Description

[0001] The present invention relates to scissors with comb for the cut of hair and animal fur.

[0002] The document KR20100110954A discloses scissors for the cut of hair comprising a reported comb, and fixed to the external surface of the upper blade, in order to allow the user to comb and operate the hair cut using the scissors only, without the availment of a further comb, separate from the same.

[0003] The document CN201220425Y discloses multipurpose scissors comprising a comb, provided in the rear part of the upper blade, which allows the user to comb and operate the hair cut without using a separate comb.

[0004] However, in the aforementioned known scissors, said comb is directly fixed (by means of screws, adhesive substances or the like) to the rear part of the upper blade of the scissors, otherwise it is made in a single body with the same.

[0005] In this manner, any damage of the above mentioned comb, or part of the same, imply at least significant difficulties for the substitution of the same, if not the impossibility to use the same scissors any further.

[0006] Likewise, the structure of the above mentioned known scissors does not allow the easy replacement of said comb, without the use of tools, when the use of a comb of different length, structure and/or material is required.

[0007] In adding to this, the structure of the above mentioned scissors, including a non-detachable comb with respect to the blade of the same scissors, or otherwise removable only with the use of tools, sensibly hinders the relative cleaning operations, further encouraging the accumulation of dust and/or hair fragments in the difficult to access zones, during the disinfection phase.

[0008] On the other hand, said known scissors cannot be used independently, separately with respect to said comb.

[0009] The present invention, starting from the notion of the aforesaid problems, intends to provide a solution.

[0010] An object of the present invention is to provide scissors with comb for the cut of hair and animal fur, in which it is possible to easily replace said comb, so allowing the full reusability of the same scissors, even in case of total or partial damage of the same comb.

[0011] A further object of the present invention is to provide scissors as said, which allow the easy replacing of said comb, without any help of tools, when the use of a comb with different structure, length and/or material is required.

[0012] It is also an object of the present invention to provide scissors as said, in which said comb results easily detachable, without the use of any tool, in order to facilitate the hygienic operations of cleaning and disinfection.

[0013] Another object of the present invention is to provide scissors as said, in which said comb is easily removable from the same, in order to allow also the independent use of the scissors.

[0014] In view of these objects, the present invention provides scissors with comb for the cut of hair and animal fur, the essential characteristic of which forms the subject of main claim; further advantageous characteristics of the invention are described in the dependent claims.

[0015] The aforesaid claims are intended as fully incorporated herein. The present invention will be more apparent from the detailed description below with reference to the accompanying drawing, provided purely by way of non-limiting example, wherein:
  • Figure 1 is a plan view from below of the scissors with comb for the cut of hair and animal fur, according to a first embodiment of the present invention;
  • Figure 2 is a sectional view according to the line II-II of Figure 1;
  • Figure 3 is a longitudinal section view according to the line III-III of Figure 1;
  • Figure 4 is a perspective view from below of the scissors according to Figure 1;
  • Figure 5 is a view in partial plan and from below of the scissors with comb for the cut of hair and animal fur, according to a second embodiment of the present invention;
  • Figure 6 is a longitudinal section view according to the line VI-VI of Figure 5.

First embodiment (Figures 1-4).

[0016] In the aforementioned Figures, a first embodiment of the scissors with comb for the cut of hair and animal fur, according to the present invention, is indicated with 10.

[0017] Said scissors 10 according to the invention include two blades 11, 12, articulated around an axis of which one lower 11 during the cut, and comprising a comb 13, made in metallic material, plastics or the like, fixed in a removable manner to said lower blade 11 by means of shape, strength and/or elastic mating between the back 14 of said comb 13 and the rear part of said lower blade 11 of the scissors 10.

[0018] For ease of use, said comb 13 is disposed in a substantially orthogonal plane with respect to the articulation axis of the above mentioned blades 11, 12.

[0019] In this manner the user, once held the scissors 10 in a closed condition, first utilizes them in the manner of a comb to stretch the hair, respectively the fur; and then, once the comb 13 is disengaged, regularly operates the cut with the same scissors 10. Said lower blade 11 has an open seat 15 in the rear part of the blade 11, to allow the manual engagement by means of clearance fit of the back 14 of said comb 13.

[0020] Said open seat 15 is conformed in the manner of a guide for the sliding insertion at least in the initial part of the same, of said back 14 of the comb 13, in a transversal direction of said lower blade 11.

[0021] Said open seat 15 is realized internal to said rear part of said lower blade 11 of said scissor 10, or otherwise fixed to it by means of adhesive substances or the like, by means of rivets, screws, soldering or the like.

[0022] The structure of said open seat 15 realized, respectively fixed, on the rear part of said lower blade 11, may allow also the independent use of said scissors 10 (and so independently with respect to said comb 13), without forming any kind of obstacle. In order to upgrade the stable holding of said comb 13 during the use, said means of shape and strength mating include elastic snap retaining means 16, here comprising grooves in the seat 15 and matching projections on the back of the comb 13, as an example. Alternatively, and for the same end, said means of shape and strength mating may comprise undercut retaining means (not shown), of the back 14 of said comb 13, within said seat 15.

[0023] In order to facilitate the insertion of said comb 13 in said open seat 15, and also to increase the holding during the use, at least one free edge 18 of said open seat 15 has a plurality of notchings 19, which help to give a better flexibility to the same edge 18 (figure 4).

Second embodiment (Figures 5-6).

[0024] In the aforementioned Figures, a second embodiment of the scissors with comb for the cut of hair and animal fur, according to the present invention, is indicated with 20.

[0025] The structure of the above mentioned scissors 20 is substantially unchanged with respect to what already said with reference to the aforementioned first embodiment of the present invention, and so it is not further described in detail.

[0026] The substantial difference with respect to what already described is in that said means of shape, strength and/or elastic mating between the back of said comb 23 and the rear part of said lower blade 21 of said scissor 20, comprises an open seat 25 in the rear part and in the front part of said lower blade 21 for the manual engagement of the back 24 of said comb 23, by longitudinal sliding to the rear part of the same lower blade 21.

[0027] Also in this case, in order to facilitate the insertion of said comb 23, at last one free end of said seat 25 has a plurality of notchings, which help to give a better flexibility to the same edge.

[0028] Like what already described with reference to the previous embodiment, in order to enforce the overall resilience during use, said means of shape and strength mating include elastic snap retaining means 26 (here comprising grooves in the seat 25 and matching projections on the back of the comb, as an example), respectively undercut retaining means (not shown) of said comb 23 internal to the corresponding seat 25.

[0029] Said scissors 10, 20 can be realized in different sizes and materials (metals, even precious, plastics, wood, glass or the like), and can be made to be handled both by right-handed and left-handed individuals.

[0030] With reference to the scissors 10, 20 according to the present invention, in case of partial or total damage of said comb 13, 23, it is possible to proceed with the easy replacement of the same, without the need to replace the scissors 10, 20.

[0031] At the same time, the structure of the said scissors 10, 20 according to the present invention, allows the easy replacement of said comb 13, 23, in short time and without any help of tools, when the user deserves to use a comb with different length, structure and/or material.

[0032] In adding to this, the easy and fast decomposability of said comb 13, 23 with respect to said scissors 10, 20 considerably facilitates the hygienic operations of cleaning and disinfection, thus avoiding, at the same time, the accumulation of dust and/or fragments of hair.

[0033] On the other hand, the structure of said open seat 15, 25 allows to easily use said scissors 10, 20 even in an independent manner, without representing any obstacle for the user.

[0034] As will be clear from the foregoing, the present invention allows the objects set forth in the introduction of the present description to be achieved in a simple and effective manner.

[0035] Of course, shape, sizes and materials can widely vary with respect to what here described and illustrated just for example, without for that reason departing from the scope of the present invention.
