(57) A foldable toothbrush is disclosed, of the type comprising a work portion (L), provided
with a small head (1) carrying the bristles, projecting from a neck member (2), and
a handle portion (P) having a spindle-shaped body (4), between said two portions a
hinge portion (3, 5) being provided, apt to allow a mutual rotation according to an
axis crosswise to the longitudinal axis of the toothbrush. The spindle-shaped body
handle portion (4) is solid and has, towards a distal end, a main seat imprint (6)
of a shape and depth suited to precisely house said small head (1), when the work
portion (L) is folded on the handle portion (P) around said hinge (3, 5); further,
only in proximity of said hinge (3, 5), the spindle-shaped body (4) of said handle
portion (P) has a saddle-shaped seat imprint (6a) to partly house said neck (2).
