(54) Wall assembly device of coating panels

(57) A wall assembly device (37) of coating panels (P) comprises, in combination: a base (21) suitable for being fixed to said panel (P) and a plate (33) suitable for being fixed to said wall (37), wherein between said base (21) and said plate (33) there are regulation means for regulating said panel (P) in height (vertical). According to the invention, said regulation means consist of a screw (27) housed on the base (21), said screw (27) reacting directly against the plate (33), without the intervention of another moving component.

Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a wall assembly device of coating panels.

[0002] More specifically, the invention relates to a device of this kind which is also provided with a characteristic height(vertical) regulation system.

[0003] The invention also relates to a coating panel equipped with a plurality of assembly devices produced according to the invention.

[0004] As is well known to experts in the field, for the wall assembly of coating panels, for example for the production of "boiseries" or other types of coatings, for various types of environments and/or walls, devices are preferably used which allow not only the fixing of each panel to the wall, but also at least its vertical regulation (in height).

[0005] A device of this type is described for example in EP-A-2199488.

[0006] The device of EP-A-2199488 has a completely satisfactory functioning but is relatively costly to produce due to the presence of a slide which, activated by a screw, allows the regulation of the panel in height.

[0007] More specifically, the regulation screw, which is housed on a base fixed to the panel, acts on a plate which is fixed to the wall, not directly, but through another intermediary component, which is the slide.

[0008] The general objective of the present invention is to provide a device for the wall assembly of coating panels having a height (vertical) regulation system which is, at the same time, both economical to produce and also has a satisfactory functioning.

[0009] This aim is achieved by a device having the characteristics specified in claim 1 and the enclosed subclaims.

[0010] The structural and functional characteristics of the present invention, and its advantages with respect to the known art, will appear even more evident from the following description, referring to the enclosed drawings, which show an embodiment example of the same invention. In the drawings:
  • figure 1 is a raised view according to the arrow F of figure 3, illustrating the base of the device destined for being fixed to a panel;
  • figure 2 is a raised view according to the arrow F1 of figure 3;
  • figure 3 is a raised view according to the arrow F2 of figure 2;
  • figure 4 is a plan view according to the arrow F3 of figure 2;
  • figure 5 is a perspective view illustrating the rear side of the base of the device;
  • figure 6 is a raised view according to the arrow F4 of figure 8, illustrating the plate of the device destined for being fixed to a wall;
  • figure 7 is a raised view according to the arrow F5 of figure 8;
  • figure 8 is a raised view according to the arrow F6 of figure 7;
  • figure 9 is a plan view according to the arrow F7 of figure 7;
  • figure 10 is a perspective view of the plate of the device;
  • figure 11 is a perspective view illustrating a panel equipped with assembly devices according to the invention, where a pair of bases is fixed to the panel, whereas the corresponding plates protrude from the wall;
  • figure 12 is a vertical section illustrating a panel assembled on the wall by means of the device of the invention; and
  • figure 13 is a perspective view illustrating the assembly and height (vertical) regulation system of the panel in detail.

[0011] In figures 1-5 of the drawings, the wall assembly device of coating panels - commonly called panel brackets - is indicated as a whole with 20.

[0012] The panel bracket 20 consists of a shaped metallic base 21 with two vertical side sections 22 and with a central vertical section 23, which is lowered with respect to said sections 22, or raised depending on from which side the same base is observed.

[0013] A skirt 25 extends downwardly from said side sections 22, on a parallel plane, distanced by the presence of a horizontal section 24.

[0014] As can be clearly seen from the drawings, the section 24 and skirt 25, in correspondence with the central section 23, are shaped so as to define an opening 26, whose function will appear evident further on.

[0015] The central section 23 defines a housing space S for a height (vertical) regulation screw 27, which is screwed into pairs of threaded seats 28, 28', which are offset with respect to each other.

[0016] Said screw 27 has a head 29 with an imprint 30 for a maneuvering tool U.

[0017] The sections 22 also have pass-through holes 31 for fixing screws 32 of the base 21 to a panel P.

[0018] In figures 6-10 of the drawings, the reference number 33 indicates as a whole a metallic plate destined for being fixed to a wall and to which the base 20 is connected.

[0019] Said plate 33 has a section 34 with pass-through holes 35 for the passage of fixing dowels 36 of the plate 33 itself to a wall 37.

[0020] Slots 35' are also envisaged for fixing the plate 33 to the wall 37, with the possibility of horizontal regulation.

[0021] As can be clearly seen from the drawings, a riser 39 suitable for cooperating with the skirt 25 of the base 21, as explained hereunder, extends upwards from said section 34, on a parallel plane, distanced by the presence of a junction 38.

[0022] The internal surface of said section 39 also has two terminal run-end projections 40 which limit the lateral movement of the base 21.

[0023] The functioning of the panel brackets according to the invention is evident from what is described above with reference to the drawings and is briefly as follows.

[0024] With reference to the examples of figures 11-13, a pair of bases 21 and plates 33 are fixed (facing and levelled) to the panel P and wall 37 respectively.

[0025] The panel P can then be anchored to the wall 37 by connecting the skirts 25 of the bases 21 to the risers 39 of the plates 33, with the skirts positioned between the projections 40, as clearly illustrated in detail in figure 13. In this situation, the free end of the regulation screw 27 is buffered against the upper edge of the riser 39, which is accessible through the opening 26 in the base 21.

[0026] It is evident how, by screwing or unscrewing the screw 27 - with the tool U - (figures 12 and 13), the panel P is pushed to translate vertically in the directions of the arrow V (figure 12) with respect to the wall 37.

[0027] The height of the panel P can therefore be regulated in position (vertical).

[0028] The panel P can also be moved horizontally within the limits of the projections 40.

[0029] The regulation screw 27 of the base 21 then acts directly on the riser 39 of the plate 33 without the intervention of any further moving component, as is the case, on the contrary, in the known art.

[0030] The objectives mentioned in the preamble of the description have therefore been achieved.

[0031] The protection scope of the invention is defined by the following claims.
