<p id="pa01" num="0001">Ein Wärmespeicherherd weist mindestens eine Wärmequelle und einen Thermogenerator mit einer Heiß-Seite und einer Kalt-Seite auf zur Erzeugung von elektrischer Energie beim Betrieb der Wärmequelle zur Versorgung einer elektrischen Funktionseinheit, insbesondere einer elektronischen Steuerung, des Wärmespeicherherds mit der elektrischen Energie. Die Heiß-Seite ist nahe an der Wärmequelle mit guter thermischer Ankopplung daran vorgesehen und die Kalt-Seite ist an die Umgebung, an eine Backofenmuffel oder an eine Kochplatte des Wärmespeicherherdes geführt. So kann auch bei einem Wärmespeicherherd ohne elektrischen Anschluss eine elektronische Steuerung betrieben werden.
