[0001] This application claims priority from Korean Utility Model Application No.
20-2010-0012440, filed on December 1st, 2010 in the Korean Intellectual Property Office, the entire disclosure of which is incorporated
herein by reference.
[0002] The invention relates to a multi-space pouch in which cosmetics content discharge
quantity control is possible. More specifically, the invention relates to a multi-space
pouch in which cosmetics content discharge quantity control is possible which includes
a discharge quantity control unit for adjusting and discharging the cosmetics content
discharging amount at one side of a pouch in which a massage pack is accommodated
so that users may be able to perform desired skin cares without wasting the cosmetics
content even when not using separate moisturizing cosmetics.
[0003] Generally, the massage pack may include a pouch-type product formed of a nonwoven
fabric sheet containing in a pouch the essence, etc supplying nutrition and moisture;
or a cream-type product providing hands or feet easy to be dry with the nutrition
and moisture.
[0004] The pouch-type product among them is configured so that after the user opens the
pouch and then applies the nonwoven fabric sheet received within the pouch onto his/her
face or hands or feet, the nonwoven fabric sheet is not detached from his/her face
or hands or feet.
[0005] Such a pouch-type product accommodates only the nonwoven fabric sheet used as a massage
pack. Therefore, in case it is necessary for the user to supply the moisture into
his/her desired skin areas, the user must buy separate ampoules, essences or fluids,
resulting in inconvenience in terms of the user and, furthermore, increasing the purchase
cost.
[0006] Moreover, although the user may buy the separate ampoules, essences or fluids, it
is difficult for the user to adjust content discharging amount as desired by the user,
thereby wasting the content.
[0007] Accordingly, the invention is conceptualized with the consideration of the above
situation and thus object thereof is to provide a multi-space in which cosmetics content
discharge quantity control is possible which includes a discharge quantity control
unit for adjusting and discharging the cosmetics content discharging amount at one
side of a pouch in which a massage pack is accommodated so that users may be able
to perform desired skin cares without wasting the cosmetics content even when not
using separate moisturizing cosmetics.
[0008] The above-mentioned object is accomplished by a multi-space pouch in which cosmetic
content discharge quantity control is possible, comprising: a pouch having an accommodating
space for accommodating therein a massage pack; and a content discharge amount control
unit which is provided at one side of the pouch so as to be partitioned with a heat-sealing
line and cut along the line, and adjusts discharge amount of cosmetic content received
therein.
[0009] In one embodiment, the content discharge amount control unit comprises at least two
discharging holes through which the cosmetic content is discharged, the at least two
discharging holes being formed using heat-sealing way so as to be spaced each other
by a certain distance.
[0010] In one embodiment, the content discharge amount control unit further comprises an
applying portion which is provided at a position adjacent to the discharging holes
and is in a contact with user's skin and applies the cosmetic content onto the user's
skin.
[0011] According to the inventive multi-space pouch in which cosmetics content discharge
quantity control is possible, the user may be able to perform his/her desired skin
cares without wasting the cosmetics content even when not using separate moisturizing
cosmetics.
[0012] Embodiments of the present invention are illustrated by way of example, and not by
way of limitation, in the drawings and in which like reference numerals refer to similar
elements.

of the invention.
[0013] Unless otherwise defined, all terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly
understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. It
will be further understood that terms, such as those defined in commonly used dictionaries,
should be interpreted as having a meaning that is consistent with their meaning in
the context of the relevant art and will not be interpreted in an idealized or overly
formal sense unless expressly so defined herein.
[0014] Below, a preferred exemplary embodiment of the invention will be described in details
with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the invention
is not limited to the exemplary embodiment but rather many variations may be possible
to the skilled person to the art.
First exemplary embodiment
[0015] As shown in Fig.1, a multi-space pouch in which cosmetics content discharge quantity
control is possible, according to a first exemplary embodiment of the invention includes
a pouch 100 having an accommodating space for accommodating therein a massage pack,
and a content discharge amount control unit 110 formed so as to extend from the pouch
100.
[0016] A pouch 100 has an accommodating space for accommodating therein the massage pack.
The pouch 100 is made of various materials being not harmful to human body such as
low density polyethylene so as to be opened easily by the user.
[0017] The massage pack received in the accommodating space of the pouch 100 is formed of
the nonwoven fabric sheets attached to each other in a thermal way, which is moisturized
with the essence which in turn is applied to the desired skin area of the user.
[0018] A notch or cut portion 102 is formed at one side of the pouch 100 so that the user
may be able to open the pouch 100 easily.
[0019] As shown in Fig. 1, the content discharge amount control unit 110 is provided at
one side of the pouch 100 so as to be partitioned with a heat-sealing line 112 and
cut along the line 112.
[0020] As shown in Fig.2, the content discharge amount control unit 110 is configured to
adjust the discharge amount of cosmetic content received therein. That is, the content
discharge amount control unit 110 comprises at least two discharging holes 114 through
which the cosmetic content such as the essence, ampoule, fluids or the like is discharged,
the at least two discharging holes 114 being formed using heat-sealing way so as to
be spaced each other by a certain distance. The at least two discharging holes 114
may be gaps forked in the heat-sealing. In this way, the entirety of the content is
prevented from being discharging out of the unit 110 one time. As a result, the user
is able to discharge the cosmetic content amount as desired by him/her, thereby avoiding
wasting the content.
[0021] A notch or cut portion 111 is formed at a discharging hole side of the unit 110 so
that the user may be able to open or remove a cap 116 easily.
Second exemplary embodiment
[0022] As shown in Fig.3, a multi-space pouch in which cosmetics content discharge quantity
control is possible, according to a second exemplary embodiment of the invention is
characterized in that the content discharge amount control unit 110 further comprises
an applying portion 118 which is provided at a position adjacent to the discharging
holes 114.
[0023] As shown in Fig.4, an applying portion 118 gets in a contact with user's skin and
then causes the cosmetic content discharged from the content discharge amount control
unit 110 to be securely and safely applied onto the user's skin.
[0024] It is to be understood that the embodiments and variations shown and described herein
are merely illustrative of the principles of this invention and that various modifications
may be implemented by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope and
spirit of the invention.
