BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention
[0001] The present invention relates generally to an improved notepaper box, and more particularly
to a removable one which allows to use the notepaper easily and add it automatically
for an extended service life.
2. Description of Related Art
[0002] Notepaper is commonly used for recording important matters, memo items and common
concerns. Generally, the notepaper is overlapped by multi-layer of paper sheets, and
adhesive is applied onto the bottom flange of paper sheets at the same side in the
form of books. In practice, important matters are recorded on the surface of a piece
of notepaper, which is then adhered temporarily at any position for reminding purpose.
[0003] Such advantages of notepaper are welcomed by many users, however, it is found during
applications that the notepaper is easily accessed by the users but cannot be separated
smoothly due to extremely small lightweight so that it has to be torn off with one
hand while pressing it by the other hand making it difficult for convenient use and
separation, especially when only a few paper sheets are kept. Furthermore, owing to
the limited quantity, such notepaper of shorter service life has to be purchased regularly,
bringing about inconvenience for the users.
[0004] To overcome the aforementioned problems of the prior art, it would be an advancement
of the art to provide an improved structure that can significantly improve the efficacy.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] The primary objective of the present invention is to provide an easy-to-use removable
notepaper box with improved convenience.
[0006] Other purposes of the present invention are to provide a removable notepaper box,
which permits to extend its service life by adding removable notepaper assemblies,
and/or to provide an alternative to existing products on the market.
[0007] The invention provides a removable notepaper box as specified in claim 1. With this
construction the users could draw out the notepaper very easily.
[0008] The invention also provides a self adhesive notepaper container as specified in claim
3.
[0009] The features and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood
upon a thoughtful deliberation of the following detailed description of a preferred
embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ILLUSTRATED EMBODIMENTS
[0011] Referring to FIG. 1, the removable notepaper structure of the present invention comprises
a hollow box body 1 and a removable notepaper assembly 2 accommodated in the box body
1.
[0012] Referring to FIG. 2, the box body 1 is provided with a holding space 10 and a top
opening. The holding space 10 is used to accommodate one or more elastic bodies 11
and a removable notepaper assembly 2. A first fastener body 12 is embedded in the
bottom of the box body 1, and a lid 13 extends partially around the exterior of the
box body 1. The lid 13 is a foldable plate comprising a fixed plate 131, back plate
132, face plate 133, front plate 134 and removable bottom plate 135 extended from
one end to the other end. The fixed plate 131 is adhered at half side of the bottom
of the box body 1, the face plate 133 covers the opening of the box body 1 and is
provided with an aperture in the form of a slot 136 for drawing out notepaper sheets
from the removable notepaper assembly. A second fastener body 137 is embedded into
the removable bottom plate 135 and can adhere to the other half side of the bottom
of the box body 1 by the magnetic attraction of the first and second fastener bodies
12, 137. The box body 1 and the lid 13 are tightly fixed by the first and second fastener
bodies 12, 137, or by equivalent structures such as: male and female fasteners, buckles,
etc.
[0013] The removable notepaper assembly 2 is overlapped by multiple sheets of notepaper
20, each of which is adhered in staggered way for end-to-end connection and continuous
usage. This structure is typically referred to as a concertina stack or assembly.
[0014] In view of the opening of said box body 1 with certain inclination, the face plate
133 of the lid 13 could be tightly covered to form an oblique surface for easily drawing
out the notepaper.
[0015] Referring also to FIG. 3, said units are assembled in such a manner that the removable
notepaper assembly 2 is placed into the holding space 10 of the box body 1 to press
the elastic body 11, then the box body 1 is covered by the lid 13, and the free end
of the uppermost sheet of notepaper 20 protrudes out of the slot 136 of the lid 13
covered on the face plate 133 of the box body 1. In practice, the first sheet of notepaper
20 is drawn out from the slot 136 of the lid 13. As the next sheet of notepaper 20
is bonded by adhesive on the other end, one end of the next sheet of notepaper 20
can be pulled and protruded out of the slot 136 when the first sheet of notepaper
20 is released. Similarly, when each next sheet of notepaper 20 is drawn out, the
following sheet of notepaper 20 is pulled out until the notepaper 20 is completely
released.
[0016] Referring to FIG. 4, when the notepaper 20 is drawn out continuously, no notepaper
20 will fall into the slot 136 of the lid 13 due to continuous support of the elastic
body 11 under the removable notepaper assembly 2, thus allowing continuous drawing
out of the notepaper.

it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be
made without departing from the scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.
