Portable apparatus for electro-stimulation of the human body |
(57) A portable apparatus for electro-stimulation of the human body, said apparatus (1)
having a signal generator (29) for generating electrical signals having waveforms
suited for electro-stimulation of a part of the human body, a pair of electrodes (3;
31; 32) for applying the electrical signals to the human body, a reservoir (4) for
containing conductive gel, a pump (5) hydraulically connected to the reservoir (4)
for delivering the conductive gel, and an outer shell (6) made of plastic material
having a main body (7) and a head (8) that can be removed from a position of coupling
to the main body (7). The main body (7) houses the signal generator (29) and the pump
(5). The reservoir (4) can be removed from a position of coupling to the main body
(7). The head (8) has a central portion (9), mounted on which is the pair of electrodes
(3; 31; 32) and which is set, in use, in contact with the human body, and a hole (10)
in the central portion (9) hydraulically coupled to the pump (5) for delivering the
conductive gel outside the head (8).
