(57) There present invention is concerned with a lighting system. The system has at least one lighting module and a controller communicable with the lighting module via an electrical cable or infra red signal emitted from the controller. The lighting module is adapted to produce one of a number of predetermined performances selected from a group including but not limited to illumination, non-illumination, degree of illumination, pattern of illumination, movement of direction of illumination and positioning of lighting element.
