Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a hat for preventing the blocking of a wearer's
view. More particularly, the present invention relates to a hat for preventing the
blocking of a wearer's view, which is not taken off or does not block a wearer's view
when a wearer wearing a hat coupled to clothes turns his/her head left or right or
bends his/her body forward, thereby preventing the incurrence of a risk of a negligence
accident, and which is in close contact with a head of the wearer, thereby increasing
a heat retaining property and wearing sensation.
Background Art
[0002] In general, a hat included in clothes is integrally formed with the clothes, so when
a wearer turns his/her head left or right or bends his/her body forward, the wearer's
view is blocked, so that the hat is inconvenient and has a high risk of causing a
negligence accident.
[0003] Further, the hat included in the clothes has a gap between an outer surface of the
wearer's head and the hat, so that it fails to completely block an inside of the clothes
from the outside, and thus a heat retaining property and the wearing sensation are
deteriorated.
[0004] In order to solve the aforementioned problems, a supplementary string is inserted
in an outer peripheral surface of a hat included in clothes and a gap between an outer
surface of the head and the hat is blocked through pulling the supplementary string
from the outside. However, there is a problem in that a wearer's view is blocked when
the wearer turns his/her head left or right while wearing the hat, and a shape of
the hat is deformed according to the pulling of the supplementary string, so the wearer
cannot make a desirable shape of the hat.

occurring in the prior art, and the present invention provides a hat for preventing
the blocking of a wearer's view, which prevents the hat from being taken off or blocking
a wearer's view when the wearer wearing a hat included in clothes turns his/her head
left or right or bends his/her body forward.
[0006] Further, the present invention provides a hat for preventing the blocking of a wearer's
view, which can improve a heat retaining property and the wearing sensation of clothes
including the hat.
[0007] Furthermore, the present invention provides a hat for preventing the blocking of
a wearer's view, such that a wearer can variously change a shape of the hat included
in clothes to a desirable shape.

to accompanied drawings in detail.
[0015] FIG. 1 is a front view illustrating a hat for preventing the blocking of a wearer's
view according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side view
illustrating a hat for preventing the blocking of a wearer's view according to a first
embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a side view illustrating a hat for
preventing the blocking of a wearer's view according to a first embodiment of the
present invention, FIG. 4 is a detailed view illustrating a hat for preventing the
blocking of a wearer's view according to a first embodiment of the present invention,
FIG. 5 is a detailed view illustrating a hat for preventing the blocking of a wearer's
view according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a view
illustrating a state of a hat for preventing the blocking of a wearer's view according
to a third embodiment of the present invention.
[0016] As illustrated in FIGs. 1 to 6, a hat 20 for preventing the blocking of a wearer's
view, which is coupled to clothes 10 and prevents the wearer's view from being blocked,
according to the present invention has connection parts connected to the clothes 10
and is coupled to one or more flexible wires 22 surrounding a head of the wearer.
[0017] In this case, the connection part of the hat 20 connected with the clothes 10 is
formed of a connector 30 including a button attachment parts 21 attached to an outer
peripheral surface of a lower end of the hat 20 and a button 21 attachable/detachable
to/from the button attachment part 21a, a velcro part attached to the outer peripheral
surface of the lower end of the hat 20, or a wrinkled part 40 including several piled
wrinkles.
[0018] In this case, the clothes 10 may be a general jumper, T-shirt, jacket, etc., and
includes a plurality of buttons 11 in a round neckline.
[0019] To describe in detail, FIGs. 2 and 3 are side views illustrating a state in which
the hat 20 covers the head, and it can be seen that the hat 20 is in close contact
with the head due to one or more flexible wires 22 inserted in the inside of the hat
20.
[0020] The wire 22 is made of a metal material, such as copper and aluminum, or a plastic
material, and three or four wires 22 are inserted in the inside of the hat 20 in a
shape of a long band and fixed to the hat 20 by means of sewing yarn to have a shape
shown in FIGs. 1 and 2 or FIG. 3. The one or more flexible wires 22 are connected
to a boundary between the hat 20 and a front face while surrounding the head, so that
when the wearer wears the hat 20 and bends the one or more wires 22, the hat 20 comes
into close contact with a surface of the head. Further, the one or more wires 22 are
easily bent and their shapes are deformed, so that the wearer may change the shape
of the hat 20 to a desirable shape.
[0021] As can be seen from the detailed view of FIG. 4, the connection part of the hat 20
connected to the clothes 10 is formed of the connector 30, which is made of a material
identical to that of the clothes 10 and includes a button attachment part 11a at one
end of the connector and another button attachment part 21a at a part opposite to
the button attachment part 11a, so that the button attachment part 11a is attached
to a button 11 formed in an outer peripheral surface of a neckline of the clothes
10 and the button attachment part 21a is attached to a button 21 formed in an outer
peripheral surface of the lower end of the hat 20, to connect the clothes 10 and the
hat 20.
[0022] As illustrated in FIG. 4, the buttons 11 and 21 have a shape of a snap fastener or
a shape capable of being fitted to a hole, so that the wearer can easily attach/detach
the hat 20 to/from the clothes 10. When the buttons 11 and 21 are shaped like a button
capable of being fitted to a hole, the button attachment parts 11a and 21a are formed
of through-holes.
[0023] The connection part of the hat 20 connected with the clothes 10 may be formed of
a velcro part attached to the outer peripheral surface of the lower end of the hat
20 and the velcro part includes a velcro surface
a formed in the outer peripheral surface of the lower end of the hat 20 and a velcro
surface
b formed in the outer peripheral surface of the neckline of the clothes 10, such that
the clothes 10 is easily attachable/detachable to/from the hat 20.
[0024] According to the first embodiment of the present invention, the wearer wears the
clothes 10, wears the hat 20 connected to the clothes 10 by means of the connector
30, bends the one or more wires 22 inserted in the hat 20, and makes the hat 20 be
in close contact with his/her head.
[0025] FIG. 5 illustrates a hat for preventing the blocking of a wearer's view according
to a second embodiment of the present invention. The hat 20 is connected to the clothes
10 and the one or more flexible wires 22 surrounding the head are inserted in the
hat 20, and the connection part of the clothes 10 and the hat 20 is formed of the
wrinkled part 40 including several piled wrinkles along a connected region.
[0026] The wrinkled part 40 is made of rubber having a strong elasticity and is formed along
the connected region between the clothes 10, and the hat 20 and includes an elastic
band longitudinally formed in a vertical direction of the wrinkled part 40. Accordingly,
when the wrinkled part 40 is elongated in upper and lower directions, the wrinkled
part 40 easily returns to an original state.
[0027] FIG. 6 illustrates a hat for preventing the blocking of a wearer's view according
to a third embodiment of the present invention, in which the one or more flexible
wires are attachable/detachable to/from the hat. A velcro part is formed in one side
of each of the wire and the hat, so that the wearer can wear the hat without the wires
on ordinary days and insert the wires into the hat upon necessity. The velcro part
may have any shape of a shape horizontal to the ground as illustrated in FIGs. 1 and
2 and a shape vertical to a the ground as illustrated in FIG. 3. In this case, the
velcro part attached to the wire is bonded to the wire by an adhesive or is hollow
such that the wire is inserted in the inside of the velcro part.
[0028] When the wearer turns his/her head left or right or bends his/her body forward, the
hat according to the present invention is not taken off or does not block the wearer's
view, so that it has no risk of causing a negligence accident. Further, in rainy or
windy conditions, the hat according to the present invention is held in close contact
with the head of the wearer, to improve a heat retaining property and the wearing
sensation.
[0029] Further, the hat according to the present invention allows the wearer to variously
change the shape of the hat 20 according to the wearer's preference.
