(54) Modular system for house building


(57) The present invention relates to a modular system for the construction of buildings, for example, residential buildings, the system comprising a plurality of elongate and insulated building elements, which building elements consist of at least an inner and an outer cladding layer and between the inner and the outer cladding layer there is disposed a layer of filler material. The layer of filler material may be constituted of polyurethane. In the layer of polyurethane there is further provided at least one layer of a fire-retardant material. Furthermore, the elongate building elements are in their height and width direction adapted to be connected to a plurality of insert elements in order thereby to assemble the elongate and load-bearing building elements into the walls, floor and ceiling of a building.
