(54) A window lining assembly having an improved corner fitting


(57) The window lining assembly is composed by a window lining (2) and a lining frame (3). The lining frame (3) comprises a number of lining frame pieces (31, 32, 34), and a plurality of corner fittings (5, 6) adapted to provide a joint between adjoining lining frame pieces (31, 32, 34), each corner fitting (5, 6) including a first leg (51) for connection to a first lining frame piece (31), and a second leg (52) for connection to a second lining frame piece (32), characterized in that the legs (51, 52; 61, 62) of each corner fitting (5, 6) is provided with engagement means providing a snap and/or frictional engagement with the corresponding lining frame piece (31, 32).
