OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to a dildo, i.e. a sex toy, specifically simulating
a penis, of the type destined for stimulation of sexual pleasure by introduction into
the vagina or rectum.
[0002] The object of the invention is to achieve a more pleasurable and real feeling during
use of the dildo by warming thereof.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0003] In the sphere of sex toys, dildos simulating a penis have been known to exist from
time immemorial in two basic versions: one wherein said dildo is obtained from silicone,
plastic, latex, rubber or similar and another wherein the dildo is rigid and made
of a metallic material, such as for example stainless steel.
[0004] On this basis, there are dildos which accurately copy the shape of a real penis while
others include modifications aimed at improving their effectiveness, such as rough
surfaces, strategically disposed protuberances, electric vibrating mechanisms, etc.
[0005] While in most cases these modifications or accessories achieve their purpose, normal
conditions of use fall short of their optimum level due to the fact that the dildo
is at ambient temperature, a temperature normally far lower than body temperature,
which would be desirable when establishing physical contact with the user's body.
Evidently, this problem is accentuated when the dildo is metallic.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0006] The dildo of the invention proposes, based on the basic structure of any conventional
dildo, with or without any of the aforementioned accessories, resolves the previously
expounded problems in a completely satisfactory manner, achieving the aforementioned
optimum conditions of physical contact.
[0007] To this end and more specifically, the invention consists of equipping the dildo
with an electric resistance housed in its interior, either between the layers of constituent
flexible material, in the case of the first group of dildos, those obtained from silicone
or similar, or in the hollow interior of dildos made of a metal material.
[0008] In both cases, the aforementioned electric resistance is aided by a battery and a
charger transformer, a battery that feeds the electric resistance through a switch
and a potentiometer, in such a manner that the latter allows regulation of the temperature
of the dildo according to the user's criteria.
[0009] The dildo is also equipped with a connector for connecting the battery to a battery
charger at the time of charging thereof.
[0010] Logically, in the first case or group of dildos the electric resistance will be flexible
in nature, while in the second case it may be a rigid resistance housed in the interior
of an equally rigid element, specifically metallic.
[0011] Finally, it must be pointed out that, in the case that the dildo is of the type that
incorporates an electric vibrator, said vibrator will share the same battery with
the electric resistance, either through an independent switch for each or a common
switch for both.

to better understand the characteristics of the invention, in accordance with a preferred
example of embodiment thereof, a set of drawings are attached as an integral part

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
[0013] In light of the aforementioned figures, it can firstly be observed in figure 1 how
the dildo proposed by the invention consists of a body (1) having any conventional
configuration, obtained from a series of silicone, plastic, latex or rubber layers,
which confer (1) an elastically deformable nature to said body, another conventional
configuration being a flexible electric resistance (2), for example having a spiral
trajectory, established between said body layers (1).
[0014] The electro-heating resistance is fed by a battery (3) with its corresponding charger
transformer through a potentiometer (4), which acts simultaneously as a switch, in
such a manner that, as of a stopped situation wherein the electric resistance (2)
is inactive, rotation of the potentiometer (4) firstly produces the electrical connection
of the resistance, at a minimum voltage and, thereafter, said level rises progressively
parallel to the rotation of the potentiometer up to the maximum envisaged level, in
such a manner that the temperature reached by the dildo inside the body (1) will be
that selected by the user and will resemble the normal temperature of the human body.
[0015] As mentioned earlier, the battery (3) can also feed the vibrator (5), in those cases
where the dildo incorporates it, either parallel to the resistance (2) through a single
potentiometer and a switch (4) or independently.
[0016] Finally, the dildo also incorporates a connector (6) to recharge the battery (3),
obviously with the collaboration of a battery charger, which can be connected to the
mains, not represented in the drawings.
[0017] The described structure is repeated basically in the case of a rigid dildo, such
as that of figure 2, wherein the body (1') is metallic in nature, for example stainless
steel, with the peculiarity that in this case the electric resistance (2') is a rigid
resistance that almost completely fills the interior of the body (1').
1. A dildo, of the type that incorporates a body which is flexible or rigid in nature,
which reproduces a real penis with more or less accuracy and can optionally be equipped
with a vibrator, characterised in that it houses an electric resistance heater in its interior which allows the body to
reach a temperature similar to that of the human body, said electric resistance being
fed by a battery, with its corresponding charger transformer, through a switch/potentiometer
that regulates the temperature generated by the resistance.
2. A dildo, according to claim 1, characterised in that, in the case of incorporating a vibrator, the aforementioned battery is common to
the vibrator and to the electric resistance heater, said vibrator and resistance being
fed through a single switch/potentiometer or independent switches.
3. A dildo, according to the preceding claims, characterised in that it has a connector for charging the battery, with the collaboration of a battery
charger.
4. A dildo, according to the preceding claims, characterised in that when the body of the dildo is flexible in nature, such as for example of silicone,
plastic, latex or rubber layers, the electric resistance is also flexible, while when
the body is rigid, such as for example of stainless steel, the electric resistance
is also rigid.
