[0001] The present invention relates to a device intended to hold in its interior various
objects for personal use, with a full security guarantee that it is impossible to
be opened, as well as the guarantee that it is impossible to be moved from the place
whereto it has been fixed, particularly the beach, the essential characteristics thereof,
as well as its components, being disclosed in the description below.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0002] One of the drawbacks and risks that users of the beach and other free spaces of similar
leisure face is the removal and theft of their personal objects, not only during times
when the bather has distanced themselves from their objects to enter the water or
go somewhere else, but also when they are distracted or sleepy, situations that thieves
take advantage to make off with anything in their reach.
[0003] This risk is especially pronounced when whoever wants to enjoy these moments is alone,
thus not able to keep an eye on their belongings at all times nor being able to take
with them with them wherever they go. Nevertheless, even when they attend these places
with company or in a group, a few instants when they are distracted, even if they
are minimal, are enough to be robbed.
[0004] The object of this invention is to present and offer a practically tamper-proof device,
i.e., one that cannot be opened and that, furthermore, cannot be fraudulently moved
from the location where it has been placed in a fixed manner by means of its anchor.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE OBJECT HOLDING DEVICE
[0005] It essentially consists of a preferably trapezoidal prismatic shaped box, with a
rectangular lid fixed to the rear face of the box, of much lesser height than the
frontal face. The lid is hinged and foldable, for its opening and closing, on the
joint edge of the aforementioned rear face of the box. Likewise, it must be pointed
out that both sides and the front edge of the lid are equipped with a flap which shall
be positioned above the edge of the box itself, when this is closed. However, the
flap that has the lateral edges of the lid shall be positioned inside of the edge
of the box, indistinctively, to prevent a forced opening.
[0006] On its front edge, which overlaps above the frontal face of the box, as previously
described, the box has a rectangular shaped handle, of identical shape and size to
that of a second handle, situated and fixed on the frontal face of the box, both positioned
so that when the lid closes on the box, the two handles are aligned and a safety closure
element can be placed therethrough, so that it is impossible to gain access to the
inside of the box since, as both handles are held in place, it will be practically
impossible to separate them and, consequently, impossible to raise the lid and gain
access to the inside of the box.
[0007] An essential characteristic of the invention disclosed herein is the fact that the
safety closure device, as described in the previous paragraph, keeps the box closed
by holding the handles thereof in place, in turn constituting the fastening and anchoring
device of the array which, duly fixed to the sand, shall prevent anyone from being
able to pick up the box and take it away, thanks to the retaining action of said anchor.
GRAPHIC INFORMATION
[0008] With the object of completing the description of the present invention, drawings

energy generator has been represented.
[0009] In said drawings,

anchored in the sand and being already pulled out.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0010] According to the aforementioned drawings, the beach safe object holding device consists
of, basically, a box with a rectangular bottom and trapezoidal prismatic shape -1-,
provided with a rectangular lid -2- fixed to the rear face -1a- of the box.
[0011] This rear face -1a- of the box -1- shall, preferably, be of lesser height than the
preceding or frontal face -1 b- thereof, the lid -2- being fixed on the rear face
-1 a-, being hinged and foldable, for opening and closing, on the upper edge -3- of
said rear face -1 a- of the box -1-, edge which acts as a hinge.
[0012] The front edge of the lid -2- can form a flange or flap -2a-, which is situated above
the frontal face -1b- of the box -1-. A rectangular shaped handle -4- is situated
on this front flap -2a- of the lid -2-, of identical shape and size to that of a second
handle -5- situated and fixed on the frontal face -1 b- of the box -1-, both positioned
so that when the box is closed, as represented in figure 1, both handles - 4- and
-5- are completely aligned and an articulated clamp -7- can be placed therethrough
from the upper body -6- of the anchoring device down into the sand, where the array
must be fastened.
[0013] With the articulated clamp -7- being placed around the two aligned handles and said
clamp being closed on the latch fastening -8-, also situated on the upper end of the
upper body or bar -6- of the anchor, in practice, it shall be impossible to separate
the two handles -4- and -5- and, consequently, raise the lid -2- and gain access to
the inside of the box -1-.
[0014] The anchor consists of an upper cylindrical body -6- on the body whereof, as has
been described, are situated an articulated clamp -7- and a latch fastening -8-, which
can be actuated by means of an individualized key, and of an anchoring body itself
-9-, also cylindrical, whose upper end is inserted into the upper body -6-, both being
solidly joined to each other by means of a bolt -10- which is placed through both
orifices -11- and -12-, aligned with each other on both the upper and anchoring bodies,
when the upper body -6- runs into an optional flat edge -13- on the outside of the
anchoring body -9-.
[0015] This anchoring body -9- is completed by a spiral blade -14- situated on the lower
area of its outer face, place wherein this body ends in a pointed vertex -9a-, vertex
which facilitates the positioning of the anchor for performing the initial insertion
thereof into the sand.
[0016] This operation is performed by rotating the array, so that the spiral blade -14-is
inserted into the sand -15- until practically arriving at the height of the orifice
-16-of the upper body -6-, wherethrough an auxiliary bar -17- will have been inserted
which permits the array to be actuated and given the rotational movement which shall
cause the insertion of the array into the sand by the drilling action of the aforementioned
spiral blade -14-.
[0017] The anchoring array thus placed and fixed, the presence of the buried spiral blade
-14- itself shall impede the anchor from being fraudulently pulled out from the place
wherein it is situated and fixed, preventing the theft of the box -1- with its contents
as well as any garment that the user optionally has weaved through the articulated
clamp -7-.
[0018] The shape and dimensions of the box -1-, basic element of the present invention,
permit the anchor, completely disassembled and separated from its components, to be
placed therein. Therefore, the upper body -6- with the articulated clamp -7-, the
anchoring body itself -9-, the rotational action auxiliary bar -17- and the bolt -10-
are correctly stored inside the box -1- when it is not being used.
[0019] It is clear that the application of the object holding device object of the present
invention is not limited to the sandy ground of a beach and that it can be advantageously
used in other recreation zones, as long as the characteristics of the land permit
the anchor to be fixed.
[0020] The object of the present invention having been sufficiently described, it must be
mentioned that any variation in dimensions, shapes, appearance and finish, as well
as types of materials used in the practical embodiment of the safe object holding
device disclosed herein, shall not vary in any way the essentiality of the invention,
which is summarized in the following claims.

end, and whose upper end permits, via insertion, introduction inside the upper body
-6-, and fastening of both bodies -9- and -6- by means of inserting a bolt -10- through
aligned through holes -11- and -12- of both bodies.
4. Beach safe object holding device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the ratio of the inner dimensions of the handles -4- and -5- and of the diameter
