FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The effective model concerns men's underwear with a cooling section, more especially
shaping of the internal construction of men's underwear, and it may find an application
in creating of new models of men's underwear, which shall improve comfort upon its
using, as well as increase hygiene conditions upon using of men's underwear.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Various constructions of men's underwear are known, which, as a rule, follow the
natural shapes of man's body.
[0003] A construction of men's underwear is known, which is used in the practice, and which
includes side yokes and a frontal centrally located volume yoke.
[0004] There are known constructions of models of men's underwear, upon which there is an
extra yoke on the internal side of the mentioned volume yoke, which is fixed on the
upper and lower ends of the underwear. The extra yoke described is most often filled
in with another kind of textile material, for example an artificial material, and
it is designated to create a suitable level of hygiene, as well as to increase the
durability of using of the underwear.
[0005] As a disadvantage of the known constructions of men's underwear, one may indicate
the circumstance that the extra hygiene yoke creates some inconvenience and discomfort,
since it is fixed on the lower and upper ends, upon which, it is loose along the height
of the underwear. Besides that, the permanent contact of this yoke with the body results
in its steaming in the area, which it covers, which, on its hand, is related to increasing
of the temperature in this area and increased sweating, which accompanies it, respectively
emanation of unpleasant smell.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0006] Having in mind the known state of technique in this field, the purpose of this effective
model is creating of an improved construction of men's underwear with a cooling section,
which should be distinguished for improved comfort upon using of the underwear, especially
related to improving of temperature balance of the body in the area of groins, increased
hygiene and durability of the underwear, as well as more comfort upon using it.
[0007] The task of the effective model is solved by men's underwear with a cooling section,
which includes a construction of fixed side elements, connected to each other, and
a frontal volume yoke, executed from textile material, where an extra textile element
is fixed on the internal side of the frontal volume yoke on the upper and lower ends.
[0008] In the line of the effective model, men's underwear is distinguished for that the
extra textile element is a cooling section, comprising two individual parts - panels,
spaced from one another, being shaped and fixed as their ends, which are located externally,
their upper and lower parts are fixed to the frontal part of the men's underwear.
[0009] In the line of another execution of the effective model, there is a second textile
element between the frontal volume yoke and the cooling section, as the cooling section
and the second textile element are executed from textile material of different porous
structure, where the textile material for the cooling sections contains high density
nano-crystal parts.
[0010] In the line of a preferred execution of the panels, the internally located sides
of the textile panels are executed along their height as an arc, where the internally
located side is executed as an arc with a radius of rounding, other than the radius
of the arc, which shapes the externally located side, fixed to the volume yoke, and
their free internally located ends form two "pockets".
[0011] In the line of a variant execution, the internal cooling section is executed from
textile fabric with different structure from both its sides, as the fabric has highly
expressed porous structure on the internally located side, which is in contact with
the body, containing plant products, processed through bio-chemical spinning and extra
included minerals and microcapsules.
[0012] The construction of men's underwear, in the line of the effective model, is distinguished
for its ergonomic design, convenience and increased comfort, which is due to the shape
of the section, formed by the panels, which enables following of the natural shape
of the man's body. The construction of men's underwear creates extra comfort in respect
of placing of men's genitals and testicles, which are put in easily and comfortably
in the cooling section, formed by the panels. Thanks to their putting into the cooling
section, formed by the panels, testicles are separated from the body, respectively
they have no contact with the inner side of the thighs. The latter /separation of
testicles from the thighs/ has an essential importance to their heat regime, regardless
of the state of rest or motion, which is due to the circulation of air, provided in
the section, respectively causing of pleasant coolness in testicles.
[0013] Providing for the regime described and positive effects, accompanying it, is due
to the suitable combination of the shape of the cooling section, as well as of the
materials used, especially - the textile fabric, from which the panels are made, which
is distinguished for porous structure and containing suitable processed natural minerals,
small sticks, nanocrystals, and microcapsules. The fabric mentioned is exceptionally
light, as it favourites the quick exchange of energy between the body and the environment.
In the same time, the inner side of the frontal volume yoke is made from textile fabric,
which has a different structure, which is not porous, contains cooling nanocrystal
parts with high density per a square centimeter, thanks to which the heat of the body
is absorbed slowly but it releases quickly. Thus, the quantity of energy needed is
saved, which results into reduction of the entire quantity of energy spent of the
body.
[0014] The textile fabric, used for the panels, with breathing fabric cells, has the function
of drying quickly as the breathing fabric cells mentioned let the air passes into
the section and retains it therein, so its circulation should be provided for, including
of causing of pleasant coolness in the area of groins, especially to testicles. Thanks
to natural movements of the organism, the air gets in, circulates and gets out from
the section, as this process of circulation is repeated for many times and helps to
create a favourable environment to testicles, as in the same time, it thereby improves
the blood circulation in penis, and as a result thereof, sperm secretion is increased
too, respectively it helps prophylactics of mobility of spermatozoids and increasing
of erection. The textile fabric mentioned, from which the panels of the cooling section
are filled in, is distinguished for its softness, as, thanks to minerals, contained
therein, a high degree is achieved of absorbing of moisture and momentary absorbing
of sweat, released from the body in this area, as well as slowly absorbing of heat
of the body, as they disperse it. Upon contact with the body, the textile fabric has
a cooling effect and it dries the skin quickly. This fabric protects from harmful
UV rays and saves energy spent, as it creates a sense of dryness, coolness and comfort.
The textile fabric used has also effect on increasing of hygiene upon using of men's
underwear described as far as the textile fabric prevents from reproduction of bacteria
and parasitic fungi on surface of the skin, as thus decomposition of organic substances
is prevented, resulting in appearing of unpleasant odors and creates conditions for
achieving of good hygiene. The textile fabric is suitable to be also used by people
with sensitive (hypersensitive) skin, who have a tendency of having various kinds
of eczemas and dermatitis.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION of the DRAWINGS
[0015] Further, the construction of men's underwear, subject to the effective model, is
presented with the help of drawings, attached to the description, through an example
execution of the effective model, where:

PREFERRED EMBODYMENT of the INVENTION
[0016] Further, an example execution of the construction of men's underwear shall be described,
with a cooling section, built-in on its inner side, as this example description shall
also not limit the execution of other variant executions of the capsule with two or
more panels, executed from fabric with porous structure and built from fibers, containing
natural materials, minerals and microcapsules.
[0017] The construction of men's underwear as a whole is not distinguished from the standard
construction of known models of men's underwear, as it comprises side 1 part and a
frontal part, executed most often as a volume yoke 2, comprising two layers of textile
fabric, respectively with different porosity of the textile fabric. The cooling section
3 is formed in the inner side of the frontal volume yoke 2, comprising of at least
two elements 4, for example panels, executed from porous textile fabric. Panels 4
are fixed to the inner side of the frontal volume yoke 2, respectively in the upper
5, lower 6 and one of the sides of panel 4, namely internally located side 7. Fixing
of panels 4 is determined and executed so that the other internally located side 8
of panels 4 is free, where the frontal parts of sides 8 are close to each other, without
overlapping each other.
[0018] In the line of a variant execution of the section 3, panels 4 are fixed so that their
free sides 8 are executed with concavities, which radius is different than the radius
of concavity of the fixed side 7 of panel 4.
[0019] The construction of men's underwear, in the line of the effective model, allows the
section to be executed with more than two panels, for example three panels, where
one of panels 4 is located in the upper part and covers ΒΌ of the entire height /depth/
of the underwear, and the rest two panels are located, formed and fixed in the manner,
already described, where their upper free side is connected to an elastic element
9, not shown on the figures.
[0020] The described constructions of the cooling section may be built-in in any models
of men's underwear, for example boxers, men's underwear trousers, pajamas, bathing
trunks, etc.
1. Men's underwear with a cooling section, including the construction of fixed side elements,
connected to each other, and a frontal volume yoke, executed from textile fabric,
where an extra textile element is fixed in the upper and lower ends on the internal
side of the frontal volume yoke, which is described as that the extra textile element
is the cooling section /3/, executed from two individual parts - panels /4/, at some
distance from one another, formed and fixed so that their internally located ends,
their upper and lower parts are fixed to the frontal part /2/ of the men's underwear.
2. The men's underwear with a cooling section, in the line of claim 1, described as that
there is a second textile element between the frontal volume yoke /2/ and the cooling
section /3/, as the cooling section /3/ and the second textile element are executed
from textile material with different porous structure, where the textile material
of the cooling section /3/ contains nano-crystal parts of high density.
3. The men's underwear with a cooling section, including a construction of fixed side
elements, connected to each other, and a frontal volume yoke, executed from textile
material, where an extra textile element is fixed in the internal side at the upper
and lower ends, which is described as that two textile elements, one behind the other,
are fixed to the frontal volume yoke /2/, respectively an extra textile element and
a cooling section /3/, each executed from textile material with different porous structure,
as the externally located extra textile elements is executed as one element, and the
internally located cooling section /3/ is executed from two panels /4/, where panels
/4/ of the cooling section /3/ are executed from material with textile structure,
containing nano-crystal parts of high density.
4. The men's underwear with a cooling section, in the line of claims 1 and 2, described
as that the internally located sides /7, 8/ of the textile panels /4/ are executed
along their height as an arc, where the internally located free side /8/ is executed
as an arc with a radius of rounding, which is different than the radius of the arc,
by which is formed the externally located side /7/, fixed to the frontal volume yoke
/2/.
5. The men's underwear with a cooling section, in the line of claims 1 and 2, described
as that the cooling section /3/ is executed from textile fabric with different structure
from its both sides, as the fabric, which is to the internally located side, which
is in contact with the body, has strongly expressed porous structure, containing plant
products, processed through bio-chemical spinning and extra included minerals, nano-crystals
and microcapsules.
