(57) The present disclosure provides a cleaning machine (10) that submerges devices to be cleaned in a cleaning fluid and moves the devices in a reciprocating motion to provide cleaning agitation. In one embodiment, the reciprocating motion is driven by the inflation and deflation of an air bladder (58). Related methods of manufacturing and cleaning are also provided.
