(57) The power device including a supply chamber, supply conduits and gas off takes as well as a rotor characterized in that the supply chamber (3) has in fact a circular shape in a cross-section and in an outlet chamber there is placed a sleeve (5) equipped with at least two ports (6) at the end from the side of rotor, directed to the centre of chamber and located opposite each other, with a circular or elliptic cross-section, however the diameter of supply chamber (3) makes up from 1.01 to 5.00 of rotor diameter (7)
