(54) Motorcycle projector headlight

(57) A motorcycle projector headlight for a low beam can include a light source, a shade, a first reflector, a second reflector, a projector lens and an optical lens. A part of light emitted from the light source can form a fundamental light distribution pattern from the projector lens via the first reflector by shielding an upward portion of the light with the shade. Another part of the light can form an overhead light distribution pattern including a right and left bank light distribution pattern from the optical lens via the second reflector. Therefore, the overhead light distribution pattern can illuminate a traffic sign, etc. The right left bank light distribution pattern can illuminate a right and left triangle dark zone between a horizontal line and the fundamental light distribution pattern when a motorcycle banks. Thus, the projector motorcycle headlight can perform a favorable light distribution pattern utilizing a simple structure.
