[0001] The invention relates to the container of universal use for protecting and distributing food on large scale which is intended for disposal after use.

[0002] There are known containers of universal use to protect and distribute food on large scale which are intended for disposal after use, comprising side walls, a base and a lid closing a container from the top as well as enabling access to food which is contained in a container by opening a hole made in a lid or by removal of a lid. There are known containers which have a base with the shape representing the fragment of a ball and outer walls with the shape representing the fragment of a roller. There are also known containers which have a base with the shape of a flat surface and outer walls with the shape making up the fragment of a roller connected with the fragment of a cuboid or the fragment of a cuboid.

[0003] The known containers are made for storing one kind of food which is intended for usage within a short period of time after a container being opened.

[0004] Documents US 2005/098527 and DE 19808057 disclose containers with two adjacent chambers connected with each other at the bottom inseparably and on the top separably by locating threads, protruding from the upper part of the sidewalls of the chambers, in lugs (female threads) made in the inner sidewalls of the lid.

[0005] According to the invention the container has at least two adjacent chambers connected with each other at the bottom inseparably and on the top separably by locating edges of the chambers in lugs made in the lid in such a way that the edges of the chambers located in lugs are substantially perpendicular to this surface of the lid which closes the chambers from the top. In one of the forms chambers making up the container are connected at the bottom by gluing adjacent flat surfaces. In other forms flat surfaces of adjacent chambers making up the container are lengthened at the bottom making up adjacent flat lugs connected by welding or by bending.

[0006] In the lid there are made closing holes located over each of the chambers. In different forms of the container holes are closed with a tearable tab, they are finished with the outer neck closed up with a crown-cap or with the outer neck threaded externally, closed with a threaded internally cap. In another form of the invention the lid closing the container on the top is divided into parts corresponding to the amount of chambers and each part is provided with the pulling ring enabling removal of the lid. In one of the forms of the container each chamber has a base with the shape representing the fragment of a ball and sides with the shape representing up a flat surface in the area of joining individual chambers and a surface representing the fragment of a roller in the area making up side outer walls of the container. In another form each chamber has the base with the shape of a flat surface and sides with the shape representing the flat surface in the area of joining individual chambers and the surface representing the fragment of a roller connected with the fragment of a cuboid in the area making up side outer walls of the container. In the next form each chamber has the base with the shape of a flat surface and sides with the shape representing a flat surface in the area of joining individual chambers and the surface representing the fragment of a cuboid in the area making up outer walls of the container.

[0007] According to the invention the containers make it possible to store food separately in each of the chambers. It can be food of one kind or of different kinds. It also makes it possible to lengthen the period of storing food.

[0008] The subject of the invention is presented in the example of realization in the pictures on which there are shown general views of the containers with two chambers in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, in Fig. 4 and Fig.5 there are shown fragments of the chambers connected with each other separably by locating edges of the chambers in the lugs made in the lid and in Fig. 6 there is shown the fragment of the chambers connected with each other at the bottom inseparably.

[0009] Shown in the examples realizations of the containers have two adjacent chambers 1, 2. Chambers 1, 2 connected with each other on the top separably by locating edges of the chambers 1, 2 in lugs made in the lid 3 closing the container on the top. Flat surfaces of adjacent chambers 1, 2 making up the container are lengthened at the bottom making up adjacent flat lugs connected by welding. In the lid 3 there are closing holes 4 located over both chambers 1, 2. In the container shown in Fig. 1 holes 4 are closed with a tearable tab, and in the shown in Fig.2 they are finished with the outer neck closed up with threaded externally, closed with a threaded internally cap. In the container shown in Fig. 3 the lid closing the container on the top 3 is divided into two parts from which each is provided with the pulling ring enabling removal of the lid. In the forms shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 both chambers 1, 2 have bases with the shape representing the fragment of a ball and sides with the shape representing the flat surface in the area of joining the particular chambers 1, 2 and the surface representing the fragment of a roller in the area making up side outer walls of the container. In another form shown in Fig. 3 both chambers 1, 2 have bases with the shape of a flat surface and sides with the shape representing a flat surface in the area of joining individual chambers 1, 2 and the surface representing the fragment of a roller connected with the fragment of a cuboid in the area making up side outer walls of the container.

Claims

1. A container of universal use for protecting and distributing food on large scale which is intended for disposal after use, comprising side walls, a base and a lid closing the container on the top as well as enabling access to food which is contained in the container by opening a hole made in the lid or by removal of the lid, which has at least two adjacent chambers (1,2) connected with each other at the bottom inseparably and on the top separably by locating edges of the chambers (1,2) in lugs made in the lid (3) characterised in that the edges of the chambers (1,2) located in lugs are substantially perpendicular to this surface of the lid (3) which closes the chambers (1,2) from the top.

2. The container according to claim 1, characterized in that each chamber (1,2) has a base with the shape representing the fragment of a ball and sides with a shape representing a flat surface in the area of joining individual chambers (1,2) and a surface representing the fragment of a roller in the area making up side outer walls of the container.

3. The container according to claim 1, characterized in that each chamber (1,2) has the base with the shape of a flat surface and sides with the shape representing the flat surface in the area of joining individual chambers and the surface representing the fragment of a roller connected with the fragment of a cuboid in the area making up side outer walls of the container.

4. The container according to claim 1, characterized in that each chamber (1,2) has the base with the shape of a flat surface and sides with the shape representing the flat surface in the area of joining individual chambers and the surface representing the fragment of a cuboid in the area making up side outer walls of the container.

5. The container according to claim 1, characterized in that in the lid (3) closing the container on the top there are closing holes (4) located over each of the chambers.

6. The container according to claim 1, characterized in that holes (4) made in the lid (3) over each chamber (1,2) are closed with a tearable tab.

7. The container according to claim 1, characterized in that holes (4) made in the lid (3) over each chamber (1,2) are finished with an outer neck closed up with a crown-cap.

8. The container according to claim 1, characterized in that holes (4) made in the lid (3) over each chamber (1,2) are finished with an outer neck threaded externally, closed with a threaded internally cap.

9. The container according to claim 1, characterized in that the lid (3) closing the container on the top is divided into parts corresponding to the amount of chambers (1,2) and each part is provided with a pulling ring enabling removal of the lid.

10. The container according to claim 1, characterized in that chambers (1,2) making up the container are connected at the bottom by gluing adjacent flat surfaces.

11. The container according to claim 1, characterized in that in chambers (1,2) making up the container flat surfaces of adjacent chambers (1,2) are lengthened at the bottom making up adjacent flat lugs connected by welding.

12. The container according to claim 1, characterized in that in chambers (1,2) making up the container flat surfaces of adjacent chambers are lengthened at the bottom making up adjacent flat lugs connected by bending.

Ansprüche

1. Der Behälter für den allgemeinen Gebrauch zur Sicherung von Lebensmitteln und deren Vertrieb in großem Maße, bestimmt für die Entsorgung nach dem Gebrauch, enthält Seitenwände, eine Grundplatte und einen Deckel, der den Behälter von oben verschließt sowie den Zugriff auf die im Behälter enthaltenen Lebensmittel durch das Öffnen einer im Deckel ausgeführten Öffnung oder durch das Entfernen des Deckels ermöglicht, der mindestens zwei aneinander anliegende Kammern (1, 2) besitzt, die unten untrennbar miteinander verbunden sind, aber oben trennbar durch das Anordnen der Ränder der Kammern (1, 2) in den im Deckel (3) ausgeführten Vorsprüngen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder der Kammern (1, 2), angeordnet in den Vorsprüngen, grundsätzlich senkrecht zur Fläche des Deckels (3) sind, der die Kammern (1,2) von oben verschließt.

2. Der Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Kammer (1, 2) eine Grundplatte mit der Form eines Kugelfragments sowie Seiten mit einer Form besitzt, die eine ebene Fläche im Kontaktgebiet der einzelnen Kammern (1, 2) sowie eine Fläche als Fragment eines Zylinders darstellt, und zwar in einem Bereich, in dem die äußeren Seitenwände des Behälters gebildet werden.

3. Der Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Kammer (1, 2) eine Grundplatte mit der Form einer ebenen Fläche sowie Seiten mit einer Form besitzt, die eine ebene Fläche im Kontaktgebiet der einzelnen Kammern sowie eine Fläche als Fragment eines Zylinders darstellt, der mit dem Fragment des Quaders verbunden ist, und zwar in einem Bereich, in dem die äußeren Seitenwände des Behälters gebildet werden.

4. Der Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Kammer (1, 2) eine Grundplatte mit der Form einer ebenen Fläche sowie Seiten mit einer Form besitzt, die eine ebene Fläche im Kontaktgebiet der einzelnen Kammern sowie eine Fläche als Fragment eines Quaders darstellt, und zwar in einem Bereich, in dem die äußeren Seitenwände des Behälters gebildet werden.

5. Der Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Behälter von oben verschließenden Deckel (3) die Öffnungen (4) ausgeführt sind, die über jeder der Kammern angeordnet sind.

6. Der Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im Deckel (3) über jeder der Kammern (1,2) ausgeführten Öffnungen (4) mit einem abreißbaren Lasche verschlossen werden.

7. Der Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im Deckel (3) über jeder der Kammern (1, 2) ausgeführten Öffnungen (4) mit einem äußeren Hals mit einer Verschlusskapsel geendet werden.

8. Der Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im Deckel (3) über jeder der Kammern (1,2) ausgeführten Öffnungen (4) mit dem äußeren Hals geendet werden, der mit einem Außengewinde versehen ist und durch eine Kappe mit Innengewinde verschlossen wird.

9. Der Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der den Behälter von oben verschließende Deckel (3) in Teile eingeteilt wird, die der Anzahl der Kammern (1, 2) entsprechen und jedes der Teile mit einem Zugring ausgerüstet ist, der das Entfernen des Deckels ermöglicht.

10. Der Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den Behälter bildenden Kammern (1, 2) in den unteren Teilen verbunden sind, und zwar durch Verkleben der zueinander anliegenden ebenen Flächen.

11. Der Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den den Behälter bildenden Kammern (1, 2) die ebenen Flächen der aneinander anliegenden Kammern (1, 2) von unten verlängert werden und somit die aneinander liegenden flachen Vorsprüngen bilden, die durch Schweißen verbunden werden.

12. Der Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den den Behälter bildenden Kammern (1, 2) die ebenen Flächen der aneinander anliegenden Kammern von unten verlängert werden und somit die aneinander liegenden flachen Vorsprüngen bilden, die durch Verbiegen verbunden werden.

Revendications

1. Récipient à usage général pour la protection et la distribution de la nourriture à grande échelle, destiné à être retiré après utilisation, ayant les parois latérales, la base et le couvercle fermant le récipient par le haut et permettant l'accès à la nourriture contenue dedans par l'ouverture des trous dans le couvercle ou par l'enlèvement du couvercle, ayant au moins deux chambres contiguës (1, 2) sur le fond reliées entre elles de façon inséparable, en haut reliées de façon amovible par le placement des bords des chambres (1, 2) dans les sailliesfaites dans le couvercle (3), caractérisé en ce que les bords des chambres (1, 2) placés dans les saillies sont essentiellement perpendiculaires à la surface du couvercle (3) fermant la chambre (1, 2) par le haut.

2. Récipient selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que chaque chambre (1, 2) possède la base d'une forme constituant une partie d'une sphère, les côtés formant une surface plane dans la zone du contact de chaque chambre (1, 2) et la surface formant une partie d'un rouleau dans la zone des parois latérales extérieures du récipient.

3. Récipient selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que chaque chambre (1, 2) possède la base formant une surface plane, les côtés formant une surface plane dans la zone du contact de chaque chambre et la surface formant une partie d'un rouleau lié à une partie d'un cuboïde dans la zone des parois latérales extérieures du récipient.

4. Récipient selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que chaque chambre (1, 2) possède la base formant une surface plane, les côtés constituant une surface plane dans la zone du contact de chaque chambre et la surface constituant une partie d'un cuboïde dans la zone des parois latérales extérieures du récipient.

5. Récipient selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que dans le couvercle (3) fermant le récipient par le haut il y a des trous fermables (4) situés au-dessus de chaque chambre.

6. Récipient selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les trous (4) effectués dans le couvercle (3) au-dessus de chaque chambre (1, 2) sont fermés au moyen d'une languette déchirable.

7. Récipient selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les trous (4) effectués dans le couvercle (3) au-dessus de chaque chambre (1, 2) sont terminés par un col extérieur fermé par un capuchon.

8. Récipient selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les trous (4) effectués dans le couvercle (3) au-dessus de chaque chambre (1, 2) sont terminés par un col extérieur fileté extérieurement, fermé par un capuchon fileté à l'intérieur.

9. Récipient selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (3) fermant le récipient par le haut est divisé en parties correspondant au nombre des chambres (1, 2) et chaque partie est munie d'un anneau de traction qui permet l'enlèvement du couvercle.

10. Récipient selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les chambres (1, 2) constituant le récipient sont reliés les unes aux autres dans la partie inférieure par collage des surfaces planes contiguës.

11. Récipient selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que dans les chambres (1, 2) qui constituent le récipient les surfaces planes des chambres contiguës (1, 2) sont prolongées dans la partie inférieure et forment les saillies planes contiguës reliées par soudage.

12. Récipient selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que dans les chambres (1, 2) qui constituent le récipient, les surfaces planes des chambres contiguës sont prolongées dans la partie inférieure et forment les saillies planes contiguës reliées par pliage.
