(57) A component of swivel chair, especially a chair mechanism with rolling axis adjustment. It mainly solves the technical problem that the same mechanism cannot satisfy different people with different weight. The mechanism including base plate (1), middle block (2), back bracket (3), wherein in said base plate (1) there is an oval hole at the rear part (4), mid of the base plate stamped the 2nd oval hole (5), the 1st oval hole through the 1st rolling axis (6) connect base plate (1), middle block (2), back bracket (3), the 2nd oval hole through 2nd rolling axis (7) connect base plate (1), middle block (2), middle block front part has the 3rd oval hole (8), the 3rd oval hole through 3rd rolling axis (9) connect base plate (1) and mid block (2).

Technology Background



[0002] As known present tilt chair mechanism is made of up-tray, under joists, rolling axis and spring device. After the upper plate fixed with the chair back, chair could tilt in a certain range and make the user feels comfort. China patent bureau show to the public a mechanism (authorized its number as: CN2587252Y). It mainly including bottom plate tilt bracket, cone and adjustable device, tilt plate is fixed to the bottom plate, on the other side of the tilt plate has a cone fixing plate which show fixed connection with the tilt bracket and cone; adjustable device including lever, adjustable plate, tensional spring, tensional spring fixing plate, lever insert in the tilt bracket, fixing plate welded to the lever which insert into one side of the tilt bracket, other side of the fixing plate touch the gas lift, another side connect with tensional spring; on the other side of the fixing plate there is a stop turning plate; use pin to rivet the tilt bracket on the bottom plate, in the middle of the tilt bracket weld the cone, spring and spring fixing plate both circle around the pin, one end of spring fixed on the spring plate, on the adjustable plate there is a blistering; on the mechanism there is a locking device, which mainly including fixed block, pin, lever, block wheel, roller, roller pins, regulating sleeve, pin, adjusting bolt, compression spring, fixing plate, clutch, bush, locking knob; fixing block connect on the tilt bracket, which the end insert to the pin to do movement, one end of the clutch fixed re-moveable in the mid of pin. The other side of the pin has long oval hole in which insert the bolt. One end of the adjusting bolt assembled a locking knob, and also with bush. The outside surface of bush matches with one side of the fixing bracket which connects on the bottom plate. The other side of fixing bracket connects regulating sleeve. Inside of fixing plate match with compression spring which surrounds the adjusting bolt. One end of this bolt presses on roller. Using roller pins rivet the roller on block wheel. Its side inserts the pin, connecting regulating sleeve to tack action. In the other side of block wheel weld a lever. The back adjust control of this kind chair mechanism is absolutely use spring to take work. To people with different weight needs different tension spring force, which made the product a limit usage.

This utility new model that with rolling axis adjusted tilt chair mechanism, including base plate middle block back bracket, the features are in the described base plate there is an oval hole at he rear part, mid of the base plate stamped the 2nd oval hole, the 1st oval hole through the 1st rolling axis connect base plate , middle block, back bracket, the 2nd oval hole through 2nd rolling axis connect base plate, middle block, middle block front part has the 3rd oval hole, the 3rd oval hole through 3rd connect base plate and mid block. When pressed on the bracket during movement, it will drive the 1st rolling axis and 2nd rolling axis moving in the oval hole on the bottom plate, incidentally drive the 3rd rolling axis moving the oval hole on middle bracket which us welded the cone, connecting gas lift, when bracket moving, the mid bracket keep still. When the force on the bottom plate is with great strength, the power on the 3rd rolling axis is becoming greater, meanwhile pressure on the middle bracket oval hole is becoming greater correspondingly, so that the pressure on the bracket needs more pressure; When the force on the bottom plate is with little effort, the power on the 3rd rolling axis is becoming less, meanwhile pressure on the middle bracket oval hole is becoming less correspondingly, so that the pressure on the bracket needs less pressure; in this way, achieve adjusting bottom plate and back pressure according to people's weight automatically, and achieve one mechanism useful for different weight people, realize the commonality of product.



[0005] As advantage, the 1st oval hole, 2nd oval hole, 3rd oval hole are all fixed with oval bush , the 1st rolling axis, the 2nd rolling axis, the 3rd rolling axis are all inserted in the oval bush, which stopping scrapping of the edge of oval hole during procession.

[0006] As advantage, the stated 1st oval hole, 3rd oval hole tilt to top back position, the 2nd oval hole tilt to top front corner, which make the rolling axis more freely when the bracket was pressed down.

[0007] As advantage, the stated bracket is fixed with a pin roll, the pin and the 1st rolling axis is connected by a continuum tension spring, which could let the bracket back to original position after working.

[0008] As advantage, the stated tension spring angle between the spring arms is 80~120 degree.

[0009] Thus, this utility new model has rolling axis adjusting control structure which could self-adjust bottom plate and chair back according to people's weight. It has characters of more portable, more quickly, more humanized, also with simple and reasonable structure features.

The second hole tilts towards fore and upper position. 13- first bush fixed on the first hole. 14-second bush fixed on the second hole. 10-the third bush fixed in the third hole 8. The first rolling axis 6, second rolling axis 7 and third axis 9 all string in the bushes.

[0014] In use, the bracket is pressed to make the mechanism tilt. The first rolling axis 6 and second rolling axis 7 will roll, which causes the top panel 1 to tilt. The third rolling axis 9 rolls inside the third oval hole 8, on which there is a bush fixed on tilt bracket 2. Above is the whole process of rolling axis adjustment. People of different weight would feel comfortable when operating.

Claims

1. A rolling axis adjusted tilt chair mechanism, including base plate (1), middle block(2), back bracket(3), characterized in that in the base plate(1) there is an oval hole at the rear part(4), mid of the base plate stamped the 2nd oval hole(5), the 1 st oval hole through the 1st rolling axis (6) connect base plate (1), middle block(2), back bracket(3), the 2nd oval hole through 2nd rolling axis(7) connect base plate(1), middle block(2), middle block front part has the 3rd oval hole(8), the 3rd oval hole through 3rd (9) connect base plate and mid block.
 
2. A mechanism according to claim 1, in which the 1st oval hole(4) assembled the 1st oval bush(13), 2nd oval hole(5) is fixed with 2nd oval bush (14), 3rd oval hole(8) is fixed with 3rd oval bush (10), the 1st rolling axis(6), the 2nd rolling axis (7), the 3rd rolling axis (9) are all inserted in the oval bush.
 
3. A mechanism according to claims 1 or 2, in which in the 1st oval hole(4), 3rd oval hole(8) tilt to top back position, the 2nd oval hole(5) tilt to top front corner.
 
4. A mechanism according to claims 1 or 2, in which the stated bracket(3) is fixed with a pin roll, the pin and the 1st rolling axis (6) is connected by a continuum tension spring(12).
 
5. A mechanism according to claims 1 or 2, in which the continuum tension spring(12) spring included angle is 80°~120°.
