Magnetic blocade for window or wing |
(57) The subject of the invention is magnetic blockade for plastic window sash which has
permanent magnets (11) placed in rotating arms (5) and (6). The permanent magnets
are moving over plates (12), (13) and (16). which are placed on both sides of those
permanent magnets. In addition it has slider (19) and steel strip (17). The slider
(19) can rotate over pin (9). The slider (19) with magnets (20) is surrounded by plastic
cover (18). The steel strip (17) is attached to the grove of plastic window or plastic
balcony door using screws(21).

|
[0001] The purpose of this invention is to create blockade which allows to keep plastic
window sash and plastic balcony door opened in any position.
[0002] An advantage of this invention is that setting up window sash's and balcony door's
position is done smoothly. The blockade is not visible after closing window. It is
located in the free space between sash and frame. The blockade is hermetic and durable.
[0003] The subject of the invention: "Magnetic blockade for plastic window sash and plastic
balcony door" is visible on the following figures. Figure no. 1. shows top basic view
of blockade for a small plastic window Figure no. 2. shows side right view. Figure
no. 3. shows top basic view of blockade for a plastic balcony door or a big plastic
window. Figure no 4. shows a main side view.
[0004] The blockade, according to the invention, contains solid basis (1), which has two
ledges (2) used for additional protection of the solid basis (1) against any rotation
after placing them into groove of plastic window's frame. The solid basis (1) is attached
to plastic window's frame using screws (3). The rotating lever is attached to the
solid basis (1) with a rivet (4). The rotating lever is build up from two arms (5)
and (6) which are separated by a strip (7) and fixed by rivets (8). On one end of
rotating lever its arms (5) and (6) have circle shape with through holes. Permanent
magnets (11) are placed inside that through holes. The arm (5) with magnets (11) is
placed on a fixed bottom plate (16). The arms (5) and (6) are separated by a fixed
middle plate (12). From the top the arm (6) with magnets (11) is covered by a top
plate (13). The solid basis (1) is connected with the bottom plate (16), with the
the middle plate (12) and with the top plate (13) by rivets (14) placed in sleeves
(15). The blocking effect is achieved by rotating connected arms (5) and (6) together
with moving magnets (11) between solid plates (16), (12) and (13).
[0005] There is a pin (9) surrounded by a muff (10) on the other end of the rotating lever.
The pin (9) and the muff (10) are placed in groove of plastic window sash. They are
used to place the sash in any position.
[0006] A rotating slider (19) is used instead of pin (9) and muff (10) to block the plastic
balcony door or big plastic window sash. Magnets (20) are placed on top side of slider
(19). The slider (19) with magnets (20) is surrounded by plastic cover (18). Containing
magnets (20) top side of the slider (19) touches steel strip (17) which is attached
to groove of plastic window sash or plastic balcony door using screws (21). The pin
(9) which is put inside groove of plastic window sash or plastic balcony door, together
with slider (19) are used to make stronger blocking in any position.
1. Magnetic blockade for plastic window sash features magnets (11) placed in rotating
elements (5) and (6). These magnets (11) can rotate over foxed steel surfaces (12),
(13) and (16) which are placed on two sides of the magnets.
2. Magnetic blockade for plastic window sash and balcony door features an additional
slider (19) with magnets (20). The slider (19) is surrounded by plastic cover (18)
and can rotate over pin (9).
3. Magnetic blockade for plastic window sash and balcony door features steel strip (17)
attached to groove of plastic window sash or plastic balcony door using screws (21).
