(57) The present invention relates to a prefabricated panel for the construction of enclosures which features an upper and lower grooving which permits, once the mortar used to join the panels has been poured, the array of panels thus formed to act as a single element, and also relates to an enclosure which comprises at least a prefabricated panel of those mentioned above that is parallel to another wall and wherebetween insulating means, preferably an air chamber, are provided, thus constituting a ventilated facade.
