    Description


    [0001] Exemplary embodiments generally relate to an electronic apparatus and a method of controlling the electronic apparatus, and more particularly, to an electronic apparatus which is controlled according to a user voice input through a voice input unit, and a method of controlling the electronic apparatus using a voice input.

    [0002] Recent technological developments increased supply of various types of electronic apparatuses. In particular, various types of electronic apparatuses including a TV have been used in consumer homes. The functions of these electronic apparatuses have gradually expanded according to requests of users. For example, a TV can connect to the Internet to support an Internet service. Also, a user views a larger number of digital broadcast channels through the TV.

    [0003] Therefore, various input methods for efficiently using various functions of an electronic apparatus are required. For example, an input method using a remote controller, an input method using a mouse, an input method using a touch pad, etc. are applied to the electronic apparatus.

    [0004] WO02/11122A1 discloses a system comprising a speech processor for controlling an apparatus with speech commands. It includes a remote control having a microphone for the input of speech commands.

    [0005] US2002/0052746A1 discloses a subscriber unit for use with a program guide selection system. The program guide selection system provides program guide information which is communicated over a communication network and includes operating characteristics of the communication system and selection codes which are associated with the operating characteristics of the communication system. The subscriber unit includes: a receiver for receiving the program guide information and the selection codes associated with the operating characteristics, a display for displaying the program guide information and the selection codes to a subscriber, a microphone which is employed by the subscriber, when the subscriber identifies on the display a selection code which is associated with a requested one of the operating characteristics, to orally input a voice expression which includes the selection code, and a speech recognition unit which is coupled to the microphone and is operative to enable selection of the requested one of the operating characteristics in response to the voice expression.

    [0006] However, it is difficult to efficiently use the various functions of the electronic apparatus by using only this simple method. For example, if all functions of the electronic apparatus are realized to be controlled through only a remote controller, increasing the number of buttons of the remote controller is inevitable. In this case, it is not easy for an average user to learn how to use the remote controller and a chance of pressing a wrong button increases. Also, according to a method of displaying various menus on a screen to assist a user to search for and select a corresponding menu, the user is to check a complicated menu tree in order to select a desired menu which may be difficult and confusing to a user.

    [0007] Therefore, a technology using voice recognition has been developed to further conveniently and intuitively control an electronic apparatus. Examples of a method of controlling an electronic apparatus by using voice recognition include a method of controlling an electronic apparatus by using a microphone of the electronic apparatus and a method of controlling an electronic apparatus by using a microphone of an external apparatus (e.g., a remote controller) which operates with the electronic apparatus.

    [0008] However, if an electronic apparatus simultaneously uses two voice input methods, a user may not know which microphone to use to control the electronic apparatus. Also, since functions of the electronic apparatus controlled by using the two voice input methods are different from each other, different user interfaces (Uls) are to be provided to the user.

    [0009] In addition, a voice of the user is not always correctly recognized due to the limitations in a voice recognition technology. Moreover, an error may occur in voice recognition due to the surroundings or an unskilled operation. Accordingly, a method of showing a user such a voice recognition error is required.

    [0010] Exemplary embodiments address at least the above problems and/or disadvantages and other disadvantages not described above. Also, the exemplary embodiments are not required to overcome the disadvantages described above, and an exemplary embodiment may not overcome any of the problems described above.

    [0011] The exemplary embodiments provide an electronic apparatus which provides different voice task modes according to a voice command and which displays different voice guide information corresponding to each of the different voice task modes, and a method of controlling the electronic apparatus using the same.

    [0012] Exemplary embodiments also provide an electronic apparatus which selects and displays one of a plurality of feedback messages for showing a voice recognition error, and a method of controlling the electronic apparatus using the same.

    [0018] Referring to FIG. 1, the electronic apparatus 100 includes a voice input unit 110, a storage 130, a controller 140, and a display 193. Here, the electronic apparatus 100 may be realized as a smart TV, a set-top box, or a PC which may be connected to an external network, a digital TV, a portable phone, or the like but is not limited thereto. The exemplary electronic apparatus 100 may include one or more of a memory, a processor, a hardware input unit such as a keyboard, and a screen.

    [0019] The voice input unit 110 receives a sound such as a verbal instruction uttered by a user. The voice input unit 110 converts an input voice signal into an electric signal and outputs the electric signal to the controller 140. For example, the voice input unit 110 may be realized as a microphone. Also, the voice input unit 110 may be installed in the electronic apparatus 100 or may be installed separately from the electronic apparatus 100. If the voice input unit 110 is installed separately from the electronic apparatus 100, the voice input unit 110 may be connected to the electronic apparatus 100 through a wire or wireless network.

    [0020] In particular, the voice input unit 110 according to an exemplary embodiment may include a voice input unit (e.g., a microphone) of the electronic apparatus 100 and a voice input unit (e.g., a remote controller) of an external apparatus which operates with the electronic apparatus 100.

    [0021] The storage 130 stores various types of data and programs which are to drive and control the electronic apparatus 100. The storage 130 stores a voice recognition module which recognizes the voice input obtained using the voice input unit 110 and a motion detection module which detects and recognizes a motion input through a motion input unit 120 (shown in FIG. 2). The storage 130 may include a voice database (DB) and a motion DB. The voice DB refers to a DB in which a preset voice and a voice task matching with the preset voice are recorded. The motion DB refers to a DB in which a preset motion and a motion task matching with the preset motion are recorded.

    [0022] The display 193 displays an image corresponding to a broadcast signal received through a broadcast receiver. The display 193 may display image data (e.g., a moving picture) input through an external terminal input unit. The display 193 may display voice guide information for performing a voice task and motion guide information for performing a motion task under the control of the controller 140.

Here, the controller 140 may include a module which is to control a central processing unit (CPU) and the electronic apparatus 100, and a read only memory (ROM) and a random access memory (RAM) which store data.

    [0024] If the voice is input through the voice input unit 110, the controller 140 recognizes the voice by using the voice recognition module and the voice DB. A voice recognition may be classified into an isolated word recognition which is to divide each word according to a form of an input voice to recognize an uttered verbal sound, a continuous speech recognition which is to recognize continuous words, continuous sentences, and dialogic speeches, and a keyword spotting which is an intermediate form of the isolated word recognition and the continuous speech recognition and is to detect and recognize a predetermined keyword or key phrases.

    [0025] If a user voice is input, the controller 140 detects a start and an end of a verbal sound uttered by a user within an input voice signal to determine a voice section. The controller 140 may calculate energy of the input voice signal and sort out an energy level of the voice signal according to the calculated energy to detect a voice section through dynamic programming. The controller 140 detects a phoneme, which is a minimum unit of a verbal sound, from the voice signal in the detected voice section based on an acoustic model to generate phoneme data. The controller 140 applies a Hidden Markov Model (HMM) probability model to the generated phoneme data to generate text information. However, a method of recognizing a voice of a user as described above is only an exemplary embodiment, and thus the voice of the user may be recognized by using other methods. Therefore, the controller 140 may recognize the voice of the user included in the voice signal.

    [0026] The controller 140 performs a task for the electronic apparatus 100 by using the recognized voice as described above by way of an example. The task for the electronic apparatus 100 includes at least one of functions, which may be performed by the electronic apparatus 10, such as a channel change, a volume adjustment, a play of contents (e.g., a moving picture, music, a picture, etc.), Internet browsing, etc.

    [0027] In particular, if a voice start command is input, the controller 140 determines whether the input voice start command is a first voice start command or a second voice start command. Here, the voice start command refers to a command requesting the electronic apparatus 100 to enter a voice task mode controlled by the user voice input through the voice input unit 110. In particular, the first voice start command may be a user voice command which includes a preset word input through the voice input unit 110 of the electronic apparatus 100. Also, the second voice start command may be input to an external apparatus and may be a user command to press a preset button of the external apparatus (e.g., the remote controller) which operates with the electronic apparatus 100. In detail, a particular user voice such as "Hi, TV" may be used as the voice start command, and the voice start command may be changed by a user using user settings. However, the first and second voice start commands are only an exemplary embodiment and thus may be realized as other types of voice start commands.

    [0028] If it is determined that the voice start command is the first voice start command, the controller 140 changes the mode of the electronic apparatus 100 to a first voice task mode. Here, the first voice task mode is a voice task mode controlled according to a user voice input through the voice input unit of the electronic apparatus 100.

The second voice task mode is a voice task mode controlled according to a user voice input into the external apparatus which operates with the electronic apparatus 100. Alternatively, in the second voice task mode, the voice input button of the external apparatus may be pressed and the user voice may be input, and then the voice input button may be pressed once again in order to input the voice of the user. However, this is only an exemplary embodiment, and thus the user voice may be input through the external apparatus by using other methods besides a method of recognizing a voice by using a button of the external apparatus. For example, the user voice may be input only if a switch of the external apparatus is turned on.

Also, in the second voice task mode, the electronic apparatus 100 may not be controlled by a user voice input into the voice input unit of the electronic apparatus 100.

The MORE voice item 427 is an item which is to show more voice items instead or in addition to the ones already displayed.

The plurality of voice items 521 through 526 include a channel shortcut voice item 521, a search voice item 522, an external input voice item 523, a channel list voice item 524, a bookmark voice item 525, and a MORE voice item 526. Here, the bookmark voice item 525 is a voice item which requests displaying a menu including a function (e.g., a particular application execution) frequently used by the user.

The controller 140 may track a motion of the detected object by using positions of objects of a plurality of frames.

    if the voice start command is a first voice start command, changing (S630) a mode of the electronic apparatus to a first voice task mode which is controlled according to a user voice input into a voice input unit of the electronic apparatus, and if the voice start command is a second voice start command, changing (S650) the mode of the electronic apparatus to a second voice task mode which is controlled according to a user voice input into an external apparatus which operates with the electronic apparatus, wherein the external apparatus is a remote controller, and wherein

    if the mode of the electronic apparatus is changed to the first voice task mode, displaying (S640) first voice guide information (400) corresponding to the first voice task mode, and if the mode of the electronic apparatus is changed to the second voice task mode, displaying (S670) second voice guide information (500) corresponding to the second voice task mode, and wherein

    the first voice guide information (400) comprises a plurality of voice items (421-427) to guide a user voice input in the first voice task mode; and

    the second voice guide information (500) comprises a plurality of voice items (521-526) to guide a user voice input in the second voice task mode,

    wherein at least one of the plurality of voice items of the second voice guide information are different from the plurality of voice items of the first voice guide information.


     
    2. The method of claim 1, wherein:

    the first voice guide information comprises a voice item (424) which is to perform a channel up/down command; and

    the second voice guide information excludes a voice item which is to perform a channel up/down command and comprises a different voice item (524) which is to provide a channel list.


     
    3. The method of any one of claims 1 or 2, wherein:

    the first voice guide information comprises a first icon area (410) which indicates the first voice task mode; and

    the second voice guide information comprises a second icon area (510) which indicates the second voice task mode.


     
    4. The method of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the second voice task mode is to press a preset button of the external apparatus and is controlled by a user voice input into the external apparatus.
     
    5. The method of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein:

    the first voice start command is a user voice command which comprises a preset word; and

    the second voice start command is a user command which is to press a preset button of the external apparatus.


     
    6. An electronic apparatus (100) comprising:

    a voice input unit (110) operable to receive a user voice; and

    a controller (140) which, if a voice start command for changing a mode of the electronic apparatus to a voice task mode is a first voice start command, is operable to change the mode of the electronic apparatus to a first voice task mode controlled according to a user voice input into the voice input unit (110) of the electronic apparatus, and if the voice start command is a second voice start command, is operable to change the mode of the electronic apparatus to a second voice task mode controlled according to a user voice input into an external apparatus which operates with the electronic apparatus, wherein the external apparatus is a remote controller, further comprising:

    a display unit (193),

    wherein the controller is operable to control the display unit to display first voice guide information (400) corresponding to the first voice task mode if the mode of the electronic apparatus is changed to the first voice task mode and display second voice guide information (500) corresponding to the second voice task mode if the mode of the electronic apparatus is changed to the second voice task mode and wherein:

    the first voice guide information comprises a plurality of voice items (421-427) to guide a user voice in the first voice task mode;

    the second voice guide information comprises a plurality of voice items (521-526) to guide a user voice in the second voice task mode, and

    wherein at least one of the plurality of voice items of the second voice guide information are different from the plurality of voice items of the first voice guide information.


     
    7. The electronic apparatus of claim 6, wherein:

    the first voice guide information comprises a voice item (424) which is to perform a channel up/down command; and

    the second voice guide information excludes the voice item which is to perform a channel up/down command and comprises a different voice item (524) which is to provide a channel list.


     
    8. The electronic apparatus of any one of claims 6 or 7, wherein:

    the first voice guide information comprises a first icon area (410) which indicates the first voice task mode; and

    the second voice guide information comprises a second icon area (510) which indicates the second voice task mode.


     
    9. The electronic apparatus of any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the second voice task mode is to press a preset button of the external apparatus and is controlled by a user voice input into the external apparatus.
     
    10. The electronic apparatus of any one of claims 6 to 9, wherein:

    the first voice start command is a user voice command which comprises a preset word; and

    the second voice start command is a user command which is to press a preset button of the external apparatus.


     


    Ansprüche

    1. Verfahren zum Steuern einer elektronischen Vorrichtung, die Sprache erkennt, wobei das Verfahren Folgendes umfasst:

    Empfangen (S610) eines Sprachstartbefehls zum Ändern einer Betriebsart der elektronischen Vorrichtung zu einer Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart; und

    falls der Sprachstartbefehl ein erster Sprachstartbefehl ist, Ändern (S630) einer Betriebsart der elektronischen Vorrichtung zu einer ersten Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart, die gemäß einer Anwenderspracheingabe in eine Spracheingabeeinheit der elektronischen Vorrichtung gesteuert wird, und falls der Sprachstartbefehl ein zweiter Sprachstartbefehl ist, Ändern (S650) der Betriebsart der elektronischen Vorrichtung zu einer zweiten Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart, die gemäß einer Anwenderspracheingabe in eine externe Vorrichtung, die mit der elektronischen Vorrichtung arbeitet, gesteuert wird, wobei die externe Vorrichtung eine entfernte Steuereinheit ist, und wobei

    falls die Betriebsart der elektronischen Vorrichtung zu der ersten Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart geändert wird, Anzeigen (S640) erster Sprachführungsinformationen (400), die der ersten Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart entsprechen, und falls die Betriebsart der elektronischen Vorrichtung zu der zweiten Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart geändert wird, Anzeigen (S670) zweiter Sprachführungsinformationen (500), die der zweiten Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart entsprechen, und wobei

    die ersten Sprachführungsinformationen (400) mehrere Sprachelemente (421-427) umfassen, um eine Anwenderspracheingabe in der ersten Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart zu führen; und

    die zweiten Sprachführungsinformationen (500) mehrere Sprachelemente (521-526) umfassen, um eine Anwenderspracheingabe in der zweiten Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart zu führen,

    wobei wenigstens eines der mehreren Sprachelemente der zweiten Sprachführungsinformationen von den mehreren Sprachelementen der ersten Sprachführungsinformationen verschieden ist.


     
    2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei:

    die ersten Sprachführungsinformationen ein Sprachelement (424) umfassen, das dazu dient, einen Kanal-höher/tiefer-Befehl auszuführen; und

    die zweiten Sprachführungsinformationen ein Sprachelement ausschließen, das dazu dient, einen Kanal-höher/tiefer-Befehl auszuführen, und ein anderes Sprachelement (524) umfassen, das dazu dient, eine Kanalliste bereitzustellen.


     
    3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei:

    die ersten Sprachführungsinformationen einen ersten Symbolbereich (410) umfassen, der die erste Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart angibt; und

    die zweiten Sprachführungsinformationen einen zweiten Symbolbereich (510) umfassen, die die zweite Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart angibt.


     
    4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die zweite Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart dazu dient, eine voreingestellte Taste der externen Vorrichtung zu drücken und durch eine Anwendersprache, die in die externe Vorrichtung eingegeben wird, gesteuert wird.
     
    5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei:

    der erste Sprachstartbefehl ein Anwendersprachbefehl ist, der ein voreingestelltes Wort umfasst; und

    der zweite Sprachstartbefehl ein Anwenderbefehl ist, der dazu dient, eine voreingestellte Taste der externen Vorrichtung zu drücken.


     
    6. Elektronische Vorrichtung (100), die Folgendes umfasst:

    eine Spracheingabeeinheit (110), die arbeitet, um eine Anwendersprache zu empfangen; und

    eine Steuereinheit (140), die dann, wenn ein Sprachstartbefehl zum Ändern einer Betriebsart der elektronischen Vorrichtung zu einer Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart ein erster Sprachstartbefehl ist, arbeitet, die Betriebsart der elektronischen Vorrichtung zu einer ersten Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart zu ändern, die gemäß einer Anwenderspracheingabe in die Spracheingabeeinheit (110) der elektronischen Vorrichtung gesteuert wird, und falls der Sprachstartbefehl ein zweiter Sprachstartbefehl ist, arbeitet, die Betriebsart der elektronischen Vorrichtung zu einer zweiten Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart zu ändern, die gemäß einer Anwenderspracheingabe in eine externe Vorrichtung, die mit der elektronischen Vorrichtung arbeitet, gesteuert wird, wobei die externe Vorrichtung eine entfernte Steuereinheit ist, wobei die Steuereinheit ferner Folgendes umfasst:

    eine Anzeigeeinheit (193),

    wobei die Steuereinheit arbeitet, die Anzeigeeinheit zu steuern, erste Sprachführungsinformationen (400), die der ersten Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart entsprechen, anzuzeigen, falls die Betriebsart der elektronischen Vorrichtung zu der ersten Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart geändert wird, und zweite Sprachführungsinformationen (500), die der zweiten Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart entsprechen, anzuzeigen, falls die Betriebsart der elektronischen Vorrichtung zu der zweiten Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart geändert wird, und wobei:

    die ersten Sprachführungsinformationen mehrere Sprachelemente (421-427) umfassen, um eine Anwendersprache in der ersten Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart zu führen;

    die zweiten Sprachführungsinformationen mehrere Sprachelemente (521-526) umfassen, um eine Anwendersprache in der zweiten Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart zu führen, und

    wobei wenigstens eines der mehreren Sprachelemente der zweiten Sprachführungsinformationen von den mehreren Sprachelementen der ersten Sprachführungsinformationen verschieden ist.


     
    7. Elektronische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei:

    die ersten Sprachführungsinformationen ein Sprachelement (424) umfassen, das dazu dient, einen Kanal-höher/tiefer-Befehl auszuführen; und

    die zweiten Sprachführungsinformationen das Sprachelement ausschließen, das dazu dient, einen Kanal-höher/tiefer-Befehl auszuführen, und ein anderes Sprachelement (524) umfassen, das dazu dient, eine Kanalliste bereitzustellen.


     
    8. Elektronische Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, wobei:

    die ersten Sprachführungsinformationen einen ersten Symbolbereich (410) umfassen, der die erste Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart angibt; und

    die zweiten Sprachführungsinformationen einen zweiten Symbolbereich (510) umfassen, die die zweite Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart angibt.


     
    9. Elektronische Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, wobei die zweite Sprachaufgabenbetriebsart dazu dient, eine voreingestellte Taste der externen Vorrichtung zu drücken und durch eine Anwenderspracheingabe in die externe Vorrichtung gesteuert wird.
     
    10. Elektronische Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, wobei:

    der erste Sprachstartbefehl ein Anwendersprachbefehl ist, der ein voreingestelltes Wort umfasst; und

    der zweite Sprachstartbefehl ein Anwenderbefehl ist, der dazu dient, eine voreingestellte Taste der externen Vorrichtung zu drücken.

    recevoir (S610) une commande de démarrage de mode vocal pour changer un mode de l'appareil électronique en un mode de fonctionnement à la voix ; et

    si la commande de démarrage de mode vocal est une première commande de démarrage de mode vocal, changer (S630) un mode de l'appareil électronique en un premier mode de fonctionnement à la voix qui est contrôlé en fonction d'une entrée vocale d'utilisateur dans une unité d'entrée vocale de l'appareil électronique, et si la commande de démarrage de mode vocal est une seconde commande de démarrage de mode vocal, changer (S650) le mode de l'appareil électronique en un second mode de fonctionnement à la voix qui est contrôlé en fonction d'une entrée vocale d'utilisateur dans un appareil externe qui fonctionne avec l'appareil électronique, où l'appareil externe est un contrôleur distant, et où si le mode de l'appareil électronique est changé pour passer au premier mode de fonctionnement à la voix,

    afficher (S640) des premières informations de guidage vocal (400) correspondant au premier mode de fonctionnement à la voix, et si le mode de l'appareil électronique est changé pour passer au second mode de fonctionnement à la voix, afficher (S670) des secondes informations de guidage vocal (500) correspondant au second mode de fonctionnement à la voix, et où les premières informations de guidage vocal (400) comprennent une pluralité d'éléments vocaux (421-427) pour guider une entrée vocale d'utilisateur dans le premier mode de fonctionnement à la voix ; et

    les secondes informations de guidage vocal (500) comprennent une pluralité d'éléments vocaux (521-526) pour guider une entrée vocale d'utilisateur dans le second mode de fonctionnement à la voix,

    où au moins un élément de la pluralité d'éléments vocaux des secondes informations de guidage vocal est différent de la pluralité d'éléments vocaux des premières informations de guidage vocal.


     
    2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel :

    les premières informations de guidage vocal (400) comprennent un élément vocal (424) qui sert à exécuter une commande de chaîne précédente/suivante ;

    les secondes informations de guidage vocal excluent un élément vocal qui sert à exécuter une commande de chaîne précédente/suivante et comprennent un élément vocal différent (524) qui sert à proposer une liste de chaînes.


     
    3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel :

    les premières informations de guidage vocal comprennent une première zone d'icône (410) qui indique le premier mode de fonctionnement à la voix ; et

    les secondes informations de guidage vocal comprennent une seconde zone d'icône (510) qui indique le second mode de fonctionnement à la voix.


     
    4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le second mode de fonctionnement à la voix consiste à appuyer sur un bouton prédéfini de l'appareil externe et est contrôlé par une entrée vocale d'utilisateur dans le dispositif externe.
     
    5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel :

    la première commande de démarrage de mode vocal est une commande vocale de l'utilisateur qui comprend un mot prédéfini ;

    et

    la seconde commande de démarrage de mode vocal est une commande de l'utilisateur qui consiste à appuyer sur un bouton prédéfini de l'appareil externe.


     
    6. Appareil électronique (100) comprenant :

    une unité d'entrée vocale (110) utilisable pour recevoir la voix d'un utilisateur ; et

    un contrôleur (140) qui, si une commande de démarrage de mode vocal pour changer un mode de l'appareil électronique en un mode de fonctionnement à la voix est une première commande de démarrage de mode vocal, est utilisable pour changer le mode de l'appareil électronique en un premier mode de fonctionnement à la voix contrôlé en fonction d'une entrée vocale d'utilisateur dans l'unité d'entrée vocale (110) de l'appareil électronique, et si la commande de démarrage de mode vocal est une seconde commande de démarrage de mode vocal, est utilisable pour changer le mode de l'appareil électronique en un second mode de fonctionnement à la voix contrôlé en fonction d'une entrée vocale d'utilisateur dans un appareil externe qui fonctionne avec l'appareil électronique, où l'appareil externe est un contrôleur distant, et

    comprenant en outre :

    une unité d'affichage (193),

    où le contrôleur est utilisable pour contrôler l'unité d'affichage pour afficher des premières informations de guidage vocal (400) correspondant au premier mode de fonctionnement à la voix si le mode de l'appareil électronique est changé pour passer dans le premier mode de fonctionnement à la voix, et pour afficher des secondes informations de guidage vocal (500) correspondant au second mode de fonctionnement à la voix si le mode de l'appareil électronique est changé pour passer dans le second mode de fonctionnement à la voix, et où :

    les premières informations de guidage vocal comprennent une pluralité d'éléments vocaux (421-427) pour guider une voix d'utilisateur dans le premier mode de fonctionnement à la voix ;

    les secondes informations de guidage vocal comprennent une pluralité d'éléments vocaux (521-526) pour guider une voix d'utilisateur dans le second mode de fonctionnement à la voix, et

    où au moins un élément de la pluralité d'éléments vocaux des secondes informations de guidage vocal est différent de la pluralité d'éléments vocaux des premières informations de guidage vocal.


     
    7. Appareil électronique selon la revendication 6, dans lequel :

    les premières informations de guidage vocal comprennent un élément vocal (424) qui sert à exécuter une commande de chaîne précédente/suivante ;

    les secondes informations de guidage vocal excluent l'élément vocal qui sert à exécuter une commande de chaîne précédente/suivante et comprennent un élément vocal différent (524) qui sert à proposer une liste de chaînes.


     
    8. Appareil électronique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7, dans lequel :

    les premières informations de guidage vocal comprennent une première zone d'icône (410) qui indique le premier mode de fonctionnement à la voix ; et

    les secondes informations de guidage vocal comprennent une seconde zone d'icône (510) qui indique le second mode de fonctionnement à la voix.


     
    9. Appareil électronique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, dans lequel le second mode de fonctionnement à la voix consiste à appuyer sur un bouton prédéfini de l'appareil externe et est contrôlé par une entrée vocale d'utilisateur dans le dispositif externe.
     
    10. Appareil électronique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9, dans lequel :

    la première commande de démarrage de mode vocal est une commande vocale de l'utilisateur qui comprend un mot prédéfini ;

    et

    la seconde commande de démarrage de mode vocal est une commande de l'utilisateur qui consiste à appuyer sur un bouton prédéfini de l'appareil externe.
