Abstract

 A lamp (1, 1a, 1b) includes a lamp base (10, 10a, 10b) and a combined lamp shroud (20, 20a, 20b). The combined lamp shroud (20, 20a, 20b) includes a hollow cylinder (21) and a plurality of decorative plates (22, 22a, 22a', 22b, 22b'). The hollow cylinder (21) is fixed to the lamp base (10, 10a, 10b) and includes a wall portion (211) and an accommodating space (210) enclosed by the wall portion (211). Each decorative plate (22, 22a, 22a', 22b, 22b') is formed as a rib shape and combined with the wall portion (211) to surround the accommodating space (210).
The decorative plates (22, 22a, 22a', 22b, 22b') can be freely combined to form various lamp shrouds.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Field of the Invention

[0001] The present invention relates to a lamp shroud, and in particular to a combined lamp shroud and a lamp having the same.

Description of Prior Art

[0002] Most of lamps are equipped with a lamp shroud respectively for covering and protecting a light-emitting element of the lamp. Since each lamp shroud can be designed to have various profiles and colors, the lamp shroud has become an important component in a lamp because it can be chose to cooperate with indoor decoration to increase the practicability and aesthetic effect of the lamp.

[0003] The existing lamp shrouds available in the market are often divided into two categories including a plastic shroud integrally formed by an injection molding process and a shroud made of woven cloth. However, such a plastic lamp shroud occupies a certain volume when it is stored or delivered, which inevitably increases the package cost and freight. On the other hand, since the lamp shroud integrally made of plastic materials or woven cloth has an unchangeable profile, it cannot be adjusted or modified after being installed on the lamp, which lacks variety.

[0004] In view of the above, the present Inventor proposes a novel and reasonable structure based on his expert knowledge and deliberate researches.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] The present invention is to provide a combined lamp shroud and a lamp having the same, which can reduce the space and cost required for package and shipment.

[0006] The present invention provides a combined lamp shroud, which is fixed to a lamp base and including a hollow cylinder and a plurality of decorative plates. The hollow cylinder is fixed to the lamp base. The hollow cylinder includes a wall portion and an accommodating space enclosed by the wall portion. Each decorative plate is formed like a rib. The decorative plates are combined with the wall portion to surround the accommodating space.

[0007] The present invention provides a lamp having a combined lamp shroud, which includes a lamp base, a hollow cylinder, and a plurality of decorative plates. The hollow cylinder is fixed to the lamp base. The hollow cylinder comprises a wall portion and an accommodating space enclosed by the wall portion. Each decorative plate is formed like a rib. The decorative plates are combined with the wall portion to surround the accommodating space.

[0009] In comparison with prior art, the combined lamp shroud of the present invention has a plurality of decorative plates and a hollow cylinder, and the decorative plates are hung on and combined with the wall portion of the hollow cylinder, so that the decorative plates can be circumferentially provided on the hollow cylinder at intervals. Since the lamp shroud is constituted of a plurality of rib-like decorative plates, these decorative plates can be detached from the hollow cylinder and collected together during their package and shipment. Thus, in comparison with the conventional integral lamp shroud, the combined lamp shroud of the present invention reduces the storage space, package materials and thus the freight greatly. Further, the decorative plates can be designed to have different colors, patterns or profiles. Thus, the combined lamp shroud can be made into various colors, patterns and profiles by combining different decorative plates, thereby increasing the flexibility and practicability of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

It is noteworthy to point out that the drawings is provided for the illustration purpose only, but not intended for limiting the scope of the present invention.

[0012] Please refer to FIG. 1, which is a perspective view showing the external appearance of the combined lamp shroud and the lamp having the same according to the present invention. The present invention provides a combined lamp shroud and a lamp having the same. The lamp 1 includes a lamp base 10 and a combined lamp shroud 20. The combined lamp shroud 20 is fixed to the lamp base 10.

[0013] The lamp base 10 comprises a supporting plate 11 and a plurality of leg stands 12. The supporting plate 11 is a plate for allowing the leg stands 12 to be fixed thereto and a light-emitting element 13 to be disposed thereon. The supporting plate 11 is provided with a plurality of through-holes 110 at intervals. Each leg stand 12 has two legs 121 fixed into the through-holes 110 respectively. The profiles of the supporting plate 11 and the leg stands 12 are not limited to the above forms. In the present embodiment, the supporting plate 11 is formed with three corner plates 111. Each corner plate 111 is provided with a plurality of penetration holes 110. Each leg stand 12 is bent to have a U shape. The two legs 121 of each leg stand 12 penetrate the adjacent two corner plates 111, so that the leg stands 12 are disposed below the supporting plate 11 in a spiral manner.

[0014] The combined lamp shroud 20 includes a hollow cylinder 21 and a plurality of decorative plates 22. The hollow cylinder 21 is fixed to the supporting plate 11 of the lamp base 10. The hollow cylinder 21 comprises a wall portion 211 and an accommodating space 210 enclosed by the wall portion 211. Each decorative plate 22 is formed like a rib. The decorative plates 22 are combined with the wall portion 211 of the hollow cylinder 21 to surround the accommodating space 210. The structure of the decorative plate 22 will be described in more detail later.

FIG. 3 is an assembled perspective view showing a portion of the combined lamp shroud of the present invention. FIG. 4 is an assembled cross-sectional view showing a portion of the combined lamp shroud of the present invention. In the present embodiment, each decorative plate 22 comprises a buckling section 221 and an extending section 222 extending from the buckling section 221. The buckling section 221 has a through trough 2210 buckled to the wall portion 211. The extending section 222 is located outside the hollow cylinder 21 and axially extends along the hollow cylinder 21.

[0016] In the present embodiment, both sides of the buckling section 221 have a positioning frame 2211 respectively to correspond to the through trough 2210. The two positioning frames 2211 are disposed on the wall portion 211. The width of the through trough 2210 corresponds to the thickness of the wall portion 211, so that the buckling section 221 can be buckled to the hollow cylinder 21. In the present embodiment, a wing 223 extends from one side of the buckling section 221 and the extending section 222. The wing 223 encloses the periphery of the buckling section 221 and the extending section 222. The decorative plate 22 is substantially formed like a spoon. A gap 220 is formed between the extending section 222 and the outside of the hollow cylinder 21. However, the decorative plate 22 of the present invention is not limited to this specific form.

[0017] Please refer to FIG. 5, which is a top view showing the lamp having the combined lamp shroud of the present invention. It can be seen from FIG. 5 that, the widths of the buckling section 221 and the extending section 222 increase gradually toward the outside. When the decorative plates 22 are combined with the wall portion 211 of the hollow cylinder 21 to surround the accommodating space 210, the positioning frames 2211 of the adjacent decorative plates 22 abut to each other. By this arrangement, the decorative plates 22 are combined with the hollow cylinder 21 to form a ring-like configuration, thereby achieving the assembly of the combined lamp shroud 20.

[0018] Please refer to FIG. 6, which is a top view showing the combined lamp shroud and the lamp having the combined lamp shroud according to another embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment. The lamp 1a includes a lamp base 10a and a combined lamp shroud 20a. The combined lamp shroud 20a is fixed to the lamp base 10a. The difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment lies in that the combined lamp shroud 20a includes decorative plates 22a, 22a' of different configurations.

[0019] In the present embodiment, the decorative plates 22a, 22a' have different colors or patterns. Thus, according to the favors and clever thoughts of a user, the different decorative plates 22a, 22a' can be combined in various ways to generate an unique lamp shroud.

[0020] Please refer to FIG. 7, which is a perspective view showing the external appearance of the combined lamp shroud and the lamp having the combined lamp shroud according to a further embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is substantially the same as the second embodiment. The lamp 1b includes a lamp base 10b and a combined lamp shroud 20b. The combined lamp shroud 20b is fixed to the lamp base 10b. The difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment lies in that the combined lamp shroud 20b includes decorative plates 22b, 22 of different configurations.

[0021] The difference between the present embodiment and the second embodiment lies in that the extending sections 222b, 222b' of the decorative plates 22b, 22b' have different lengths. After the decorative plates 22b, 22b' are combined with the wall portion, the combined lamp shroud 20b can generate a waved profile, so that the flexibility and practicability of the present invention can be increased.

Claims

1. A combined lamp shroud (20, 20a, 20b), fixed onto a lamp base (10, 10a, 10b) and including:

a hollow cylinder (21) fixed to the lamp base (10, 10a, 10b), the hollow cylinder (21) comprising a wall portion (211) and an accommodating space (210) enclosed by the wall portion (211); and

a plurality of decorative plates (22, 22a, 22a', 22b, 22b'), each of the decorative plates (22, 22a, 22a', 22b, 22b') being formed as a rib shape and combined with the wall portion (211) to surround the accommodating space (210).

2. The combined lamp shroud according to claim 1, wherein each of the decorative plates (22, 22a, 22a', 22b, 22b') comprises a buckling section (221) and an extending section (222, 222b, 222b'), the buckling section (221) has a through trough (2210) buckled to the wall portion (211), and the extending section (222, 222b, 222b') is located outside the hollow cylinder (21) and axially extends along the hollow cylinder (21).

3. The combined lamp shroud according to claim 2, wherein each of the decorative plates (22, 22a, 22a', 22b, 22b')is formed like a spoon, and a gap (220) is formed between the extending section (222, 222b, 222b') and the outside of the hollow cylinder (21).

4. The combined lamp shroud according to claim 2 or 3, wherein both sides of the buckling section (221) have a positioning frame (2211) respectively to correspond the through trough (2210), the two positioning frames (2211) are fixed onto the wall portion (211), and the positioning frames (2211) of the adjacent decorative plates (22, 22a, 22a', 22b, 22b') abut to each other.

5. The combined lamp shroud according to any of the claims 2 to 4, wherein the width of the trough through (2210) corresponds to the thickness of the wall portion (211).

6. The combined lamp shroud according to any of the claims 2 to 5, wherein the extending sections (222, 222b, 222b') of the decorative plates (22, 22b, 22b') have different lengths.

7. The combined lamp shroud according to any of the claims 2 to 6, wherein the widths of the buckling section (221) and the extending section (222, 222b, 222b') increase gradually toward the outside, a wing (223) vertically extends from one side of the buckling section (221) and the extending section (222, 222b, 222b'), the wing (223) encloses the periphery of the buckling section (221) and the extending section (222, 222b, 222b').

8. A lamp (1, 1a, 1b) having a combined lamp shroud (20, 20a, 20b), including:

a lamp base (10, 10a, 10b);

a hollow cylinder (21) fixed to the lamp base (10, 10a, 10b), the hollow cylinder (21) comprising a wall portion (211) and an accommodating space (210) enclosed by the wall portion (211); and

a plurality of decorative plates (22, 22a, 22a', 22b, 22b'), each of the decorative plates (22, 22a, 22a', 22b, 22b') being formed as a rib shape and combined with the wall portion (211) to surround the accommodating space (210).

9. The lamp (1, 1a, 1b) having a combined lamp shroud (20, 20a, 20b) according to claim 8, wherein the lamp base (10, 10a, 10b) comprises a supporting plate (11) and a plurality of leg stands (12), the supporting plate (11) is connected to the hollow cylinder (21), and the leg stands (12) are combined with the supporting plate (11).

10. The lamp (1, 1a, 1b) having a combined lamp shroud (20, 20a, 20b) according to claim 9, wherein the supporting plate (11) is provided with a plurality of through-holes (110) at intervals, each leg stand (12) is formed into a U shape and has two legs (121), and the legs (121) are fixed into the through-holes (110).

11. The lamp (1, 1a, 1b) having a combined lamp shroud (20, 20a, 20b) according to any of the claims 8 to 10 , wherein each of the decorative plates (22, 22a, 22a', 22b, 22b') comprises a buckling section (221) and an extending section (222, 222b, 222b'), the buckling section (221) has a through trough (2210) buckled to the wall portion (211), the extending section (222, 222b, 222b') is located outside the hollow cylinder (21) and axially extends along the hollow cylinder (21).

12. The lamp (1, 1a, 1b) having a combined lamp shroud (20, 20a, 20b) according to claim 11, wherein each of the decorative plates (22, 22a, 22a', 22b, 22b') is formed as a spoon shape, and a gap (220) is formed between the extending section (222, 222b, 222b') and the outside of the hollow cylinder (21).

13. The lamp (1, 1a, 1b) having a combined lamp shroud (20, 20a, 20b) according to claim 11 or 12, wherein both sides of the buckling section (221) have a positioning frame (2211) respectively to correspond the through trough (2210), the two positioning frames (2211) are fixed onto the wall portion (211), and the positioning frames (2211) of the adjacent decorative plates (22, 22a, 22a', 22b, 22b') abut to each other.

14. The lamp (1, 1a, 1b) having a combined lamp shroud (20, 20a, 20b) according to claim to any of the claims 11 to 13, wherein the extending sections (222, 222b, 222b') of the decorative plates (22, 22b, 22b') have different lengths.

15. The lamp (1, 1a, 1b) having a combined lamp shroud (20, 20a, 20b) according to claim 11, wherein the widths of the buckling section (221) and the extending section (222, 222b, 222b') increase gradually toward the outside, a wing (223) vertically extends from one side of the buckling section (221) and the extending section (222, 222b, 222b'), and the wing (223) encloses the periphery of the buckling section (221) and the extending section (222, 222b, 222b').
