(57) Method for installing a sheet piling underneath an existing wall or the like (1),
whereby the sheet piling of a primary fraction of the wall (1) comprises the steps
of excavating soil such that a volume is freed underneath the wall or the like (1),
of putting one or several U-shaped revetment parts (4) in place, characterised in
that at least one of the U-shaped revetment parts (4) comprises two side walls (5,6)
which, when erected, are releasably connected to a partition (7) situated between
both side walls (5,6).
