HAIR WEFT WITH BUTTONS

[0001] The invention refers to hair wefts.

[0002] Hair wefts with clips are widely known, however, the existing products have main disadvantages. They are available only in standard size (length and volume) and cannot be easily adjusted by the user depending on the needs and mood, for example if the user wishes to change the color (lighter, darker etc.). Additionally, in case of damage some reconstruction or replacement is needed.

[0003] WO 2007/013754 discloses a hair top piece with a connection member 200 (the reference signs refer to the figures of WO 2007/013754) having engaging parts 210 with engaging members 300. Complementary engaging members 300 are provided in wig bodies 100. The attachment of the hair top piece to the hair of the user is effected by insertion support parts 120 that are provided on each wig body 100. These insertion support parts 120 pass through openings 220 provided in the engaging parts 210.

[0004] The object of the invention is a hair weft which is easily adjustable.

[0005] A hair weft with hair pieces according to the invention includes three pads, whereby the three pads are made of fabric or rubber and have two faces, the one face of the two faces carrying button bases to attach the pad with at least one hair piece and the other face of the two faces having clips and whereby at least one pad has button bases to attach the pad to at least two hair pieces.

[0006] They are available only in standard size (length and volume) and cannot be, directly, adjusted by the user depending on the needs and mood.
The same situation there is also with the color, there is not the opportunity of immediate color change (lighter, darker etc). Additionally, in a case of damage even small, long standing reconstruction or replacement is needed.

[0007] The new hair weft with buttons can be adjusted immediately to the hair length and volume, just by adding or removing hair pieces. Similarly, color changes are allowed (lighter or darker).
Finally, the construction offers flexibility in repairing damaged parts, since the process is simple replacement of the damaged part and not total replacement or reconstruction.

[0008] The construction of hair weft with buttons can be easily perceptible by the attached plans.

[0009] Figure 1 shows three fabric sections (pads) (2), where button bases have been placed (3).

[0010] At the reverse side (A) of each pad there is a clip (4), as presented on figure 2, so that the construction can be placed at the head or wig.

[0011] Figure 1, also, presents a clip (4) two hair pieces (1), where buckles for the pads button bases are placed (5) at appropriate distances and snaps as follows. The first one, on the left, snaps on the left pad button bases and on the first column button bases of the central pad. Similarly, the second one snaps on the second column button bases of the central pad and on the right pad button bases.

[0012] Figure 3 presents an example of six hair pieces, three on the one side and three on the other side.

[0013] By this way a single construction is created as presented on figure 4 (back side) and on figure 5 (front side).

[0014] Finally, figure 6 presents how the construction can be adjusted to the width in the half of its original size, by removing hair piece or pieces from one side.

Claims

1. Hair weft with hair pieces (1) and three pads (2), whereby the three pads are made either of fabric or rubber and have two faces, the one face of the two faces carrying button bases (3) to attach the pad with at least one hair piece and the other face of the two faces having clips (4) and whereby at least one pad (2) has button bases (3) to attach the pad (2) to at least two hair pieces (1).

2. Hair weft according to claim 1, whereby the hair weft includes two hair pieces (1).

3. Hair weft according to claim 1 or claim 2, whereby the hair pieces (1) have button parts (5) that are complementary to the button bases (3).

4. Hair weft according to any of claims 1 to 3, whereby the hair weft includes two hair pieces (1) and three pads (2), whereby the two hair pieces (1) are arranged adjacent one to the other, one pad (2) is attached to the two adjacent hair pieces, and each one of the two other pads (2) is attached to only one of the two hair pieces (1).

5. Hair weft according to claim 4, whereby the pads (2) have an edge, and the button bases (3) carried by each one of the two other pads (2) that are attached to only one of the two hair pieces (1) are arranged at the vicinity of the edge of the respective pad (2).

6. Hair weft according to any of claims 1 to 5, whereby at least two hair pieces have different color.

7. A wig consisting of an assembly of hair wefts according to any one of claims 1 to 6.

Ansprüche

1. Haar-Schuss mit Haarteilen (1) und drei Pads (2), wobei die drei Pads entweder aus Gewebe oder Gummi hergestellt sind und zwei Flächen aufweisen, die eine Fläche der zwei Flächen Knopfbasen (3) trägt, um das Pad an zumindest einem Haarteil zu befestigen, und die andere Fläche der zwei Flächen Clips (4) aufweist, und wobei zumindest ein Pad (2) Knopfbasen (3) aufweist, um das Pad (2) an zumindest zwei Haarteilen (1) zu befestigen.

2. Haar-Schuss nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Haar-Schuss zwei Haarteile (1) aufweist.

3. Haar-Schuss nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei die Haarteile (1) Knopfelemente (5) aufweisen, die zu den Knopfbasen (3) komplementär sind.

4. Haar-Schuss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Haar-Schuss zwei Haarteile (1) und drei Pads (2) aufweist, wobei die zwei Haarteile (1) nebeneinander angeordnet sind, ein Pad (2) an den zwei benachbarten Haarteilen befestigt ist und jedes der zwei anderen Pads (2) an nur einem der zwei Haarteile (1) befestigt ist.

5. Haar-Schuss nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Pads (2) eine Kante aufweisen, und die Knopfbasen (3), die von jedem der zwei anderen Pads (2), die an nur einem der zwei Haarteile (1) befestigt sind, getragen werden, in der Nähe der Kante des entsprechenden Pads (2) angeordnet sind.

6. Haar-Schuss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei zumindest zwei Haarteile eine unterschiedliche Farbe haben.

7. Perücke bestehend aus einer Anordnung von Haar-Schüssen nach einem der Ansprüche1 bis 6.

Revendications

1. Trame de cheveux avec des pièces de cheveux (1) et trois tampons (2), moyennant quoi les trois tampons sont réalisés avec du tissu ou de caoutchouc et ont deux faces, l'une face des deux faces portant des bases de bouton (3) pour attacher le tampon avec au moins une pièce de cheveux et l'autre face des deux faces présentant des clips (4) et moyennant quoi au moins un tampon (2) a des bases de bouton (3) pour attacher le tampon (2) à au moins deux pièces de cheveux (1).

2. Trame de cheveux selon la revendication 1, moyennant quoi la trame de cheveux comporte deux pièces de cheveux (1).

3. Trame de cheveux selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, moyennant quoi les pièces de cheveux (1) présentent des parties de bouton (5) qui sont complémentaires aux bases de bouton (3).

4. Trame de cheveux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, moyennant quoi la trame de cheveux comporte deux pièces de cheveux (1) et trois tampons (2), moyennant quoi les deux pièces de cheveux (1) sont agencées l'une à côté de l'autre, un tampon (2) est attaché aux deux pièces de cheveux adjacentes et chacun des deux autres tampons (2) est attaché à une seule des deux pièces de cheveux (1).

5. Trame de cheveux selon la revendication 4, moyennant quoi les tampons (2) ont une arête et les bases de bouton (3), portées par chacun des deux autres tampons (2) qui sont attachés à une seule des deux pièces de cheveux (1), sont agencées à proximité de l'arête du tampon respectif (2).

6. Trame de cheveux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, moyennant quoi au moins deux pièces de cheveux ont une couleur différente.

7. Perruque composée d'un ensemble de trames de cheveux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6.
