(57) The invention relates to a roll forming machine which comprises a frame (13) and successive pairs (18) of forming rolls, having forming rolls (1a, 1b) adjustably connected to the frame (13) and to each other by means of shafts (4a, 4b). In the roll forming machine according to the invention, the forming rolls (1a, 1b) are provided with bearings on the shafts (4a, 4b) and that at least part of the shafts (4a, 4b) are mounted on the frame (13) in an adjustable manner and locked with a desired spacing.
