(54) System and a method for providing integrated access management for peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis


(57) A method for a user to integrally track a history of a patient undergoing therapy for a disease wherein the disease has a plurality of stages and a plurality of therapies to treat the disease throughout the plurality of stages, the method comprising the steps of:
inputting information into a system regarding the patient; and
inputting information into the system regarding each of the plurality of therapies during each of the plurality of stages for the patient wherein the information is displayed on a plurality of display screens associated with the system.
