(57) An attic assess unit with folding stairs comprises a slab mounted frame (1), further including the folding stairs (2), opening downwards to the room undermeath the slab. The top section (21) of the stairs is attached to the frame (1) with the main axis (22), with the hatch (3) attached underneath the frame joined with the top section (21) with at least one pair of joints (4) cooperating with the adjustable bars (41).
