DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The invention herein consists of adherent parts for composition and/or construction
games.
[0002] Parts can be made of wood or plastic, foam, EVA, fibreboard and can further be made
of any other flexible material with adherent strips of material between them on a
number of their sides. These parts have strips of adherent material on some of their
edges which, as it is known, have small bristles or flexible hooks on one side and
fibres on the other, such that on joining the side with the hooks to the side with
the fibres they stick together by applying only light pressure, and when pulled, detach
quite easily.
[0003] This invention falls within the scope of construction games.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0004] Construction games for children often have parts that are joined together in a particular,
predefined manner, in one direction or position.
[0005] We are looking for a system that allows us greater flexibility and creativity than
the classic constructions.
ADVANTAGES OF THIS INVENTION
[0006] The main advantages, by way of illustration but without limitation, which are obtained
with this invention are set forth below, namely:
- Cheap.
- Easy.
- Resistant.
- Versatile.
- Firm.
- Scalable.
- Creative.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0007] To complete the description that has been made and for a better understanding of
this specification, the accompanying drawings are appended which show an example of
a nonlimiting, preferred embodiment of the object of the invention and in which:
Figure 1 shows a perspective view of three basic parts of the invention in the form
of polyhedra, rectangular, triangular and pentagonal.
Figure 2 is a perspective view of two types of columns, one prismatic square section
and another cylindrical.
Figure 3 is a perspective view of square blocks with convexly rounded corners allowing
joints with a rotation angle up to 90°.
Figure 4 is a perspective view of blocks intended to form bottom surfaces.
Figure 5 is a perspective view of one corner, with a number or all sides being adherent.
Figure 6 shows sheets of adherent material.
[0008] In the illustrations, we differentiate the two parts of the adherent material (bristles
and material respectively) by using the letters A and B, although there can be many
variations for the position of the adherent materials.
DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE
INVENTION
[0009] The parts can be any shape: square, rectangle, bar or pillar, cube, prism, triangle,
rhombus, pentagon, hexagon, star, circle, shapes of objects (tree, person ...), or
other shapes.
[0010] The joining edges of some parts can be slightly curved outwards (see Fig. 3) allowing
joints with a rotation angle of up to 90 degrees.
[0011] Adherent materials can be on the lower base, in addition to being on the edges, on
the blocks intended to form bottom surfaces (Fig. 4). 4).
[0012] The parts have adherent material on some strategic edges, such that when joining
the opposite sides thereof they stick together, making it possible to create non-predefined
complex constructions very easily.
Materials used which can have one or several colours:
[0013]
- Parts made of wood or plastic, foam, EVA, fibreboard can further be made of any other
differently coloured material, which can be flexible.
- Adherent strips of material placed on certain edges of the parts.
[0014] Primary colours shall be used for the basic models.
[0015] For special models, each part can have one part of a drawing to form the whole image,
like a 3D puzzle, or different parts of a whole, such as for example, the parts of
a house, which on joining them together will form the house in different forms.
Function:
[0016] The main function is recreational, aimed at play for children between 1 and 12 years
of age.
[0017] It is a game of intellect and skill that develops imagination and creativity.
[0018] Since the parts do not have a single point of attachment and it is extremely easy
to attach and detach, it could be a toy for very young children.
[0019] As the child grows older there are increasing possibilities to make very complex
non-predefined constructions, which extends the recommended age for use and is ideal
for playing in a group, for children, parents and grandparents, in countless ways.
1. Adherent parts for composition and/or construction games having shapes of objects
or geometric shapes, such as a square, rectangle, bar or pillar, cube, prism, triangle,
rhombus, pentagon, hexagon, star, circle, characterised by having all or part of their perimeter covered with strips of adherent material, making
it possible to stick them and detach them forming non-predefined constructions.
2. Adherent parts for composition and/or construction games, according to claim one,
characterised by having a number of their joining edges curving outwards.
3. Adherent parts for composition and/or construction games, according to preceding claims,
characterised in that they are embodied in wood, plastic, foam, EVA, fibreboard and can further be made
of any other flexible material.
4. Adherent parts for composition and/or construction games, according to preceding claims,
characterised in that the elements that form the bottom surfaces have adherent strips on their edges and
on the lower base.
5. Adherent parts for composition and/or construction games, according to preceding claims,
characterised in that the parts can be decorated with colours or drawings which, when attached to the other
parts, form a complete graphical representation.
