| (57) A self-adhesive notepaper holder, which is combined with a measuring scale and a
clamp, allowing to hold, measure and carry easily; the self-adhesive notepaper holder
is provided with a hollow casing and a prefabricated measuring scale, into which removable
notepaper is arranged, and a thin baffle is set for sealing-off; a groove is set on
the surface of casing to facilitate access of the removable notepaper; with this configuration,
the self-adhesive notepaper holder allows users to perform the office work easily
and effectively through classified recording, marking and leaving messages.

[0002] The self-adhesive notepaper for office work is generally used for making notes, marking, keeping a record of events or leaving a message, and also attached flexibly to obvious location for reminding the users in real time. Also, the self-adhesive notepaper is formed into different shapes and colors to strengthen the visual effect.
[0003] However, such self-adhesive notepaper is generally of a single notepaper structure or a combined structure with a holder. In response to the needs of office work, a variety of notepaper are made readily available, but leading to disorderly arrangement or possible loss against the working efficiency.
[0004] Thus, to overcome the aforementioned problems of the prior art, it would be an advancement if the art to provide an improved structure that can significantly improve the efficacy.
[0005] Therefore, the inventor has provided the present invention of practicability after deliberate design and evaluation based on years of experience in the production, development and design of related products.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0006] An object of the invention is to provide a self-adhesive notepaper holder, which incorporates the self-adhesive notepaper onto the office utilities, enabling more convenient use with higher portability, while providing many functions of high freedom, such as making notes, leaving message or classified marking and/or to provide an alternative to products currently on the market.
[0007] The invention includes a self-adhesive notepaper holder comprising: a casing, a measuring scale and a clamp, of which the casing is hollow and provided with a holding space to accommodate removable notepaper; at least a groove is set onto the casing surface to facilitate access to the removable notepaper; the measuring scale, with scale and a mating surface; the casing and the scale are fabricated at one side, and sealed by a thin baffle, while a clamp is set at the other side of the casing; with this configuration, the self-adhesive notepaper holder allows users to perform the office work easily and effectively.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ILLUSTRATED EMBODIMENT
[0010] Referring to FIGS. 1, 2, the self-adhesive notepaper holder of the present invention comprises: a casing 1, a measuring scale 2 and a clamp 3, as well as removable notepaper 4 embedded into the casing 1.
[0011] The casing 1, which is of a long shape with curved ends, and into which a holding space 10 with an opening is provided; the opening has a tiered periphery, onto the upper edge of which a few mating portions 11 are arranged correspondingly; a rectangular notch 12 is set on the curved surface of the casing 1 correspondingly to the holding space 10.
[0012] The measuring scale 2 of any shape, which is designed into a long shape for measurement in this preferred embodiment; a mating surface 20 is arranged onto the measuring scale 2, one side of which is incorporated with the casing 1, and protruded upwards onto the mating surface 20; a scale 21 is set on either side or both sides of the measuring scale 2 for measurement purposes.
[0013] The clamp 3, of an oval shape with elasticity, set onto the other side of measuring scale 2 correspondingly to the casing 1; one end is incorporated vertically onto the mating surface 20 of the measuring scale 2, and the other end is extended horizontally towards the casing 2, and a lug 30 with smooth surface is set at the flange facing the measuring scale 2.
[0014] The removable notepaper 4 of elongated structure, superimposed vertically and staggered transversely by several self-adhesive notepaper, of which the uppermost self-adhesive notepaper is firstly drawn, followed by the remaining notepaper in sequence.
[0015] Referring to FIG. 3-a charging and assembly view, the removable notepaper 4 is embedded into the of the casing 1, and a thin baffle 5 passes through the spacing between the mating portions 11 and tiered portion on the opening of the holding space 10 to seal off and prevent falling-off of charged removable notepaper 4; meanwhile, one end of the uppermost self-adhesive notepaper is protruded out of the rectangular notch 12 on the casing 1 for easier use.
[0016] Referring to FIGS. 4, 5-an application view of a preferred embodiment, when it is intended to carry the self-adhesive notepaper holder, a clamp 3 at one end of the measuring scale 2 is used to, via the spacing between the clamp 3 and the mating surface 20 of the measuring scale 2 as well as the smooth lug 30, grip it securely onto any position of the user, e.g.: pocket 6 of the clothes or trousers, either at the front or rear surface; so the functions of stronger portability permit to hang the removable notepaper 4 on any position for easier use.
[0017] Referring to FIG. 6-another application view of the preferred embodiment, the present invention is incorporated and clamped onto a handbag 7, or clamped onto book case or notebook for easier use.
[0018] By using the help of simple charging and operation modes, the prefabricated self-adhesive notepaper holder can be combined with different measuring scales 2 and clamps 3 to form a utility model. In particular, when it is combined with the measuring scale 2 , the protruding self-adhesive notepaper holder allows to facilitate the free movement for convenient operation; on the other hand, additional functions of measuring scale 2 are increased. Moreover, the prefabricated clamp 3 can grip easily the removable notepaper 4 onto the human body for easier use; with this configuration, the self-adhesive notepaper holder allows users to perform the office work easily and effectively through classification and marking.
1. A self-adhesive notepaper holder, comprising:
a casing (1), which is hollow and provided with a holding space (10) to accommodate removable notepaper (4), and a groove (12) is set as a channel to access the removable notepaper;
a measuring scale (2), with scale and a mating surface (20); one side of the mating surface is incorporated with the casing; and a clamp (3), set onto the other side of measuring scale correspondingly to the casing; one end is incorporated vertically onto the mating surface of the measuring scale, and the other end is extended horizontally towards the casing, and provided with a lug at the flange.
2. A self-adhesive notepaper holder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the holding space
(10) is provided with an opening, several mating portions (11) are arranged on the
periphery, and a thin baffle (5) is set for sealing-off.
3. A self-adhesive notepaper holder comprising a casing (1) that defines a holding space
(10) for a stack of self-adhesive notepaper and a measuring device (2), said casing
being attached to said measuring device and having a discharge opening (12) through
which self-adhesive notepaper from said stack can be drawn.
4. A self-adhesive notepaper holder as claimed in claim 3, wherein said measuring device
is an elongate body provided with a measuring scale (21) along at least one edge thereof.
5. A self-adhesive notepaper holder as claimed in claim 4, wherein said casing is attached
to a face of said elongate body that is provided with said at least one measuring
scale (21).
6. A self-adhesive notepaper holder as claimed in claim 3, 4 or 5, wherein said measuring
device is provided with an opening through which said stack of self-adhesive notepaper
can be loaded into said holding space.
6. A self-adhesive notepaper holder as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a closure
member (5) that is push-fit engagable with said measuring device to close said opening.
7. A self-adhesive notepaper holder as claimed in claim 6, wherein said closure member
(5) is snap-fit engagable with formations (11) provided on said measuring device.
8. A self-adhesive notepaper holder as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 7, comprising
a clip (3) for securing said measuring to an sheet element (6).
