element 6 consisting of a body 11 comprising a part 12 for preferably screw fastening of the element 6 to the strip 7 of the rail 1. On the connecting element 6 there is at least one, preferably two snap fittings 13 with a tooth 14, whereas the snap fittings 13 are designed as elastic brackets.

[0011] The drawer 4 designed to be arranged on the rail 1 is positioned on horizontally running lateral parts 8 with bearings 15 for connecting elements 6, whereby each bearing 15 comprises an edge 16, into which it snaps due to its shape and elasticity of the tooth 14 of an individual snap fitting 13 of the connecting element 6.

[0012] The bracket shape of connecting elements 6 assures positioning of snap elements 6 in bearings 15, whereby the snap fittings 13 fit onto the bearings 15 in order to ensure mutual stiff connection of the guide 1 and the drawer 4. The edges 16 of the bearings 15 and the teeth 14 of the snap fittings 13 are arranged in a way that their mutual connection is opened upon force exerted in direction of the longitudinal axis of the snap fittings 13, i.e. when a user exerts force rectangularly on the bottom 9 of the drawer 4 in direction towards the upper part of the drawer 4.

[0013] The bearings 15 in lateral parts 8 of the drawing 4 are preferably shaped in a way to comprise outflows 18 for the cleaning liquid regardless of the inclination of the drawer 4.

[0014] The connecting elements 6 are preferably made from thermoplastic materials, said drawers 4 are also made from the same material, whereas the rails 1 are of metal. The drawers 4 can also be made from other materials and the manufacturing procedures and further detail shapes of the bearings 15 are adapted thereto if need may be.

[0015] It is understood that a man skilled in the art can design other embodiments based on being acquainted with the above invention and the presented embodiment without circumventing the characteristics of the invention defined in the appended claims.
