(57) An emergency broadcasting apparatus comprises a co-channel repeater that removes multi-path signals or a Doppler effect from received broadcasting signals; and an emergency broadcasting unit performing at least one of decoding, multiplexing, and modulating input audio, video, and data emergency broadcasting signals according to a broadcasting standard.
